    @JioCare I finally managed to escape the automated system, speak to a human and set up a service request. Hopefully this time it will get resolved. (unlike the last two service requests which were prematurely closed. Would advise Jio not to hire scammers in the guise of engineers.

    @JioCare Fix your networkor else I’ll port out to another provider tomorrow. I’ve been telling you about this for 5–6 daysyet nothing is being doneit’s incredibly frustrating.The internet works fine when step outsidebut as soon as Icome indoorsthe network bars vanish completely.

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst service I have ever ezperienced. Closed the ticket without solution without informing. Customer support keeps on saying it will be fixed today amd field team says cannot be fixed get air fiber instead. @jagograhakjago I have raised a complaint

    @JioCare You cannot even commit a fair deadline for your service, cannot even speak to your customers before taking decisions of your own, keep rescheduling your own given dates and expect me to reconsider the decision.

    @JioCare Wifi stopped again. Please allow me to speak with your customer care.I raised a service request for the ninth time within 2 months and hence the IVR is not allowing me to speak with customer service assistant.Need to disconnect the service or i will pay again for nothing

    @Development_BR @reliancejio The situation in my village is even worse. Jio's network has been in a terrible condition for the last 7 years. I'm exhausted from filing complaints on the PG Portal, but they still haven't improved the network. #Worstandpathetic #Jio #RelianceJio
