    It’s been 19 hours since I filed a complaint & 21 hours without internet in this connected world Doesn’t provide engineer details to contact. Ek din payment late hoti hai toh connection kat dete ho. @JioCare Resolve the issue asap. @jagograhakjago

    My internet service is down from a week. App, customer care number, WhatsApp and email all are useless. Tried everything multiple times. Let me know how to get it checked. Such poor service is unacceptable. Shameful @reliancejio

    @JioCare @Hari25011991 @Hari25011991 your connection will be restored once recharge time ends. I have 3 months recharge and during this period over 12 days service break occurred. Without any compensation.

    @JioCare JioFiber has been down for the last 13 days. Despite multiple complaints, emails, and follow-ups, the issue is still unresolved. My complaint (SR00003AQ95D) was closed without fixing the problem after the engineer asked me to share the OTP. This is unacceptable.
