    When @Jio network would function properly i had recharged for 4G but enjoying #2G. As i was contacted by JIO team but still issue is in same condition. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio The service request number SR00001D03WR for jio fiber is raised from 3 days, it's not resolved I have tried calling to customer care but they are not able to resolve it. Kindly take this on prior,i have been waiting since 3 days to restore internet.

    @JioCare in delhi your network and internet speed is very bad from last one month. Call automatically cut before connect. Internet speed is less than 2G. Will you try to solve it or no ?

    @reliancejio @JioCare In last 1 week my internet is not working and engineer visited multiple times but no solution provide if you guys unable to provide services then why do call yourself service provider. And who will bear this cost.

    @JioCare Can you explain what is postpaid, because you are charging me before use of Service. 11-Aug-22 to 10-Sep-22. You are supposed to charge me only after the usage cycle not before it and for your Kind information that is Post Paid. I am not availing your prepaid Service

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hello great jio fiber my jio fiber connection applied for relocation 10days back, still in relocation Jio care team they don't care about customer service, Jio fiber people eating public money with sleeping like pigs.
