    @JioCare Revised dates have been provided 10+ times already. I can list down all dates starting from 23 Jan till today. Each day 1-2 slots have been used as revised apointment. This is the most clueless part of your process. Every revise is in hope that may be someone will come.

    @JioCare you guys must be seriously understaffed. No direct conversation with a human rep over the phone, no direct access to technicians, automated sms responses of tickets resolved with no actual solution to the problem. @airtelindia we would like to switch connection #asap

    Dear jio, please explain why my one sim(which i recharge with unlimited data plan)gives very low data speed and high ping compared to other sim(Which i recharge rarely and dont use much).Both are jio 5g, in same phone with dual 5G support, exact same settings @reliancejio @TRAI
