@JioCare @reliancejio I can get the speed of 40kb/sec HARDLY. There is only 5 users of jio in the radius of 3 km but your troubleshoot says " due to many users in your area nerwork is weak" :- is it a solution?? Plz do needful🙏🙏

@reliancejio @JioCare I have 1 yr Hotstar subscri bought with 598 recharge. The validity was told to be 1 yr. but due to poor coverage I was forced to port out of jio. Now you have cancelled the subscription which was supposed to be for 1 yr. reason given is that since 1/2
