    @JioCare are you liar abhishek? You talk to my mother as I was unavailable and said you will call back. But never did. And guess what!? Again the idiotic wifi stopped working. And next slot? After 1pm. When I have office from morning. Call back ASAP. (1/2)

    Hello @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare @JioCare Your jio prepaid services are very bad and poor I have been many times complaining about this issue but problem is still . Your internet service is very worst and very slow poor in the world. So I switched to another service provider. I am user of jio family of 13 years but I am still not able to connect with them.

    @JioCare My AirFiber internet is not working properly. Please check and fix the issue. Also, my outdoor unit is an older model—if possible, kindly replace it with the newer unit. I would like to recharge the connection, but first the service needs to work properly.

    @JioCare Shocking revert from call center yesterday. The call center person asked me to contact Samsung, One Plus and Apple companies to register coplaint with them that Jio Fibre is not working on their devices. Is this authentic Jio suggestion or the call center person was joking?
