@JioCare Positive response awaited. The same reason is always heard that connections are done to start those it will take time and just days are getting extended. Now commitment is given for Wednesday (21/09/2022) or it has been informed to me that you switch to old cable network

@JioCare How many times you want this confirmation? Everytime you ask for this and then your engineer close the ticket without any action. If you do not need to take back device then say to throw it in garbage so unnecessary we don't keep it.
