    @JioCare We are working professionals & working from home and internet is down for 36 hours!! Every now and then there is an issue with the JIO box & it takes ages to resolve & your technical team says it’s the construction team who need to work & that’s one team who doesn’t work on time

    @JioCare How come your team so irresponsible that without resolving my internet connectivity issue you marked my service ticket as resolved!! This is unacceptable. I will have this escalated to your Nodal Officer. This is pathetic service. Very dissatisfied with JIO service
