Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

@JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

It was not expected from @JioCare that even after payment of postpaid bill they will add it in next bill. Very disappointed #PoorService. When I tried to connect with customer care and store they are diverting to some other channel instead of solving the issue. @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare Hi team I have complaint for change of remote for Jio STB, technician comes on daily basis and check random remotes and go back stating remotes are not working . It’s happening since past 4 days,tech told me he will come back 2moro with new set of remotes !
