    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    @airtelindia thank you for the horrible experience. Now I don't want ur internet, all I want is my money back. order id:- 1-9T1N3R7. I'll wait 2 days for the refund. On 3rd day I'm filing report in consumer court. Meanwhile @reliancejio can you get me broadband in Bangalore.

    How to contact jio customer care if customer wants to complain. There is no direct number on IVR, listen all option and then none of them reaches, time waste. @DoTMumbaiLSA @reliancejio . Atleast provide direct number instead of IVR. Company can afford this also

    @JioCare Please share direct number , @TRAI atleast pass a rule to provide direct number for customer raising complaining. This happens usually in all teleco company

    @JioCare Let's not get ahead so soon. This has been said 20 times on email already to no avail and issue closed without action and only lipservice was delivered. Even appellate authority is not replying to escalation.
