Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". Ajai 👨💻 (@ajaimanickam) reported from Pollachi, Tamil NaduSo for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

I am tired of calling, mailing cc. Even here @JioCare is not helping. Tickets are closed with resolutions. I can’t even cancel the plan.

Rajendra Kadu (@RajendraKadu16) reported@JioCare I have two upcoming plans for my jio number. But IVR on your number 1991 is not allowing me to activate these plans. Now I am getting only 64 mbps speed. If the issue is not solved immediately I may migrate to another operator.
