So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @JioCare , @reliancejio I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my disconnection request is being handled. If I have clearly requested disconnection, why is an engineer visit being scheduled instead of simply processing the disconnection? My request is being labelled as a “Browsing Issue,” which is completely irrelevant to my actual request. Why am I being forced to go through troubleshooting/engineer visits when I have already decided to discontinue the service? This unnecessary delay and repeated follow-up feels like harassment. Please stop delaying the process and disconnect my Jio service immediately. I do not want an engineer visit or further troubleshooting. Just process my disconnection request and confirm it. @JioCare 1/2 This is exactly the problem. I have been facing this issue since 10 August, and I already raised a complaint on 12 August (SR00003DUUX5). Yet, Jio marked it as “Resolved” without actually resolving anything. Now you are again saying there is “limited network connectivity”
