Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

@JioCare What kind of a service you provide on #JioFiber ? Wifi not working since 2 days.. Have made multiple complaints of no technician coming to sort out the issue, despite #Jio @reliancejio customer care giving false assurances everytime that the issue will be resolved ASAP!
