    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    @ViBusinessIndia is just so freaking bad. Terrible 4G speed since past one week. As if I am using a modem of 2006. No wonder people are switching to @reliancejio and @airtelindia

    @JioCare Jio is providing a 3rd class speed in my area where call drop is a major problem.Every time when i contact to Jio care they say the problem will be solved soon.I am totally disappointed with jio network

    @reliancejio @JioCare The network coverage is good but the internet speed is less than 1MBPS. The population in the area is very limited. Not able to do work from home on the laptop. The Jio tower is hardly 500 metres away from the location.
