    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    @JioCare @devmurari Yes a lot of my colleagues are having jio fiber they are encountering the same issue. When connected with the office vpn with another network it's working. But with jio it's not working.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'v heard a rumour. Do you reduce network speed after 1 GB of usage till midnight irrespective of whether the customer bought a plan giving 2GB per day? I demand an answer to this!
