And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". They keep saying engineer is not able to enter your premises, but when after 12 days engineer came, he said he did not got any service query. Means jio is not handovers complaint to local engineer and randomly updating status by own.
