    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    It's been over 24 hours without internet, and I'm still stuck waiting. @JioCare scheduled an engineer visit for today at 6 PM, but now the ticket status has gone back to "Assigning Engineer." No updates. No support. No way to talk to a real person. My work is suffering because of this. Extremely frustrated with the service. @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 3 DAYS and BOTH my JioSIM internet AND JioAirFiber are completely dead. 3 days of zero connectivity. 3 days of calling customer care with ZERO response. This is pathetic after sales service! Will you refund for every day my services have been down?
