    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    I had recently ported to @reliancejio @JioCare on a Family Postpaid plan. But in the evening the internet speed gets so bad that we can't even watch a video properly. Even calls get disconnected. So I request @TRAI to remove the 90 days criteria so that I can port out again.

    @JioCare Thank you so much, Jio. 🙏🙏 Such a disappointing experience, all for a small refund. It took far longer than it should have, despite repeated follow-ups. Please don't put your customers through such an ordeal. I hope you improve your customer service and refund process.

    Hi @JioCare, #JioCare #JioCustomerSupport I've been using my Jio mobile number for over 10 years, but it was deactivated while I'm working in Jordan. It's linked to my banking and other important services. I kindly request your help in finding a way to reactivate it.

    @JioCare bad support from your Fiber technical team on disruption with engineers refusing to come and self cancelling putting the SR number on hold. Cant get connected to a phone agent as well. Bad service. Request SR00003AR1CD. Pls help. Will unfortunately disconnect

    @JioCare It has been over 2 working days since my consumer grievance was filed, yet there is no installation, no engineer, and no confirmed appointment. Please provide a concrete resolution instead of repeated generic responses.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Frequent call drops & extremely poor internet in multiple Goregaon ram mandir , and oshiwara jogeshwari west. Full signal but calls drop within seconds & internet becomes unusable.last one week. Contacted customer care multiple times — only get “this is how our network is”. Also u guys have very ****** customer support Please resolve immediately #JioProblems
