    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    @JioCare Jio customer care is disgusting. My home router is powered by UPS but still the internet connection gets interrupted when the appartment power supply gets switched from main to generator. Seems the common box configured by jio doesn't have power backup. AC# 520230234207

    @JioCare Why was the customer care executive in so much hurry to cancel the connection? Is the Adhar document submitted during installation is not a valid proof for relocating? Or the target is of new connection number only.. And not of service quality @reliancejio

    @JioCareers @JioCare I think you guys should not be running JIO fiber services. Check my details and you will see my frustration which I have with JIO Fiber. Jim Fiber is one of the worst service ever. I will never be recommending JIO fiber to any of my friends or relatives.
