    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    @Airtel_Presence Just got 2 know wires have been cut down & 2 restore them back, will take 1-2 day atleast. Now d ? arises, when d companies r facing these type of regular cuts & d area also get shabby with wires hanging around in street ! y don't use underground connections like PNG! @JioCare

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_internet speed is extremely slow, and network connectivity has been very poor for a long time. We are paying for 5G services but not receiving the quality promised. Kindly look into the issue and improve the network in Rajgarh as soon as possible.

    From 2 p.m. JioFiber services are down, called customer care they mentioned the issue is happening PAN India. It's been 5 hrs ! @JioCare @reliancejio

    Genuinely one of the worst customer experiences I've had has been with jiofiber. It's been over 4 days since I've had my fiber connection disrupted and so far they've done nothing. No Engineer visit. No response to emails sent. +Scummy practices.... @JioCare @reliancejio
