@JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

@JioCare Refer to service request number SR000019CIEI. Today is 7th day. wifi has no access to internet. Jiofibre is unable to resolve the issue, making false promises daily. Latest development is that you people have intimated new complaint no. SR 000019E313. WELL DONE.

@reliancejio for 18th March 2022 i have faced much network problem in our area. Show only emergency calls much time in my mobile. I have already registered complained of 2 time to jio customer care but no any solutions till time. I can't understand why nobody serious to resolve.

@JioCare highly disappointed by your sales person and customer care. Full of lies and wrong commitment and worst service. No response and worst support wld never recommend jio fiber to anybody hence forward. My full society is planning to disconnect jio fiber service.
