And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". I have been loyal so far but looks like I need to switch to @airtelindia or @reliancejio as my primary service provider. In this particular case at least give a 10GB voucher till the time you fix it. After all we are paying for the services. Case no SR00003A0XMV

Akshay Dwivedi (@AkshayDwivedi07) reported@JioCare I had two Jio AirFiber connections installed on 22nd May and 24th May. Today is 3rd July, and I still haven't received my refund. This is the worst service I've ever experienced from Jio. Extremely disappointed with the delay and the lack of proper customer support.
