    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    Still no resolution on my JioFiber issue. Complaint ID: SR00003BG01N, pending since 16th July. Despite repeated daily calls to helpline, service remains non-functional. This delay is unacceptable. @JioCare please take immediate action!

    How to disconnect the service @JioCare ? Neither TV channel works even after subscription charge is deducted nor internet has speed. It has been told that the subscription amnt will be adjusted which is yet to be done.

    @JioCare What is LR? If refund is 0, why you have initiated voucher and keep saying that in case i want refund in my account, i should reply. Now you are trying to clearly scam me. When service has been cancelled from your side, why i wont be getting my money back?

    @JioCare What about my deposits up to 6th July. I never used the service since 18th June. So my concern is start my service for the remaining deposits. After starting my service and let it be run according to my deposits due to your service interruption.
