And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". But it’s been almost 2 months, Forget 5G, even 4G doesn’t work properly. If 5G isn’t available, then why are you selling 5G plans? no more assurances.

Kunal Shah (@shah_kunal13) reported@JioCare My neighbours also use this JioFiber they also facing the same issue it means problem is with your DNS Resolver server side. Not in your physical wired infrastructure or router. Please escalate this issue with team dns resolver server.
