And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". I raised a complaint on 29th May about my router which was not working after the bill payment vide reference number SR0000370UYL. But till date I don't get any resolution. The subscription shows as active in MyJio, but no active subscription is visible in Jio hotstar with the same number. Look into this issue and help resolve it ASAP. #Jio #JioHotstar

Account reconciliation and adjustment are still pending. My complaint, reference number 4510542156, remains unresolved.
