    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    @JioCare They are now saying I cannot use their services as I cancelled Jio subscription. I am not asking about using Jio but letting me use Netflix outside of Jio. Why block my Netflix account once I cancel jio? @JioCare

    @reliancejio @RCBTweets Please make telecom customer care services fully manned instead of relying mainly on chatbots. Many people in India, especially those from poor or less digitally aware backgrounds, struggle to navigate automated systems when they urgently need help.
