So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

@JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

@PhonePe is giving such a worst experience ever ! Got my @reliancejio phone number recharged yesterday but recharge request is still under "processing" even after more than 18 hours ! And most annoying thing is - if u cancel the recharge midway, you won't get your money back !

@JioCare Your engineer will never visit us. The installation was scheduled on 22.07.2022 which is already gone. Dont give generic answers. Else cancel the subscription and make the refund if you cannot keep your commitments..
