    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    @JioCare I disconnected a jio fiber which was under trial and was promised a Refund of Rs 2500, but received only Rs 1500. My registered mobile no is 9911764349 ( which is now not registered) after disconnection. Kindly help me in getting my balance refund amount.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear sir, My Jio Fiber Landline No is 2235774355 There is the internet issue arrive from morning 12 pm but the problem isn't resolve till now. I have make complaint 2 to 3 times but problem is still pending. Please do needful.

    JioFibre is down from 2 days, id : SR0000186O5W. 3 times appointment is scheduled but on one came to fix the issue and the status is client kept it on hold even when no one called me. Clearly making a fool of client and fraud. Pathetic Service @JioCare @reliancejio
