And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". I have already raised this issue with the Jio customer support and later escalated to appellate authority but nothing changed. I would recommend you to end Jio services, they are not going to help
