    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    @JioCare Sir, there are many ration card holders in our country who are poor and they use JIO SIM, so what other JIO recharge plan can be available for them.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It has been a year since the launch of Jio Fiber but my town is yet to receive the same :( I agree, I live in a small place but can you tell that how long it will take to reach here. PIN- 713324. We have very poor internet connection services here. :/

    @JioCare I am trying to relocate my jio fibre connection from last 4 months but I am not able to do so. My jio app is giving the same error " our systems are not responding, plz try again later" and your customer service cuts the call if asked to raise a request manually.

    @reliancejio can u let me know why jio fiber Order no NO0000I0GOEQ installation is not getting happening. Your guys are really quick is taking the payment but giving service is pathetic.

    @JioCare I m not use data but my internet slow speed why? Plz call back this number. 100% of daily 2 GB data quota exhausted as on 19-Jul-21 11:45. Jio Number : 8076843342 Daily high speed data quota will be restored on 20-Jul-21
