    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare This is very concerning. I received a call from +91 73199 87009. The engineer never visited my premises, my issue was not resolved, yet I was asked to share an OTP. Why was an OTP requested without any visit or resolution?

    @JioCare Hey no , it says you didn't read my complaint. I had paid an advance twice. One is not refunded and another one converted as a connection. which I will not return your product until my first connection money refund.

    @JioCare My JIO Fiber number is 3331658470. I raised a complaint on 29th May about my router which was not working after the bill payment vide reference number SR0000370UYL. But till date I don't get any resolution. Call me at 7278382563 and resolve the issue immediately.

    @reliancejio I never expected our own Indian company for whom we have so much trust/ respect.Please intervene. Service of Jio is at stake. Surprisingly, Jio took one year subscription& suspend one month advance instead of one month additional srvc @mukeshambani566 @AmbaniKaVansaj

    Dear @JioCare I recharged my Jio number with a plan that includes a Jio hotstar subscription. The subscription shows as active in MyJio, but no active subscription is visible in Jio hotstar with the same number. Look into this issue and help resolve it ASAP. #Jio #JioHotstar

    @JioCare SR00002LG10M was raised for my WiFi issue and an engineer was assigned. Despite multiple follow-ups with the engineer and support team, no one has turned up. My work is being impacted due to no internet. Please resolve this urgently, latest by tomorrow.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio A fraudulent/irrelevant bill was issued, leading to an overpayment. Despite one month pass, no resolution or adjustment has been made. Account reconciliation and adjustment are still pending. My complaint, reference number 4510542156, remains unresolved.
