Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

The network is so poor that you can’t even convert a DOCX file into a PDF without struggling. YouTube videos keep buffering, and basic internet tasks feel like a challenge. And JioCare on the app is even worse, just automated questions and answers that don’t even understand what you’re actually asking. Try calling customer care, and nobody picks up. At this point, what exactly are customers supposed to do? 😑
