And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

It's better I will switch to other operator. If service not restored by tmrw 3pm, then all my jio service will switched to another operator.
