    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I have been facing an internet issue for the past 3 working days. I am getting a maximum download speed of 10 mbps. This is significantly affecting my work like anything. Airfiber number 8415352308. Every time I call customer care in message congestion in your area.

    @JioCare And collected a payment of Rs.1200/-. Later installation guy comes and instead of checking the signal strength set-up the entire equipment, drills walls screws and then at the end of the days says 5g signal is not available I can't finish the installation

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with your JIO AIR FIBER service ! No technician visit inspite of many calls and requests. Thinking of switching to @airtelindia
