Ajai 👨💻 (@ajaimanickam) reported from Pollachi, Tamil NaduSo for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". Satya 📢❗🚨 (@The_SatyaDVV) reported@reliancejio I paid for JioAirFiber and a technician visited my home for installation. He confirmed that installation was not possible due to signal and connection feasibility issues. I immediately requested cancellation and a refund. Despite this, my refund is still pending. Your local executive is now saying that I will only receive a voucher instead of my money. I do not accept a voucher and want the amount refunded to my original payment method. More concerning, my Jio order status shows Installation and Activation completed even though the service was never installed at my home. I have raised this with the local executive and his manager but received no proper response. Please investigate this issue and process my refund urgently.
