And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". Giving 50 extra for good service is most worthy than having a recharge with no use. @JioCare i did complaint many times but no resolutions provided. Internet speed as well as signal strength is too much poor. Inside home i can't get or make any call.
