    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    @krishna_vukkala @JioCare @reliancejio They will uninstall it one day or the other but keep your eyes for the refund. Because that's where they disappear and all the real person executive with change into useless system generated help.

    Originally installation was booked to very next day only, no one came then after calls with previous person it again booked to its next day this continued till today. WHAT IS THIS BEHAVIOUR @reliancejio @JioCare ? This is the worst experience I ever faced from such big telecom

    @JioCare Jio Fiber referral program is a FRAUD! Referred two - already installed - but no vouchers in MyJio? Repeatedly spoke and wrote to Jio Fiber Customer Care but in vain. FRAUD and/or PATHETIC INEFFECTIVE after sales service. Waste of time and effort
