Ajai 👨💻 (@ajaimanickam) reported from Pollachi, Tamil NaduSo for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

I told him we need service on existing connection, his reply was you can get new connection in 15 mins but for service he can’t help at all.

They ll force to cancel there plan within 2 month and they ll not refund ur money . Worst service I have ever seen . Finally I have cancelled jio .
