    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio wanted to cancel the Netflix subscription bundled with jio becoz of which bill i am getting is 970 instead of 400 even though i have taken Netflix subscription separately also . So i canceled Netflix subscription but still i got the same bill.Customer care useless

    I have been scammed at jio store at [data-zip 125039] one of my sim had lost and i went there to activate that sim but your executive had issued a new jio sim after i left the store so basically he has my name issued sim card he probably can misuse it please help ASAP @jiocare
