@JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

In today's lifestyle, @JioCare @reliancejio is hectic. Without network speeds & latency we didn't survive easily. Some bother abt 💰, job & interests. But I bother about - when period of 90days will be completed. Without completing they didn't provide UPC code @TRAI #TRAI

@JioCare can you explain what the 'Jiofiber referral OTT voucher' adds? Service engg told me to make a payment for a month,and said the voucher would add another month extension to the plan, but the validity date did not extend post-payment.
