    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    @JioCare I have raised this issue many times. I don't thing Jio is doing anything to solve this. I have compalint about this several times since four-five years. Still the issue is there. So your aim we Jio users are already aware about this.

    on 21/08/2026 they installed new jio air fibre 5447356274. From last 3 to 4 days my jio air fibre completely stops working, no one is coming to resolve the issue. Your customer care number always said that there is connectivity issues in your area, our engineers are @reliancejio

    Hey @reliancejio Why you're internet is not working.. Every time we made Complain they said illogical thing which is not related to my issue. No Internet showing up after doing all recharges and customer care instructions. Worst service

    @JioCare "If there is an issue, it should be resolved within hours or a day at most. How can you take days and weeks? How are we supposed to do our work without internet? If we don't recharge on time, you immediately cut off our connection—so what should we say to you today?"
