    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Very bad jio service for last 48 hrs and still counting my jio fiber is not working. #only 5 days ago i installed jio fiber . In this for last three days your fiber is shutdown Requesting you to kindly remove the device from my premises or fix it

    Hey, @reliancejio @JioCare I had switched from two of my Jio prepaids to postpaid and I didn't have to pay any security deposit or something. But when I'm getting the third Jio prepaid sim converted into Jio postpaid, the service centre is asking me to pay ₹350. Can I know, why?

    @reliancejio request raised on 12 /12/2022 for connectivity issue but still not resolved. Service engineer visit my location and he suggested to take new connection. They are not providing the service to existing connection company focus to sell new connection
