    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    @JioCare I think u should change slogan "True 5G" to "No internet". Min. 2 times a day internet down for atleast 30min. You called this temp. Service down, change it to daily service down. 3rd time I complained about this and yet no resolution.

    My Jio Fiber is not working due to connectivity issues since 5 days and even after complaint my issue has not been resolved. @reliancejio @JioCare @HotstarReality . Pl look into this matter

    How long are customers expected to tolerate poor network quality? For the past 1–2 weeks, Jio's internet has been painfully slow. Videos keep buffering and even basic browsing is frustrating. Customers pay on time and deserve reliable service. Time for real improvement. @JioCare

    🚨 Update: I have already paid and reactivated my JioAirFiber account as requested by @JioCare. Yet, despite losing approximately 33 days of service due to unresolved connectivity issues, I have still not received: ❌ Validity extension ❌ Compensation ❌ Rent rebate credit Complaints: SR000034YDNX SR000035N547 Rebate Request: SR000036I24H The customer fulfilled their part by making the payment.     @JioCare My JioFiber remained down for 10–12 days. Every day an engineer was assigned. Every day the visit was rescheduled. Despite repeated complaints, multiple calls to customer care, and assurances from at least 3 different agents, not a single engineer visited my premises.

    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare You guys have some of the most pathetic networks I have come across. Does not even work 5G most of the times. And even in 4G I'm not receiving msg, pages not loading while travelling in central line mumbai. Network gaand me gusake baite ho kya?
