    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    @JioCare Very poor network in our village Sunaposi, PO–Kushapada, Ps–Karanjia, District–Mayurbhanj, Odisha, PIN–757037 since last 30 days.Calls are not clear and sometimes not connecting. Emergency services like ambulance calls are not working properly, which is very serious.

    @JioCare After waiting for More than 3 days and calling on ur Customer care number (more than 30 times) and their advice I have purchased another plan of Rs 899 plus GST yesterday night and that activated Request you to kindly arrange a refund of Rs 824.82 paid on 22nd April 26 asap

    @JioCare My question is, why cant the team visit my place and check? I know I am paying 200 extra than the online price, I am also ready to pay an extra 200, why cant they check as they promised. Or if it is true that Airfiber is not working properly, why do you sell it?
