    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    @airtelindia Worst Network is Airtel with Poor Coverage despite my 1000s of Complaints to Customer care & Airtel Shop & all i got is Zero Response & fallen only on Deaf ears & no Airtel Tower in my Area evn thou @reliancejio is Best here in Katpadi & @ViVodaidea & worse is Airtel

    @JioCare I have registered for jio fiber installation on 14th and still not got it installed.. Each day I get a message that your installation has been scheduled for next day.. Currently i got a message for 20th..no resolution by calling ,order id NO0000H4ST0I.

    @DoT_India @JioCare we have lost our phone along with the jio sim card.Sim cards have been suspended but the sim was on my sister's name and she's abroad .everyone has this no. so please issue us a sim for 10 days so that we can arrange for a new number for further use.

    @JioCare Worst service provider. Showing off their support on twitter only by giving same set of replies always. No ground support. Customer care never interested to lodge a complaint. I stop using jiofiber, Airtel is better.

    Dear @JioCare @fiber_jio @reliancejio I had applied for jio fiber trial of 2500rs and fulfilling all the conditions I returned the complete package under 30days but on contacting customer care I got to know that only 1500rs is credited in my account please help (1/2)

    @reliancejio Thank you #jio😠 because Jio's network is so fast (3.00KB/s) that I have to wait 15 minutes to download a 10mb PDF. This is called jio 4G network.🙄😤😠
