    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio network vanishes the exact second power cuts hit my area, restoring only when electricity returns. Due to rain there are frequent power cuts. Jio shouldn't leave paying customers completely stranded without basic battery backup infrastructure.

    @JioCare I completed Jio Fiber registration and payment 4 days ago, but there's still no installation update via call, SMS, or email. My case was escalated yesterday, yet no response. Is this the service customers receive after payment? Please resolve this today. #CustomerService

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber U r not addressing my complain and asking for dues.. Jio fibre service not working since 26 Jun and no technician visit scheduled and u have suspended my service istead of rectification. Gr8 job.. 8154809525

    My JioFiber issue hasn't fixed yet. It's been a week now. No engineer has visited my home. I am tired of constantly connecting with advisors because they are also doing nothing except providing empathy. I have sent them a DM as well but no response. Pathetic! @JioCare @reliancejio
