Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

@reliancejio @JioCare Only if Jio Care, I am struggling to get a sim. My Dad, 65 yrs,lost him mobile in nearby Market on 26th Sept and I have been trying getting a new sim from you store in jungpura,Ashram. They clearly denied to issue me a sim as they have no stock left.

@reliancejio I got a new connection yesterday and it stopped working in 1hr and since then I have contact your customer care and the agent who came to install multiple times. No one is solving the issue. Its already 24hrs. How are we supposed to work??
