Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

@reliancejio i have visit two time in your noida sector 59 store for e-sim they told me that this service not available after 7PM i have visit again today before 7PM they told me that today is Sunday so that not possible you can check other place like sector 12/22

@JioCare @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 3rd Class service of Jio from today morning, reminded me of BSNL today. Same poor quality. I used to pay 2000 bucks per month for a crappy 8 Mbps speed.

@JioCare A very poor experience since the last 10 days. 2 unplanned outages in the span of 8 days and that too always on a weekend. Plus very poor internet speed. And all this after paying you guys in advance? How do you plan to reimburse for non provision of services?

@JioCare I'm tweeting through someone else's internet. My jio internet is not working properly and how does I install and do so.... Third class service and app and everything pissed off the @JioCare give me some plan so I think about it @Airtel_Presence gave me the best welcome package.
