    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    @JioCare after she refused to give OTP via phone, the delivery guy canceled the delivery altogether by mentioning the status as “Customer not willing to pay for prime”. This is just very horrible service. Do you guys at least take complaints on these?

    @JioCare Pls verify and check why ur customer support app is replying wrongly. It may be doing the same with other clients too. The first thing u must be doing is to check the app and revert to me. Or is it programmed to reply ‘everything is satisfactory’ irrespective of the ping result?

    @JioCare Or is it that you set a wake-up-call for clients a few days before their subscription is due to expire and make the speed slow so that they pay in time?? Speeds must be as per agreed commitment till the last minute of subscription.

    Deepika frm @reliancejio @JioCare demanding OTP for processing my order which is not required by me as the such offer doesn't fullfil my requirements. the caller from JIO TELECOM threaten me to terminate all my IDs and numbers from Jio. This will face a legal proceeding soon

    @JioCare I stay at Malad East, Mumbai, The internet speed has drastically reduced for everyone in our building using a Jio Sim. This has been the case for about a week now. We largely depend on your network, so please resolve this urgently.
