    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    @JioCare Thank you for the response. The issue is that I do not have access to the current Registered Mobile Number, as it belongs to a former employee who has left the organization and is not cooperating. The JioFiber connection is installed at our office and all bills are paid by us.

    Every single day @JioCare Airfiber service impacted and all, the day I took the @reliancejio fiber was the worst, now I feel tortured everyday. Complaints after complaints but no solution, I have wasted money on Jio fiber. Never buy Jio Fiber. I request everyone. @AmitShahOffice

    @JioCare No one picks the call, this is the third time in the last days the internet is down..same engineer comes again, give some reason and fix it temporarily but no one is questioning him why the issue again and again
