    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    @reliancejio, @JioCare, @jio_fiber when on a conference call with the business head and technical head Mr Ketan Mehta of jio fiber, I was informed and confirmed by the technical head that customers should never refer jio fiber sms and app notifications as both are not reliable.

    @JioCare @reliancejio such a worst company, i have to travel to j&K, so i converted my sim to postpaid. at the starting they took 450 so no reason and say it is refundable once you cancel. now i have to fill a form to get that refund. that form somehow got my mom number and ...

    @JioCare follow-ups, resulting in nothing but insulting, copy-pasted, robotic templates. Keeping a customer's money for a service never provided constitutes an illegal financial gain and an unfair trade practice. This email is my final attempt to resolve this directly with Reliance Jio.

    This is disgusting and every 4 days I faced same issue. @airtelindia please hire good engineers as we pay thousands for a month and you providing useless service. Else looks to switch @jio_fiber @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare It’s been 3 days, my internet of Jio Fiber is not working. Repeatedly technicians have visited yet no solution was provided. What kind of service is this? What’s the refund policy of these 3 days ?
