And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

I have recharged for a month, now I am not even sure if I can use JioFiber service for this month or not. For the days I have been patient, someone might even have repaired under se opic fiber cables and restored services.
