@JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

My #JioFiber connection issue is not resolved after Customer Care said that it will take 1 week. 3 months have passed by now. If you can't give service to our area, then why did you selling new connections and blocking our money as new connection charge? @JioCare @reliancejio

How to contact jio customer care if customer wants to complain. There is no direct number on IVR, listen all option and then none of them reaches, time waste. @DoTMumbaiLSA @reliancejio . Atleast provide direct number instead of IVR. Company can afford this also
