Ajai 👨💻 (@ajaimanickam) reported from Pollachi, Tamil NaduSo for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

Treated service requests as passing the parcel. Airtel service is prompt, wifi already resumed within half an hour of tweet.

Vamsee Sunku (@SunkuVamsee) reported@reliancejio v r using Jio Air Fiber in Hyd. WiFi data completes in just 1-2 weeks itself in every month. Took top up plan for 3 months and it is not visible suddenly. Original and top up plan both no use. Office work is impacted.Pathetic customer service.
