    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    Jio fiber is the worst network in India. Here is the reason - I have installed jio fiber, services I get 10 days in one month. You raise complaint to local service provider but didn't get any update 😞 @JioCare @jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio Care misled me. They said all issues were resolved and asked me to recharge. After recharging, they now say the problem still exists and I must wait 6 months. No refund given. This is unfair and against basic consumer rights. #Jio #ConsumerRights

    @JioCare , Slow Internet Since over a week , Called Customer Care Support 3-4 times but the issue is still not resolved, Cannot use the internet from yesterday and while multiple devices try to use it , it starts rendering look into this matter #jiofiber #jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio My DMs are being ignored. SIM is in Qatar, can't you just use the Auto-migration option to solve this? My grandmother is going to the store, don't make her suffer for nothing. Fix this now or I'm reporting to TRAI. #JioCare #TRAI

    @JioCare @aroonkamble Same here. Network is working. But wifi is down. Customer Care is not responding. All left in the middle of nowhere. Is this a wife spread problem?

    @JioCare @JioCare My services were not usable for many days due to repeated internet issues and downtime. My plan is ₹599 + GST, but the bill amount is ₹1117.23, which is incorrect. Previous month payment was already made, and service downtime should also be considered.
