    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    @JioCare Seriously. My patience? How much is enough patience for Jio to take care of their own ****? 5 days it's been.. You need more? You are only taking complaints and cancelling without solving it. It all happened when I recharged for 6 months. People don't buy Jio.

    @JioCare I have installed jio fiber connection and the experience is worst ever... sales team has absolutely misguided and given lot of falls commitments...after paying money one by one I am understanding how it works in jio.. first make customer pay and then cheat

    @Airtel_Presence Please take your time. As your backend team unable to figure out the issue, we have installed @reliancejio. Jio service is quick and responsive. I have been using airtel from 17 years. You just lost a customer. Thank you.
