    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare The problem is yet not solved. Backend server issue I'm sure. The smart tv jio tv app is asking evey few hours a painful 6 digit OTP. Please address this issue urgently.

    My Jio WiFi has been cutting out for two days straight. A techy came, but it broke again shortly after. Now, they're sending someone tomorrow. How do they expect me to go a whole day without internet? I'm paying for this, not for constant disconnections. @JioCare, please fix this

    @reliancejio I recently ported my number from Vi to Jio due to unexpectedly high bills. However, Vi is still asking me to pay a bill even after porting out, and the amount doesn’t seem to reflect my actual usage. Please look into this matter and help me resolve this. @JioCare
