And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

I visited office but no reply. I tried to call to area manager for 25+ times since morning but he doesn't answer.

Here's what to expect: Downtime: Once in 15 days Restoration time: usually 1+ day, but can go upto 3-4 days Notification: Will be restored in 6 Hours. After 6 hours gets extended in multiples of 6 hours. Compensation: NIL
