    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @reliancejio @JioCare I am really tired of following with Airtel to address my network issues . I am collecting around 50 plus numbers who has network issues whoever ready to address our issues will switch to their network.

    So for us to avoid this issue going forward until @JioCare fixes it, its best to recharge with a different denomination if you exceed the data in the current plan but you still have validity for few more days. And this issue is only there for the 4G data voucher plans.

    @JioCare I already file complaint in your helpline service 20 days ago. They call me very nxt day and enquired about my complaint and they told it will sove in a week . But still i facing the same issues with high margin. 1/2

    Its ridiculous; it could be a probable glitch. Customer care accepted this is the case and told they will fix this issue with the relevant teams intervention "ASAP". This is so basic, wondering how this logic is even in effect in the first place. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Connection. I shared the details with Jio's engineer and customer support multiple times But no one is assigned to look into this to resolve the relocation request. This is really poor state of Jio Fiber customer support. Every time I call customer support they spoke so politely

    Dear @JioCare, your 5G network is extremely poor in my area. The phone always shows 5G, but the internet barely works. If I switch to 4G, it works only until my daily data is exhausted. After that, even though 5G is connected, the internet stops working. Please resolve it.

    @Wilsonwagndu @reliancejio Thanks for the info. Already exploring Jio as backup. Airtel ₹4099 already stuck in queue till 24 July. Will compare both networks and decide. Airtel needs to fix its rigid recharge policy though.

    @JioCare Your network issue has become a permanent problem. Rain, wind, or even slight weather changes—connectivity keeps dropping. Reliable service shouldn't depend on the weather. Please fix the root cause instead of temporary solutions.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber matter to the Jio Appellate Authority for Haryana, but as of now I have no conclusive resolution. I need urgent intervention on the following: 1. immediate clarity on whether the connection will actually be installed, 2. if not, immediate cancellation and full refund of ₹5,300
