No one is getting refund from @JioCare @reliancejio whoever paid the deposit or failed transaction no one is getting it back after multiple complaints and phone calls to the customer care. This is the biggest scam that will come out. I have lost ₹1000 from my side as well.

@reliancejio 301139302769 is my Jio fibre connection number and i am not getting refund process done even after complain so many times. I got only message that engineer will come today but never came once. Such a pathetic and unprofessional people there in Jio fibre.

@JioCare Again facing the same problem which was resolved 10 days ago same internet fluctuations and slow speed please look into it a lot of work is not happing because of this problem

@airtelindia Broadband service is Super Pathetic I have been suffering from Sunday not my service provider not customer care are fixing my issues just saying give us time till evening. I have WFH job just becoz of u guys i may lose my job. @reliancejio would've been better choice

@JioCare Neither Jio team is confirming what is updated..nor as a customer am not sure what is available..bank details are as per Aadhar Card details .

@JioCare So pathetic service by Jio, previous recharge done on 1 Aug but outgoing calls has been barred before 28 days.Does Jio has any explanation for this wrong doing??
