    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio Fiber is not working since yesterday and no technician has turned up and neither i got any update from anyone inspite of raising the incident. My one day of work has already got hampered, plz fix the issue at the earliest and give us some respite.

    @TRAI : DND violation done by @airtelindia for @reliancejio customer, Airtel calling Jio customer to recharge there mobile... Airtel is using Jio servers for airtel advertising... Your service request number is SR000014XBW3. You will receive an update by 19/05/2021- Jio.

    @JioCare I used to get full network and atleast 30 mbps internet speed with Jio prepaid but now I am unable to receive calls indoor due to poor network coverage. And the internet speed is also reduced to 1.5mbps which is ridiculous. Please solve this issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Yesterday my phone was upgraded with security updates and incoming and outgoing calls stopped working. Customer care and gave me stupid reason of phone purchased from abroad. Then why it was working before and not after security updates? JioCall app sucks

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing problem with internet speed since last 2 months and I talk with customer care then said that your area is flooded with jio user and your nearest jio tower has limited network connectivity Please tell any kind of solution

    @JioCare Hi ..thanks but this is no temporary issue. Users at my location are experiencing weak network signals since last 2 years and multiple time the issue is been raised.
