    @reliancejio @JioCare I would like to express my special thanks to the Manager, Lenin, for his prompt action regarding my SIM replacement. He immediately arranged for the SIM to be sent to my home and resolved the issue quickly. He continuously followed up until the SIM was delivered to my home.

    @JioCare Details shared, I still stand on my point I pay for a month and if it doesn't work for 3 days because of you company should compensate me for those 3 days.

    Paid โ‚น999 to MyJio for a plan that includes JioHotstar, but even after 2โ€“3 weeks the subscription is still not activated. Stop redirecting me to Hotstar supportโ€”I paid Jio, so Jio is responsible for resolving this.@JioCare @TRAI @JioHotstar

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with #JioFiber service. My internet has been down since morning. My service request has already been rescheduled 3 times, and the assigned engineer clearly refused to visit.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence was facing network issues, went to your store, got the e-sim replaced.... it worked for 1-1.5 hours and now no signal..... This is how you deal with your postpaid customers. Need to switch to @reliancejio I guess....

    @jiothings @jioMotive @JioCare Around one and a half months ago, I reported an issue where the device was falsely registering trips. Despite raising the complaint, the issue has still not been resolved.

    @JioCare my jiofibre connection is canceled on 22nd June but still my refund not processed yet Person who uninstalled the connection has not followed the process and unnecessary I am suffering , registered complaint against him still no action taken by @reliancejio
