    From the past 1 month I am facing a lot of challenges in terms of using Jio Fiber connection.Every alternate day there is an issue wherein the internet does not work.Why am I paying for a month when half of the month internet connectivity is not there @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I am fed up and give up I don’t think you have ability to provide service and resolve issues. आपकी सेवा बहुत ही घटिया और निम्न है। your services are c-grade, 3rd class and pathetic. I followed up for 5 times, all the times I just got false promises. Going for @airtelindia fiber.

    @JioCare We have 3 connections in our apartment, and the connection is not restored yet. Why the delay? We work from home and because of your poor service my productivity is disrupted.

    @JioCare I had raised a Service Request for my Jio Fibre connection issue today. Service Engineer was supposed to visit at 7 pm today but nobody has attended the service request yet. Is this your customer service? @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Broadband installation pending since last one week. Everyday reschedule message is placed in the morning and till evening no service engineer comes to install.. Is this the best service u promised for leaving airtel..?? Seriously frustrating...
