    I convert my Jio postpaid Sim into prepaid, but the security money that I gave for postpaid didn't come back to my ac. And now @JioCare can't even pick my calls or when they pick, they tells me to wait and then disconnected the call. That's too bad service by @reliancejio.

    @JioCare Day 3 of no internet services and no response from ur team. Your engineer came for 10 minutes and left leaving the internet down as it was. Everyone is seeing and should know what kind of services you provide. My biggest mistake was choosing jio internet services. (1/2)

    @JioCare I have been facing network issue from last 2 weeks for jio sim. Trying to get in touch with the concerned authorities as everyone using jio sim is facing same issue in my locality. Plz look into the matter ASAP! Awaiting reply

    @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani service in Jio is not at all upto mark. Reaching customer service is a Herculean task now. No resolution for post paid on time. Will port in next 90 days
