    @JioCare @JioCare None of your delivery man called me for sim card delivery. And my order no. NO0001DTXJW2 is still in process. Earlier i raised complaint and complaint no is SR000037SL29 and no one called me for that also called for follow up and that too never got response.

    spoke to the engineer or shared the code, but still got a mail saying request on hold bโ€™coz you asked for it! What kind of con service is this @reliancejio @JioCare ? Your call centre guy keeps repeating it wonโ€™t happen again! But what about this time? I still have no internet4/4

    @JioCare @JioCare Very disappointed. My JioFiber complaint SR0000386ZJ7 was marked as resolved, but internet is still not working. Engineer first said router replacement was required, then informed it was a fiber line issue. Earlier also, a false "Customer Not Available" update was given

    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been 5 days my jio fiber services went down and no one reached to resolved it, When I raise service request it was closed without resolution. I want to close my Jio fiber atleast close my Fiber account I'll switch to airtel.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Your services have become pathetic and your engineers have gamed the system by reporting premises closed. My Air Fibre connection which is about 1.5 years old has become extremely unreliable with at least one outage daily.

    @JioCare Could you please confirm the expected timeline for service restoration? At this point, it is difficult to understand whether this issue is genuinely being prioritized or if I am simply receiving standard responses without any concrete action being taken.

    @JioHotstar @reliancejio If you guys bought the rights for Fifa WC matches and if u sold it at 800rs. I would get it with no second thoughts because at least the service you would provide will be much better than Zee5

    @gharkekalesh @airtelindia Same issue is with @JioCare Air fiber. Customer care representative just say we are sorry , we are resolving it , our technical team is already solving etc They just need money and later they don't respond
