    @JioCare How can you say it is non-refundable? Are you understanding why I'm disconnecting JioFiber? I made the advance payment for the entire month of July right? Did I use your data in th month of July? No I didn't use it because of your pathetic customer support.

    Ordered Jio SIM for home delivery through the MyJio app on 10.7.26. Service agent has still not delivered the SIM. Complaint also raised. Despite waiting and following up, there has been no delivery or proper response. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare it’s been 2 days with no 5G while 4G works fine. I’ve raised multiple complaints, even called support, and got Complaint No. SR00003BU58F Every time I’m told “4–5 hours,” but nothing gets fixed. What’s the point of paying for Unlimited 5G if I can’t access 5G at all?

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Please refund my two orders. There is no help of Jio fiber or airfiber. No call no email no chat. I am business user and I use 10 SIM card of Jio . But worse experience with fiber refund. NO0001ENKE50 & LR00001E3TPL

    @JioCare Whenever I file a complaint, I'm told that the issue is due to bad weather. However, that is not true—the weather has been completely fine. This excuse has been given repeatedly, but no engineer has visited yet, and my internet is still not working. Please resolve this issue
