  @JioCare I'm facing issue in my jio fibre connection for the last 7 days. Complaint number SR00002N033G. I raised a consumer forum complaint docket number: 9869500. Can't talk to customer executive. Instead of pasting the SOP response please talk to technicians involved.

  @reliancejio @JioCare If a customer is paying atleast give them service for which they are paying. Stop being an ignorant money sucker. This is actually the worst ever experience i had from any service provider even after being in a high tech city like Gurugram.

  Dear @JioCare,@reliancejio Your AirFiber service is becoming extremely frustrating. It goes down again and again, making it impossible to work or use the internet reliably. Customers are paying for uninterrupted service, not repeated outages. Please fix this permanently instead of providing temporary solutions. #JioAirFiber #Jio

  @JioCare @JioCare Contact number shared but why do you need time to think and personally talk to me. It was promised to me internet can be accessed with inverter backup when power outage but whole thing changes and tou are not able to provide a clarity on this which is very strange.

  In the name of 4-5G R-Jio is looting people. I live in Sofipora (Zainapora) Shopian, 200 of customers have similar complaints. It has been 6 months since we discovered issues with the Internet over here. No overhaul. No efficacy. Terrible speed issues. Drug of hope. @reliancejio
