    @JioCare I am completely disappointed with Jio Services. I am using Jio sim from the beginning. It was working fine but once the users got increased. We are not getting the speed. It's almost a 2G network and signal strength is very poor.

    @JioCare Wow.. @JioCare you replied over dm that the refunds fr the cancelled connections would be made, if nt done already. Do you even understand that the issue is that @reliancejio could not resolve a technical issue in 6 months and still took the connection request 3rd time?

    @JioCare I am seeing from long time how you are helping. Before asking for time. Check in your system this complaint is pending from August 2020. Is this a way how you work ? Is this your working style ? Such a big name still frauds.

    @JioCare wld like to highlight very poor experience of jio Fiber installation. Been two days and no installation done. I’m migrating from Airtel. Any help. It’s being rescheduled again and again.

    @madiwal_avinash @reliancejio hahahahahaahah... it was not a bad connection, was quite good actually.. and also the on ground service head for the area is a very nice person. The issue is that the brand is lying to people about Data being unlimited... which is not right.

    @JioCare Your people on the ground asking me to cancel this booking and suggesting me to book a new connection. Is this is how you resolve customers issues? It's already been 5 days and you guys are figuring out whose fault it is.. AMAZING!
