  🧵 I have a serious issue with @JioCare #JioFiber. My monthly plan includes 3300 GiB of data. I recharged on 1 July. My billing cycle ends 5 Aug. Yet on 31 July, my internet suddenly stopped because the Jio app said: "Data Exhausted."

  @JioCare I used to have @airtelindia is my primary sim and second sim on @reliancejio. At my office location Airtel network was not working. So I ported in Jio. Now internet is neither working at home nor in office. Only calls. Unfortunate

  @JioCare If the issue was non-payment, why did the app explicitly display "Data Exhausted"? If the issue was data exhaustion, where are the records proving that 3300 GiB was actually consumed?

  @JioCare @JioFiber Booked #JioFiber on 25 July. Technician installed the junk box — couldn’t connect. Issue raised on 26th, only cut‑copy assurances till 31st. Another technician came, failed again, told me “wait 24 hrs, it’ll work automatically.”

  @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber connection was interrupted due to external line brakage. I have been facing this issue since June 25th. I also lodged a complaint SR00002M2K94 regarding this, but the issue has not been rectified to date . (1/2)
