    @JioCare No 4G service provided. Assured to get the service before a year, but still Cheating continues and getting poor connectivity. Costly modem and cost of tarrif higher at the rate of 4G but less useful (Useless) service. SiM contact 6381 803 022.

    @reliancejio @exploreIMC You need to study again from the beginning coz ur equations as shown 2+0+2+1=5G is in true sence is actually 2+0+2+1=0G coz you can't even provide 2G service properly

    @JioCare @reliancejio Contacted #Jio Appellate - Madhu; ref no: MR0000UL2TNA Anush Kumar – ref no: MR0000UL3NGK "number of users have increased in your locality, hence 4G data speed is 1.5kbps; we are working to improve our network in your area." Since March, 2020 - same response! 😡

    @JioCare Dear Sameer, I have gone through the motions a number of times, for no avail. I don’t want to waste any more time on this. Just know that the area is New Ellora Park (around Race Course Circle), Vadodara (Gujarat). It’s not my number alone. My wife also faces the same problem.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have done a one year recharge of 4G data; and the data speed for the past 10 months is 1.5kbps, 'cos, number of users in my area have increased, and #jio is working to improve network in my area since March, 2020! What a justification by jio appellate! 😡
