    @JioCare No 4G service provided. Assured to get the service before a year, but still Cheating continues and getting poor connectivity. Costly modem and cost of tarrif higher at the rate of 4G but less useful (Useless) service. SiM contact 6381 803 022.

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio I've a jio fiber connection and yesterday due to some issue i'm unable to connect my internet. I've raised a complaint yesterday and the request no is "SR00001CUS3Y" but nobody came to fix the issue. Is this the service you are providing. Disgusting.

    @JioCare I have not returned device after 60 days but you have not collected it within time. There are more than 30 requests from me on customer care and tweet. Message came. We are on the same location always. But no body came to collect. I have proper evidence also.Its ur default.Refund

    I raised a complaint about my Jiofiber and it's been 4 DAYS. I raised a complaint on 8th august and 6 times till date no solution was given, the Service agent did not visit and the showing resolved. REQUEST NUMBER - SR00001CTWBF Pathetic Service. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    Assurance. I better opt for @reliancejio who are ready to install fibre . I was with airtel for prompt reply and service which i guess has become part of history now. @airtelindia
