    @JioCare No 4G service provided. Assured to get the service before a year, but still Cheating continues and getting poor connectivity. Costly modem and cost of tarrif higher at the rate of 4G but less useful (Useless) service. SiM contact 6381 803 022.

    @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima Do you really care about your customer.. After long follow up I got to register a complaint and your executive came to my home and found STB is defective and internet speed is low. He said STB , ROUTER need to be changed..He never turned up and closed

    Today as my @reliancejio were down I reacharged my @Idea and after it I feel a Pathetic experience from them, earlier from very bad Internet connectivity then from Customer Representative. How can you guys be so irresponsible? Leave internet data, can't even know how to deal 😑

    @JioCare @rsprasad Dear jiocare Issue still not resolved you said for today from 10 hours to highest 13 hours It is one hour more than the highest time limit, no one visited Will it get resolved ever or should we switch over to other company cause it is beyond getting our tolerance
