    @JioCare No 4G service provided. Assured to get the service before a year, but still Cheating continues and getting poor connectivity. Costly modem and cost of tarrif higher at the rate of 4G but less useful (Useless) service. SiM contact 6381 803 022.

    We are trying to follow up with the customer care since last 12days for reinstallation of jio fiber internet as we have relocated to a rented place. They need KYC of our address wherein we have provided leave & licence agment, still our application is getting rejected @JioCare

    @Ridhima_G @JioCare @reliancejio they arent focusing on customer retention vexed chasing them for connection transfer just a few houses behind from original location. ignored them & shifted to airtel. i have airtel black plan now. 3 mobile connections+1dth+ 1internet all together in a single bill 😎

    @JioCare @PratikShah0015 @JioCare will you also respond on my issue. Since last 14-15 days waity for jio fibre connection. Payment already done. Or if it's not possible please cancel my order and process refund.

    @I_Am_CK_ @reliancejio @The_Pi_Hole IPv6 should be enabled - lots of stuff requires it and will break if you turn it off. If disabling IPv6 "fixes" things, that means you have other problems with your network, which are being masked rather than fixed by disabling v6.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Even after 4 months ground team is not able to provide installation. Very poor service. My neighbours were also looking for Jio Fiber but they opt for another operator. No resolution.
