    @JioCare No 4G service provided. Assured to get the service before a year, but still Cheating continues and getting poor connectivity. Costly modem and cost of tarrif higher at the rate of 4G but less useful (Useless) service. SiM contact 6381 803 022.

    @JioCare Now the 3rd day begins Today, the installation is still not done. No action is taken, not received any call, any mail any thing. It was very urgent for me to have it. Now regret why I did not preferred Airtel. Atleast they have a good service delivery in time.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Facing streaming issues on Jio Fiber 50+ days. IPL on JioHotstar, Instagram reels & YouTube Shorts BUFFER. Customer care says restart router/change password. After 30+ days technician admits issue existed long back but no one diagnosed it. Pathetic experienc

    @JioCare Not getting 5G speed even after paying for it. Everywhere, I get LTE service. R u trying to lose customers by providing such type of services. When I try to port, u call me and try to convince me that u will provide very good service. This time, I'll definitely port my sim.
