@JioCare No 4G service provided. Assured to get the service before a year, but still Cheating continues and getting poor connectivity. Costly modem and cost of tarrif higher at the rate of 4G but less useful (Useless) service. SiM contact 6381 803 022.

@JioCare I'm fed up of following up yet again in the DMs and getting back pre-populated replies. Is this the kind of "world class" customer support we expect from a "brand" like JIO ? It is taking forever to refund an amount that I should have got 6 months back. What an "escalation" !👏

@JioCare @reliancejio It's been 3 long years since Jio is resolving it. "You are experiencing internet issues as there are many users using internet at the same time from the site you are connected with. This is a temporary issue and may last for next few days.We are working..
