    @JioCare No 4G service provided. Assured to get the service before a year, but still Cheating continues and getting poor connectivity. Costly modem and cost of tarrif higher at the rate of 4G but less useful (Useless) service. SiM contact 6381 803 022.

    @JioCare pathetic service. Against 3-hour TAT for complaint resolution, it has been 24 hours & no one has appeared as yet. Took away my hard earned money as 3-month advance but could not provide service for even an hour 😕😔

    @reliancejio @JioCare simple relocation rqst no ways to Slelect precise location in app, building has multiple connections, there sud be som way, not sure does #automation is for customer help or just an excuse to not to work, frustrated experience

    @reliancejio Faced a ridiculous issue, In a city where prepaid jio fiber was available now only postpaid connections are allowed. Amazed by such policy change. Can you pls help.

    @thektech @SamsungMobile @JioCare I rarely switch to 5g network bro, bcoz of this issue. Personally I felt battery is fine, bcoz I used samsung note 8 before this phone which is exynos processor.😬

    @JioCare I am facing issues in the Jio Fiber since last night. Firstly you said issue will get resolved by 3:50 AM, then 11:50 AM and now 11:50 PM I have my university exams coming soon how would I Study now ?? Do help me in this case.

    @JioCare Hi I'm unable to send sms from few days but I have a plan which shows 100sms per day. Please you fu**kin prick resolve this or I'll port out to @Airtel_Presence . The customer care of @JioCare is 198 but when we call we receive plans without any resolution 😡

    Internet not working for all jio users in yedapura village chamarajnagar district karnataka There is a government medical college and hospital inside the village it's a big inconvenience for all . Pls try to resolve 11.8954580, 76.9033889 these are the cordinates @JioCare
