@JioCare No 4G service provided. Assured to get the service before a year, but still Cheating continues and getting poor connectivity. Costly modem and cost of tarrif higher at the rate of 4G but less useful (Useless) service. SiM contact 6381 803 022.

@JioCare I am making complaint from 21st may 2022 but not reveiving my soluition on helpline they dont accept their mistake and refuse to take complaint when i can make complaint ???? should i take support from newspaper so u can look into it ??? @middaygujarati please help me

@reliancejio @JioCare automatically sim stopped working. It is not getting detected by phone. Either sim slot 1 or 2, it is not being detected. I had to board flight as i was traveling multi city and facing so much of trouble as this is my primary number

@JioCare @JioCare There is still no revert & no internet as well. 2 calls to customer care where they committed to give us a call back from the senior person *But no call back received yet* 1 Jio store visit- the store executive had just put a top up on the email that was sent by me.

@JioCare such a bad internet connection, you'll charge for 3onths at once and these 5 days internet us not working are you'll going to give extra days internet, what a ******* network, it doesn't even streams well.not happy atall with the internet will port it

@JioCare Yes in process but can you see it's dated 27feb and today is 29 apr. 2 months gone. 12 complaints to business care already. Nothing working and no pick. Is this the customer service of JIO. Money taken and not refunding because modem not picked up and nobody picking up modem.
