    @reliancejio Jio fiber has worst customer care support, I have complaint and its again more than 26 hrs and no engineer has visited, previous time also they took 4 days for engineer visit, as I already recharged till December, please refund my money so I can switch back to @ACTFibernet

    @reliancejio @JioCare I did recharge on my Jio Fiber and money was debited (Rs 1178), three days back. I raised my issue to your inefficient executives three times and all the time they are just misguiding. I want my money back. Can you help? Or is there some responsible person?

    @Denbroadband1, worst service ever in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, every day sure shot services go down.. Pathetic to the core..No one should go with these guys @airtelindia @reliancejio much much better then these cheap service providers.

    So it took them 3 days to figure this out. Had high expectations from Jio Fiber bt its has now gone down the gutter. Pls initiate the cancellation and refund. Would never ever recommend Jio to anyone . 👎 @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejio 1st day of installation of jiofiber, connection not started, executive not reachable, area manager not receiving calls. To date the most pathetic service ever!!!

    @RISINGRKC @reliancejio I am wondering now after reading this post, I also requested to withdraw connection (because of their poor service and problem resolution mechsnism). How much time it takes for the refund comes usually? e-com brands refund quickly nowadays as mode is UPI, fast pmt, quick refunds
