    @reliancejio today I visit Jio store in Panchita, West Bengal for sim replacement that person behave with me very badly and told me that it will cost me ₹200(without any benefits) but it’s real cost is ₹25 please help me I want sim replacement. Please give a new sim at my 🏠

    @JioCare My Cousin applied for a new connection on 14 June 2022, still he is waiting for the appointment call from Engineers. He is still trying to call Customer Care,No one is taking complaints Not even clarifying the cause of installment. How long will it take? We are fed up.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Being a long user, I have a serious complaint. My recharge is due in next 3-4 days. But on every call I make I have been informed about due, that too in two languages. Seriously on every call, can't it be on my 1st call of day, or on every 5th call of day.
