@reliancejio He is not even bothering about the problems people are facing. 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G and so on! Atleast the company must focus on the preexisting network and the service that they claim to be the best. Here, The employees literally sleep. Wake up Jio, Wake up Mr. Mukesh Ambani!

@JioCare has launched a new business to earn money. They ask customers to take free trial of Jio and take security deposit of Rs.1500. After your free trial gets over, the device needs to be picked up for the refund. They never intend to pick up the device and return those 1500

@JioCare my jio connection is not working from past 5 days. I complained got a slot. For 25/8. No body visited. On 26/08 I called customer care. They gave me a revised slot for 3/09. What kind of service is this , is this a joke. If you can't give service better refund my money.

@reliancejio Must say, pathetic network and disappointing service! Jio guys just attract the customers by talking a lot about it and then they just disappear. I opted for the best speed and getting 20 to 25 MBPS only. When I tried to connect with these people, they were just unavailable.
