    3 days. Zero internet. Zero refund. Zero customer care. Full payment. @JioCare can you refund for our pending 4 months so we go and cut your connection and get better company’s? We’re paying for zero internet it seems.

    @airtelindia has pathetic fiber Broadband services. Since last 2 days my WiFi is not working and no resolution is provided has been provided till now. I want to surrender my connection and will opt for @JioCare broadband services.

    @JioCare I don’t understand that why you required base plan to get network signal , as it’s already valid till one month with active another plan . What is Rs50 + Rs20 minimum balance , who decide all these, as my account as balance of Rs 10+ .

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber very bad sevice. Our time of schedule was changed from 02-May 1-2 pm to 04 May 11 AM. Why are we paying money for the days that we don't get the services. Everywhere they want to save costs and inform that it is written in the contract. 1413599686

    @JioCare Yes, still facing the same issue. By the way service request closed from your end or service person end. He has done nothing in resolving the issue. Why your people are doing continuously like this

    @JioCare please my help None of your customer care is helping me. I had bought 5 TB through Jio (Google One). I don't want to take that storage. So I request that my membership be cancelled. The plan is running on my number. I want to cancel the plan. Please help me.
