    @JioCare My #JioFiber has been down for 5 days. I have called customer care 20+ times, but there is no resolution. SR00003A2DLD. No engineer has visited despite repeated follow-ups. My wife works from home and cannot work due to this outage. Please resolve this urgently.

    Since 7 July, I have been unable to use the internet because the Jio pole has fallen and the internet cable has broken. I contacted the help desk multiple times. Instead of providing a resolution,calls are simply being transferred. @jio_fiber @reliancejio @JioCare

    @jio_fiber @JioCare mine issue is not been resolved its been 24 hrs and money is stuck and internet services are pauses also a senior wasted my time and then cutted the call saying he'll check and help but blank nothing happened #jio @JioCare fix this or i gotta take it legally

    Since 2nd July, @JioCare @reliancejio still hasn't fixed a basic mobile data issue. This isn't network maintenance anymore—it's a masterclass in inefficiency.

    @JioCare The engineer did not visit within the scheduled time (7 PM–8 PM). The app now says, "We regret the delay." My internet has been down for 6 days, and my wife's work has been affected. Please assign another engineer tonight or as the first priority tomorrow morning.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Entire locality in Vileparle east Mumbai without Jio Fiber since Sunday. Total radio silence on an ETA for repairs. "Fiber service impacted" doesn't help when businesses are losing money and completely stranded. Need an update and a specific resolution time.
