    @reliancejio @JioCare I hv business Ac for internet services. I made a service request and recd a mail for attendance at 5.00 pm today. No one came and now I recd mail for resolution to be done by 14.02.22. I don’t need such slow services and would like to close my account.

    Why you can't expand when one year Amazon Prime Video is going to be expired, for Jio PostpaidPlus plans instead of asking customer to pay extra charges? Or Atleast you have to reduce price amount of monthly plans @JioCare #JioPostpaidPlus

    @reliancejio I had been recharged my account through jioapp but due to some technical error recharge was not processed but my balance in jioapp was deducted not customer care told it will be reflected after 48 hrs why i will wait for this delay
