@reliancejio I even tried in different phone where my wife's jio number is getting signal. But it didn't worked in that phone as well. I am here for 20 days and it is taking 10 days to process my request,how is that fair. I feel like I have made a mistake by trusting jio networks

@JioCare @reliancejio My internet services have not been working since Dec 31st. I've raised complaint in My Jio app but your service engineer never shows up and keeps rescheduling without informing or consent of customer. Pathetic unprofessional service from so you people.

@JioCare Again all the requests are closed by the jio team, but the connection is down and the issue was not resolved This is done purposely and still jio is not able to address the problem from last three weeks

@reliancejio @reliancejio true 5g is available in lucknow now but jio is not giving 5g on my Samsung galaxy S21 fe ..... the my jio app shows that it is not a 5g device Whereas it is and yeah samsung has given the standalone 5g network support already

@JioCare I was told point blank by @SamsungIndia authorised service center that my US purchased device WILL NOT work with Jio's 5G. Apparently 5G device has to be purchased in India. That does not make any sense to me.
