    I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

    Jio is worst service I have ever received, from last two weeks it's network is worst then ever everyday I have to turn on aeroplane mode to reset the networks If this is your service then Why the f you take a good amount for recharge @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare How it works: In 2017: ₹399 for 84 days internet speed was 2MB/Sec In 2026: ₹899 for 84 days, internet speed is 20KB/Sec (Now 5g has rolled out, 5g unlimited plan but no network) How depressing it is, other countries doing for betterment but india running backward.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Urgent:Paid ₹2,221.46 for Jio AirFiber on 7Aug (UPI Ref:621901080229,Order No:NO0001F2PNRO). Payment is deducted, but support claims no booking exists against my number. Kindly schedule installation immediately or process a full refund ASAP. DM for details.

    @JioCare @JioCare @TRAI Ishveen, please stop referring to the Green LED. My router has shown a Green LED continuously since this issue began. The problem is that I'm receiving only 1–2 Mbps on my 30 Mbps plan. It has now been 6 days. Where is the ETA, complaint number, and compensation?

    From last 10 days idk why the hell @airtelindia network is not working, not able to make call, unable to use internet, everytime call get disconnected, made mistake by porting from @reliancejio to airtel, hope this 90days end soon.

    @JioCare @JioCare Yes, SR status is showing resolved but my problem is not resolved yet and my STB is still not installed in my house but activation date is showing 17th August 2026, please check this matter. Five days have already passed since activation. Please reply to my problem.

    @JioCare’s support is broken. Aftr keeping my paid AirFiber disconnected for days over a 5km shift, their team called asking me wait until Aug 30. Wn I clarified I won't be available post-25, they went silent. Cmplt the relocation bfr 25 or process my REFUND. @reliancejio @TRAI
