    I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Can you please help me understand why customer has to pay Jio, if somewhere down the road the fibre was cut. Is it not the fault of technician who couldnt secure the fibre. Why are customers harrassed to pay. Shall we now start monitoring the jio wires on the road ?

    @JioCare Is this how you guys treat your customers?SERIOUSLY? 3 full days have passed and still you guys can't tell when actually the service engineer will visit my house!!! Please tell the customers before publishing your ads that they need to tolerate such kind of disgusting service too

    @JioCare You ppl have one of the worst customer services. 24/7 availability is all just marketing, never available. I have requested for cancellation over 2 weeks ago and no one is even bothered. I need my money back ASAP! @reliancejio @fiber_jio #hyderabad
