    I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare From 2nd July until today, 7th July, there has been no resolution. I am only receiving messages instead of any actual solution. It seems that no one is able to resolve this issue or even trace the representative involved. I have lost confidence in this process. I want my money

    @JioCare You DM came 13 hrs back promising the wifi will be working again soon. It's been a total of 24hrs outage. Everyone at home is working from home and needs network working. Life is getting disrupted. Hope you understand that.
