    I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio not internet in Jio fiber for last 5 hrs. Customer care has a common dialogue, " temporary issues and will be resolved in 2 hrs" which I am hearing every time started at 7 am to 12.15 pm. Looking forward a positive response.

    @reliancejio It's better to go with Airtel fiber. Atleast they provide good service after sell. With jio I am facing lots of problems for relocation request. They have worst service and product support. Waste of money 🤬🤬

    @JioCare @reliancejio Network coverage and internet speed are worst to the core....tired of complaining 1000s of times...Sorry jio u r loosing one of ur loyal customer family. 4g speed is giving 10kb/s....best speed in the world

    @reliancejio @JioCare More than a month passed since i raised a refund issue for my number - 9110476571. no resolution yet, everytime saying same thing that they are working on it. Didnt knew a simple refund issue would take this much time
