    I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

    Pathetic! Service disruption request raised on 17 Aug, slot given for 19 Aug. Today customer care said they’ll schedule it for tomorrow but it was shifted to 22 Aug. Then I was asked to reschedule and its now shifted to 24 Aug. I cant contact customer care @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare this is not the first time I m facing this. Try to give employment to good people. Worst behavior and worst service. If you want to give a good service then take money after giving service. Please don't buy jio products. Take this request to the jio head

    @JioCare Worst internet and data inside office area on ground floor, address new annad nagar behind sarswti school mandia road Pali. nerwork always turned LTE automatically with poor range of signal. Internet feels like 2G Do I recharge for this pathetic service ? Plz look into this

    @JioCare @jiocare Your team has been talking to me for 1 month now. I think that is ample to resolve an issue. The whole ecosystem is complicit in this scam to loot customers. @TRAI kindly take notice.

    @JioCare Ya sure I definitely would like to give a try! Arrogant @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia don’t deserve genuine customers who pays! All they want is money while giving no good service. They even aren’t responding to my request for activating FastLane on my number, why to stay then?

    @reliancejio @JioCare wifi is working from 4-5 days,worse and pathetic service. My biggest mistake to choose you. IVR just says facing internet issues in your area be patient. @TRAI worse govn agency of the world, Do not have moral responsibility about customer issues
