    I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I don't see a green light in my setup box. Please fix this first. Same thing happened with me last month when I did recharge but was unable to use it for 3 days due to router issue. Pls do the needful asap.

    @JioCare For porting to Jio Prepaid/Postpaid Jio executing can come home and service. BUT for Jio Prepaid to Jio Postpaid I have to visit Jio center. Can you explain the reason? Any reason making customer experience bad?? #jiocustomerexperience

    @JioCare @reliancejio Waste service, no help from customer care. They talk like the BOT. Having issue with the Fibre connection, none has the information what to do to resolve it.

    Hi,@JioCare , How much time do you take to update your DNS records? I made a website live on 28 January- it started showing on other network but still not showing on Jio network!
