    I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio jio fiber connection installed in 2019. At the time of connection got only router now after disconnecting jio asking for set up box which I never received and denied pick up unnecessary haressing customers

    @JioCare My jio fiber is blinking red light since morning! No customer care yet. Visit was scheduled at 3 pm but no one came. I currently have issues for working from home. Send assistance ASAP.

    @jiocare The service is worst in the area of Wakad Pune. In spite of repeated complaints no body attend for last 4 days. The fault continues. You only get assurance

    @JioCare #Jiofiber @JaagoGrahak For the past 7 days, I have been repeatedly calling JioFiber customer care for cancellation and they are ignoring like anything. What else can a customer do. They didn’t even install my connection. Please help
