    @JioCare Your technicians or engineers visit only in books not in real. It seems they are ghost just come and go without customer knowledge at their home and solve issues. As I never seen one. @jiocare one and only one lucky company to have such a ghost technicians.

    @reliancejio i have 4-5 connection of gio and facing very poor network problem, having gio tower in my area.I raise a request of porting my number and gio team starting to contact me. But after 4 days no steps or call back receive from gio to resolve my problem. Very poor service
