I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare Is it your business strategy that as soon as someone get's the yearly plan, You reduce the bandwidth and let that person struggle with the network??? And your customer care, are they paid just to sit idle and do nothing???

@JioCare my jiofiber has not been working since yesterday 1800Hours i called the customer service. They told me that their engineer will visit my premises till 1100hours but no one visited yet. Now i want ask @reliancejio that extend my validity for time i m facing issue.

@JioCare Engineer came yesterday, did a factory reset on the modem issue persists engineer committed again to come today and change modem after multiple follow-ups he has now agreed to come tomorrow fantastic service, thanks!

jio sim internet speed are very poor in my area that's why i use airtel sim and airtel xtream fiber are not available in my city that's why I'm applying for jio fiber the fiber line not extend 300 meters to the my house from supplied area @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
