    I'm become very sad as the Jio speed gets down after GAJA cyclone in delta regions of Tamilnadu. I think I am going to miss Jio along with my friends if this takes continuously.please take necessary steps @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare  I am a resident of New Delhi-3, H.S. I want new postpaid connection Rs 399/- monthly 75 GB packages. Will the Jio roaming connection work satisfactorily in Jammu and Kashmir. Please tell me which service will I get in Jammu and Kashmir in internet 4G or 3G?

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio set top box remote has stopped working. Have been trying to to connect with Jio since last 15 days. Not able to connect. Every time one answer, Due to pandemic we are working with limited capacity. It’s pathetic !!! Pls help !!!

    @JioCare I am delighted to inform you. Your service is also not available in my location. Its is available to nearby but not here. Otherwise I wouldn't be switching anywhere else. Please check if you guys can arrange a feasibility chk.

    IT folks here just a piece of advise, don’t ever think of getting @JioCare / @reliancejio fiber network. They have built a great firewall which blocks vpn connection to office network, and cherry on top is you can’t get to contact the customer care.
