    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, my JioFiber has been down since April 11th. MyJio app won’t recognize the WiFi, WhatsApp support is useless, and I can’t get through to a human on 198. I need a technician visit ASAP. Please resolve this! #JioFiber #JioDown

    @JioCare Very disappointing experience. Full payment for my JioAirFiber order (No: NO0001CPWCUA) was made on 6th April, yet there’s been zero communication, no installation update, and no way to reach customer care. This is unacceptable. I expect immediate resolution,I cannot keep waiting
