I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

😅 (@rickaustin54) reported@TRBRajaa @airtelindia @reliancejio is worse. It used to be the best but now it's barely functional. I'm literally unable to use Teams in their 4G anymore. 5G is very patchy too. This isn't a problem customer care can solve. Needs network overhaul.

After my previous complaint, your team partially resolved it—I was able to call the other Jio number, but after a few days the problem returned. Now neither of us can call each other again. Both numbers work perfectly with all other numbers.

Please tell me the specific date/resolution without any generic answers, otherwise will be forced to file the complaint with the consumer forum.
