@jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

@JioCare My Jio network is down for the past 2 weeks regarding this I spoke to customer care person they told its a temporary problem soon it will normalized. But still my network is down, kindly check this issue and solve this ASAP #jio or @JioCare need to compensate my money

@JioCare Daily problem in Jio network and data.. Many complain s on Call but still here problem not solve. So if problem not solved then our village around people drop the jio sim and port to airtel or VI...so think about this serious point

@reliancejio - I am getting no signal for my Jio number and unable to get any support as well. Looks like complete areas Jio network is not working. No maintenance/outage update.worst service ever found.

My internet is running very slow If I call Jio's customer care,I am not getting a call Call again,it was cut off after picking up the call.The third time the call was cut in 1 second.I have also sent many messages to Jio's WhatsApp Jio Care Is this your customer service @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio It's not just me. Everyone in my region is experiencing these issues. There's no response from customer care on 198. This is the last resort please help us. We hold you guys on much higher standards than other telecom providers we have.

@JioCare I was using jiofibre without any problem for 45-50 days, now suddenly the wire broke, jio Engineers came with a new wire but they broke the new wire at the time of installation, then they used some connectors and now my router is not getting enough signal. Help please.
