I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

A “temporary service disruption” has lasted 4 days and counting… with an assurance of a resolution being provided “shortly”. Major disruptions in Mahim and none of the engineers attend the call!
