@JioCare My Jio network is down for the past 2 weeks regarding this I spoke to customer care person they told its a temporary problem soon it will normalized. But still my network is down, kindly check this issue and solve this ASAP #jio or @JioCare need to compensate my money

@JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

@JioCare I have reported issue with your team that I am not able to access internet from last 10 days but no actions taken you guys are ready to charge the amount but disgusting services .no one visited at premises to resolve the issue .worst services better to switch cheap co.

@RenjithWarriar @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India
