@jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

@JioCare My Jio network is down for the past 2 weeks regarding this I spoke to customer care person they told its a temporary problem soon it will normalized. But still my network is down, kindly check this issue and solve this ASAP #jio or @JioCare need to compensate my money

@JioCare Very disappointing. It's been more than 24 hours, but Jio Fibre is still dead. Raised complaint many times and Engineers visited but they didn't know how to overcome the issue. Even they were not able to find out what's the problem.

@JioCare This complaint was logged on 4th March, today is 9th April! In these 35 days, Jio could not attend to it. Your team calls from Mumbai everyday and confirm that your so called engineer will be visiting but nobody turns up! Jio is pathetic! Shameful!
