@jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

@JioCare My Jio network is down for the past 2 weeks regarding this I spoke to customer care person they told its a temporary problem soon it will normalized. But still my network is down, kindly check this issue and solve this ASAP #jio or @JioCare need to compensate my money

@JioCare Just now we have got a message that it will be restored by 18th of January. How are we supposed to work till then? We donot have any back up service. Kindly provide us any alternate connection till the issue gets resolved. Asking us to wait till the issue is solved in not right.
