    @jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

    @JioCare My Jio network is down for the past 2 weeks regarding this I spoke to customer care person they told its a temporary problem soon it will normalized. But still my network is down, kindly check this issue and solve this ASAP #jio or @JioCare need to compensate my money

    @JioCare Thanks for action on this after multiple follow ups. The SR raised states resolution by 16 May. I have paid for jio fiber on 6May, why I have to wait till 16? I have paid amount on 6, not availing services till date, will jio pay interest on my money which they parked on 6?

    @JioCare How can you say “if eligible for refund” when my order is already cancelled, no Jio AirFiber was installed, and I already received Jio’s SMS confirming refund within 7 business days? Refund now or I’m filing a Consumer complaint for delay & harassment. Order ID: N00001CVLH7M
