    Anybody else having problems with @JioCare internet connection? Mine goes off everytime it rains. The customer care would ask to restart the router but won’t raise a ticket. This is a never ending loop.

    @JioCare what a pathetic service, No one shows up at the scheduled visit time slot and they will postpone the slot to day after day . If this is how it’s going to be, I am already vexed up . Hey @ACTFibernetHYD how early can you provide a new service??

    Hi @JioCare, my 5G speeds have been stuck at just 200-300 kbps for the past 20 days. Despite multiple complaints, there has been zero resolution or improvement. Extremely disappointed with the service. Pls fix the internet asap. @reliancejio
