  @JioCare It has now been 2 more days since ur last assurance & there is still no connection.Ur reply itself shows how old ur commitment is. Instead of resolving the issue,ur team keeps changing the service date & giving fresh promises.This is at least the 6th promised resolution date,

  @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI (4/8)Here's the real incentive problem: on every call, the support rep's main concern isn't whether my connection actually works — it's getting me to rate the call 5 stars. The ground team's main concern isn't fixing the fault — it's getting my OTP so they can close the ticket.

  @JioCare Frequent disruption of services and long duration taken for restoration of connectivity. Prioritising disruptions which occured one hour after visit of service engineer also was not done. I had a continuous service disruption of 12 days and was forced to opt for other services.

  @jiocare is the worst customer care of all services. They don't even have a system in their app to raise complaint. My JioFiber is not working from morning and there is no way I can complain to them. There app is full of AI bots which are incapable like them.
