    @JioCare so this clearly requires a physical inspection and repair/replacement by your technician. My Jio AirFiber has been completely down for 3 days. Your customer-care number is not connecting, and I am also unable to raise a proper complaint through the MyJio app.

    @JioCare When Service Request has been closed by your end then who is working on ,and on what? Don't misguide me and dont challenge my patience level which is over. I need waiver for this period and raise the service request ASAP.

    @JioCare Thank you for response My technician appointment is put on hold without my knowledge It’s been more than 3 days ( 2nd time for 2 consecutive weeks) Your technician are not paying attention It looks jiofibre support works only Mon-Fri Doesn’t this require an urgent response

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am writing to escalate my complaint regarding my JioFiber/Jio AirFiber installation. I booked the connection on 29-Jul-2026 and paid ₹2,200 for the connection. However, the installation has still not been completed. Booking Number: LR00001EGSH3
