    @reliancejio @TRAI I have raised complaint on non working of my jio broadband with id-SR000016PMGW on 18.09.2021. I have been assured that within 24 hours it will be resolved. I am still waiting for the Jio Technician to repair the connection. Worst service provided by Jio.

    @JioCare I had raised a complaint on 1st September 2021 for cancellation of my Jio fiber connection. It has been almost 20 days non of the technician has turned up for collection of device. From last 4-5 days, everyday device collection appointment gets rescheduled to next day.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare you should not hire employees that misbehave with customers especially senior citizens. Your employee Mr. PRADEEP at karkadooma jio service centre misbehaved shouted and spoke with utter disrespect to my father when he went to centre today.

    Pathetic response from support team at @JioCare .jio fiber not working since last evening and despite complaints being lodged and constant reminders no reponse from them whatsoever.and even the local area jio fiber engineers are rude enough to deny service on call. @reliancejio.

    @JioCare your Network quality in our locality is very bad. We are getting maximum speed of 50kbps. Location-Dhosi Rajasthan332746 Please boost your networks in our area. In night we can't even send messages because of bad network.

    @JioCare 17th day! Issue still not resolved. Technician came changed the router…but to no avail. Don’t respond by telling us to be patient. We are genuinely struggling for last 17 days. Not even a single call 4m the authority asking about the issue or if it has been fixed. @reliancejio
