@reliancejio @JioCare I recently requested to port to Jio. However from past two days every time I call the person assigned he hasn’t visited and every time I’m calling he is either lying or making an excuse. I wonder what’ll happen in future if I’m facing this issue now.

Hello @JioCare , I have a complain. Why data comsumption of jio is faster than other companies (not gonna mention names)? but comparing to the other companies, speed is almost same. Somehow my data is stealing. Please fix the issue.

Jio fiber is not at nagmatiya colony rd. no. 4c. Why? Last year I requested for service. Due to unavailability of service I switched to Airtel. Today also when I requested for the service, the same answer I got from the jio team that "Service is not available". @JioCare
