    Hi Jio, I'm fed up of your service. I've prebooked a Jio Fiber Connection and paid for 6 months plan in advance. It's been more than 12 days and no connection has been made. The Executive is also not paying attention and is not initiating refund. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare As i said this was on behalf of more than 15 members of my area I'm not making any recharges coz the network is too poor as I can see while using my friends mobile so please fix the network issue and then let us know so that we can recharge

    @JioCare First call was made to customer care on 10 July, resolution will be done in 24 hours, it was said that even after 3 days you did not get 24 hours. You can check my request in 10 July.

    @JioCare The worst network ever in my area And I complaint many time but my issue of very slow internet in my area are not resolve.. I have a big booster pack is it's waste because of worst network in my area.
