  @reliancejio Worst network now, What have you guys done, You guys are competing Airtel but your speed isn't above VI Worst service ever, from few months I am noticing your networks aren't powerful as compared to Airtel. Definately I will port to Airtel.

  @JioCare @jio_fiber Internet is not working. After requesting a service , tech does not turn up. I have requested cancellation. Cancellation number SR00002N0Q4k. Now the support team cannot even confirm that account is cancelled. Kindly look into this and cancel service.

  @JioCare I am extremely frustrated with the constant disruption to my Wi-Fi service. My neighbour recently raised a complaint, and after your technician worked on their connection, my internet has started facing the exact same issue. What makes this even more unacceptable is that there is no way to speak to a human through your customer service. I’ve tried calling multiple times, but there isn’t even an option to connect with a representative. I need this issue resolved immediately. If I don’t receive a prompt response and a permanent fix, I’ll have no choice but to switch to @airtelindia.

  @JioCare Second outage in July, and again it took 2+ days to restore JioFiber. Engineers don't answer calls, customer care is unreachable, and resolution keeps getting delayed. But bill overdue? Service is cut instantly. Will Jio compensate for the 5+ days I had no net.

  @reliancejio A bogus company for broadband. I requested cancellation on 23 July 2026 still not processed. @JioCare have raised a ticket on 29 July. How to take money from a customer, you know very well. IS IT A POLICY OF THE AMBANI GROUP ??? @TRAI
