    @JioCare My #JioFiber has been down for 5 days. I have called customer care 20+ times, but no resolution. Service Request SR00003A2DLD still shows "Assigning an Engineer." My wife works from home and is unable to work because of this outage. Please resolve this immediately.

    @shailen92540177 @JioCare I waited 10 days, cancelled the connection, and I'm still chasing my refund. Different executives give different answers every time. There seems to be no consistency in the support process. @JioCare

    @JioCare Shubham ground Jio staff is trying to sell a new connection. FYI . And I am in apartment where min 400 Jio connection is there and my relocation is only two floor down in the same building . Please escalate . I am trying to relocate from 27th June

    @JioCare @reliancejio Unresolved AirFiber complaint since 4th July. Service number :: SR00003A73WP, Account :: 7935689461. No technician visit, no response to DMs since Monday and unable to connect to a customer representative. Total service disruption. #JioAirFiber

    @Airtel_Presence In this Vasai-Virar flood like situation @airtelindia is totally dead, despite my yearly plan & monthly Wi-Fi. Regretting my choice! Thankfully @reliancejio is working fine—had to buy a 3-day Jio data pack just to get online & complain about Airtel’s terrible service.
