@JioCare @reliancejio cheats by- 1) Not giving 15 days offer as promised by salesperson. 2) Billing from 24.1.23 while installation was done on 26.1.23 & STB was delivered on 30.1.23. Since @JioCare doesn't care, I want to cancel subscription and want my full refund back!

@reliancejio @JioCare Absolute hopeless customer service at Sarvodaya Mall Service centre Kalyan. Systems are not consumer friendly but to torture and harass the consumer. I would rather leave Jio forever.

@JioCare @reliancejio I am not able to use jio 5G due to non welcome offer applied for my number after fulfilling three conditions of 1. Minimum recharge of 239 or above. 2. Jio 5G enabled city and location (Faridabad). 3. Jio 5G Enabled iphone 12, Jio 5G network selection.

@JioCare Dear Jio Team, I was about to recharge my wife's prepaid jio number with Rs.1559 plan but due to some confusion I have mistakenly recharged my Jio CUG(railway) number - 9369XXXXXX. Hence it is requested to cancel that recharge transaction and refund my amount.
