    I do not understand what the Ministry of Communication is doing while I recharge ₹ 200 every month. With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

    @reliancejio sir Please create special plans for jiofi device..Jio create all plan for smartphone's but jiofi customer's are not call to another user's .so Please jio create special plans for jiofi without talk minutes..

    I order preferred number sim of jio,I made payment of 1500 and did recharge and it is supposed to deliver at Saturday,but it's Tuesday and @reliancejio can't delive sim at mt doorstep,the number of delivery agent they provided is not attending my call,poor response from @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare I ported my Airtel SIM to Jio 10 days ago; the Jio service center provided the new SIM and collected the payment, but the SIM has not been activated yet. When I contacted Jio Care, they informed me that the porting request had been cancelled. Bad service.

    @JioCare @JioCare it's so sad too se that jio being the bigger internet provider in the country is unable to fix my internet service being in a metropolitan city like Mumbai. Today it will the 12th day with internet after 12 pm. There is simply no one to help.

    @JioCare Apparently @JioCare has enough people to reply to tweets and send templated emails. But not one person who can pick up the phone, call a customer after 5 days of disruption and say, We’re taking ownership.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I decided to port my Airtel number to your network and placed the order and completed all the formalities on 4th July, 2026 through the My Jio app, I was told the SIM would be hand delivered to my address.

    @JioCare Yet the issue is not resolved please do the needful as soon as possible. The issue is persists since last 15 days but yet not resolved. I raised this issue four time in just a week so do the needful on immediate basis.

    Hey @JioCare , it’s only automated responses from morning , it’s been more then 12 hours since the outage of WiFi and no real human response I have heard even your customer care number is full on automated and time after time they are just giving new timelines ! pathetic service
