I do not understand what the Ministry of Communication is doing while I recharge ₹ 200 every month. With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

@JioCare Like this. So many people's tweeting but there is no solution. Owner of jio fiber company is too busy can't see the tweets why he opened company if he cannot serve the customers. In my suggestion he has to close it immediately.

Jio needs to understand that one or two reminders are enough to inform people that their recharge is going to expire in 2-3 days. Playing the same thing again and again that too in three different languages before every call sucks !! @JioCare
