I do not understand what the Ministry of Communication is doing while I recharge ₹ 200 every month. With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

@JioCare Everyone gets promoted from downwards towards upwards..But jio is going downward Network was good in my area since years but it's not working well now a days.. And what r u replying it will get better soon.. But how soon can u elaborate your soon or its just an excuse..

@JioCare There is no connect in any of their departments, while my issue resolved yday, I am getting emails post 24 hrs from Jio support that my issue needs more time & it may take further 24 hrs for resolution. 4/n
