    I do not understand what the Ministry of Communication is doing while I recharge ₹ 200 every month. With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare after 48hours waiting there is not a single response from your side and resolve the issues. It's better to port to other network.

    @reliancejio sir Please create special plans for jiofi device..Jio create all plan for smartphone's but jiofi customer's are not call to another user's .so Please jio create special plans for jiofi without talk minutes..

    @JioCare @JioCare because of there problem, are they giving me any perks for their service fault or mismanagement... moreover are they using cheap AI or wht as their app, customer care, and executive all three tells different time for resolution of issue..? Isn't it lack of coordination

    @JioCare such a pathetic service from Jioairfibre. Instead of transferring my old connection, they gave me new connection and now saying you have lost your whole years advance paid. Worst experience #jio @reliancejio A whole years vouchers also they are denying taking all money

    @JioCare If resolution is expected to take one month and my service has already been down for the last 6 days, will I be provided with an extension or credit for the period during which I am unable to use the internet service? Kindly confirm the compensation policy applicable in this case

    @reliancejio @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio's service. After switching to Jio Home, our internet has been down for 4 days. Despite multiple technician visits, the issue remains unresolved. This experience has been frustrating, and I am now switching to @airtelindia.

    @reliancejio Useless service. Whether you are at home or around the house, they keep switching from 5G to LTE, they keep doing it. They ask again how is the service, 5G is working great, give me the rate.. What rating would you give for this? 👎🏻

    @JioCare Hotstar subscription is included in my recharge plan, still not showing in my Hotstar. Kindly resolve this. Also your customer care is pretty useless I've to come here to seek help
