@reliancejio sir Please create special plans for jiofi device..Jio create all plan for smartphone's but jiofi customer's are not call to another user's .so Please jio create special plans for jiofi without talk minutes..

@JioCare Bcz of your poor wifi, 3-4 hrs breakdowns almost every day & lack of intention to provide service to customers, rude staff in call centre, I hv also taken wifi fm another vendor. So lost 10k that I paid to Jio

@anzilone They have poor customer service, have faced the same with them. No response at all they take thier customers for a ride. Ported to Jio and trust they are way better in all aspects. Check them out... @JioCare

@Himanshu_POCO Himanshu sir with the latest update in POCO F4 JIO 5G is working fine. But the VoNR feature with Jio5G is still not enabled by POCO which causing poor calling experience and call drops issue. Please look into this with Software team to enable VoNR It's a Feedback. @reliancejio

@reliancejio now jio employees making fool to customer for their sales . On 15Aug22 I registered for jio fiber plan for 6month and 1 month extra offer but now jio send us 464 rs amt bill due without completion of six month.i think reliance start cheating with customer

@JioCare pathetic 5G service in Chandigarh Tri City. Can't operate many of the apps on 5G eg. Outlook, Twitter etc. Since I switched to 5G internet has become slow and more over connectivity issues have increased
