I do not understand what the Ministry of Communication is doing while I recharge ₹ 200 every month. With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

@reliancejio sir Please create special plans for jiofi device..Jio create all plan for smartphone's but jiofi customer's are not call to another user's .so Please jio create special plans for jiofi without talk minutes..

@JioCare your fiber service is pathetic. My broadband is down since y'day. Have called up customer care twice. All I was told is engineer will come. But no engineer has come so far. Just getting assurances with the problem being resolved. 3rd time down in 4 months. 1/2
