I do not understand what the Ministry of Communication is doing while I recharge ₹ 200 every month. With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

@reliancejio sir Please create special plans for jiofi device..Jio create all plan for smartphone's but jiofi customer's are not call to another user's .so Please jio create special plans for jiofi without talk minutes..

@JioCare you guys are the worst. I have been calling someone to fix my jio services and still u guys two times sent PPL to wrong address despite me confirming 10 times. Pls hire some executives who knows how to do their jobs. Pathetic

@reliancejio Very bad service ,raised a service request SR00001FGUA8 on 21 nov and I was told it will get resolved within 24 hours. It is 24 nov still the issue is not resolved.

Hey @JioCare @reliancejio I’m facing “call failed” issue from last 3 days , I have also replaced the old sim as it was suggested by jio team but still facing the same. Even I’m unable to send message , I have tried to change the handset but no luck., can you plz look into it ?

@reliancejio It's been a week since we installed a new connection at our office. But every day we have been facing issues with the poor connection. The technical team comes and goes but we still face the issues.
