    I do not understand what the Ministry of Communication is doing while I recharge ₹ 200 every month. With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare after 48hours waiting there is not a single response from your side and resolve the issues. It's better to port to other network.

    @JioFiberVoice @JioChat @JioCare The wifi in my area has been down since 3 days. Tried all the troubleshooting possible. Jiochat doesnt connect to any agent saying busy. Refuses to accept wifi is down. This is unacceptable in today's time. Please check.

    @JioCare I converted my Mobile no 9582373772 yesterday from postpaid to prepaid. It's been 20 hours it's not working(not registered on network) even after tele verification. My ORN no is N00000KJQ8Y2 for prepaid. Jio toll no. Is pathetic. It's taking 30 mins to connect.
