    I do not understand what the Ministry of Communication is doing while I recharge ₹ 200 every month. With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

    @reliancejio sir Please create special plans for jiofi device..Jio create all plan for smartphone's but jiofi customer's are not call to another user's .so Please jio create special plans for jiofi without talk minutes..

    What an Exceptional Service by Jio Air Fiber Team. Payment done on 27th July, still no one bothers about installation at home. Customer service closed all my tickets with no resolution to achieve the target. Actual customers suffer and brands lose trust @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare Extremely poor internet speed these days, despite having a True 5G plan. The speed was good earlier, but now it has become frustratingly slow. Please check the network in my area and resolve this ASAP. #Jio #True5G
