    I do not understand what the Ministry of Communication is doing while I recharge ₹ 200 every month. With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare after 48hours waiting there is not a single response from your side and resolve the issues. It's better to port to other network.

    @reliancejio sir Please create special plans for jiofi device..Jio create all plan for smartphone's but jiofi customer's are not call to another user's .so Please jio create special plans for jiofi without talk minutes..

    @JioCare Hi Harshit, I hope you understand the intensity of problem faced and the time. It has been a full week now with disrupted wifi services from jio. Last month also, for 4 days there was no wifi and this month full week but we are supposed to pay the full bill. How is this fair?

    @JioCare @JioCare Your engineer confirmed my AirFiber device is working fine and that the slow speed is due to poor 5G coverage in my area. If that's the case, why was AirFiber installed and sold at my location? Please provide a resolution.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare SR000038DV3L was reopened and MyJio showed "Engineer is on your way" with an assigned visit slot. I waited but received no call and no engineer visited. Internet remains extremely slow and unstable.

    @JioCare I have been contacting this assigned technician he is saying that he left job a month ago Are your systems this much slow that resigned employees detail not have been updated in a month time Rescheduling is happening again and again by jio team I am available throughout the time
