With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

This is a clear case of deficient service. Immediate refund and compensation required, failing which I will pursue legal and consumer forum remedies.

Yet the next day, the request is either put on hold or closed without any action. The customer ends up doing all the follow-up while Jio does nothing.
