    Worst services ever @JioCare. Had to complain every month for the same issue, no permanent solution given. Engineer's trying to sell me new connection. People working with them don't know the company policies. Giving fake commitments. Don't ever get scammed by @JioCare jiofiber.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio today jio technican came and found the issue is in the junction box which he cannot resolve it .. so now I NEED O&M TEAM TECHNICAN to fix the configuration in junction box for internet connection problem. Ticket raised O&M team - BIM24153694.

    @JioCare After 10 days, The issue is now resolved. But, do I need to follow same procedure every time? Please address this issue. Why normal ways are not functional? 10 days to fix a small issue? Is it justifiable? And mind it, It's not first time. Every time it takes same.

    Jio recharge payment through UPI from official website went to ORION TECHNO AGE (OPC) PVT LTD. Jio call center rep says they are yet to get payment made on 11 July! Why Reliance Jio entertains payment through 3rd party? Raised service ticket with Jio #AkashAmbani #reliancejio
