    @JioCare respected team I just have query about my mobile number which I done two time same recharge but iff by mistake anyone done two time same recharge then why it's not getting refund unhappy with jio service

    @reliancejio @JioCare I can't even load site like cricbuzz , Zoho , Amazon prime, speed test on my Jio fiber wifi connection and i am not getting satisfactory results from ur customer associate even after getting constant 30mbps speed . Guess it's not related to speed Fix ASAP

    @JioCinema couldn't watch today's IPL match on JioFiber TV or JioCinema app. It said No Internet connection, which was not the case. Toll free number and JioCare chatbot on whatsapp did not help at all. I was asked to wait for chat with a representative but no one turned up.

    Very poor 4G network in JAFRABAD by @reliancejio . It's been of everyday and not resolved by any mean. We are having other Carriers to choose drastically if same will be continued. @JioCare
