    @JioCare @reliancejio Hy Jio care team ,I already twitted regards about this ,In my location no network range is their. very poor signal strength and speed, more than 50people planning to move other networks,please take this case and try to increase single strength and speed

    @JioCare I have prepaid for 53 weeks of internet. And I’ve already lost out on one week of paid internet thanks to your ineptitude and callous attitude towards your customer. I hope you can refund/prolong the usage as per the weeks lost in fixing my problem. Shame.

    @JioCare Jio fibre not working since yesterday morning. Called customer car and was assured engineer will be sent today before 12:00pm. However no one has come. Called again, no outcome. Poor service!
