Hope it does not become a recurring issue. Will jio fibre compensate for the loss of days ?

The cable operator in my area is not very sincere about service like recharge and customer service we pay recharge payment about 3 -4 days earlier but they don't recharge our box sometimes they don't recharge the paid amount for HD channels

But engineer will visit tomorrow 11am against Service Request Number SR00001ELJ7V. Who will compensate this 21hrs? @reliancejio will you extend my validity for your lack of man power??
