Marking it as "Refund Initiated" is not a resolution when the money has not been received. If already processed, please provide the ARN/UTR, refund date, payment mode, and proof of successful payment.

Complaint is already lodged and there is no resolution. Attend to complaints immediately instead of waiting for things to get solved by customers themselves. @TRAI
