    @JioCare I generated a UPC code on May 12, 2026, and completed the self-KYC process. The SIM card was delivered on May 18, 2026; however, it has not yet been activated on the Jio network. I have called customer care multiple Reference no : NO00015EFV6R

    @JioCare Very Poor Service Jio Fibre. What's the point of paying for 1 month if the internet service is disrupted for 12+ days & the company is not able to resolve it? Why should a customer bear this loss which is due to poor service after providing a non RFS connection.

    @reliancejio Very disappointed with @JioCare service. I have been trying to migrate my corporate mobile numbers to individual prepaid connections, but neither customer support nor the Jio service center has been able to resolve the issue.
