    What's the status update on this SR000035XOEN 10 days old connection & it hasn’t worked properly even for 10 hours! Your team keeps opening & closing tickets daily without resolution. Fix this ASAP or take back your box & refund immediately. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare Received Service Restoration Message just now. Thanks for resolution. However please improve on customer service as 24 hours outage is big concern. We don’t want to go back to BSNL era.
