@JioCare @reliancejio I called on 18008969999 , but she cut the call without understanding my problem. She said your refund is initiate and come in 7-14 days, but it is more than 1 month, I didn't got my refund. Every time I call they said 7-14 days.

@JioCare I think u are unable to understand what I mean. I don't want to recharge my jio no because from last one year I have been complaining speed issue, and still that issue is there. You people are saying it will improve with time. I don't understand I much more time u people need.
