    Very bad sevice by jio customer care they don't have data how to order a jio phone online,they spoke to me in very attitude,if you don't have data then why you open customer care..very bad service @reliancejio @jiophone @Airtel_Presence

    Beware don't use their broadband service after switching there 500 mbps plan paying 3k per month they don't provide stb box till now even after one month after complaint they close it without asking me request no is SR00003BQYPF service is pathetic in even metro city @JioCare

    @JioCare Your service in Bhandara, Maharashtra is very pathetic. My internet is down since last 2 days. Your service engineers ask money for replacement of adapter of jio Airfiber, when I ask the bill they refuse. Also, Bhandara office employees don’t pick phone.

    @JioCare Since yesterday around 10 PM, mobile internet has not been working properly at my location in Nava Naroda, Ahmedabad. We have 3 Jio mobile connections at home, and all three are facing the same issue. .....1

    @JioCare @JioCare My internet was down for 5 days & I faced a huge business loss. If you don't process my 5-day rent rebate immediately, I will disconnect my Jio connection and I will not pay the remaining bill.

    @airtelindia why your network coverages are week indoor in Noida sec 53. After so many complain it is not fixed. Is not your engineers are not able to fix the issue. Thinking of port to @reliancejio
