    @JioCare @JioCare how fast can you setup the connection? Apparently @Airtel_Presence cannot even shift the connection after 3 days of technician visiting the new place and agreeing to do it in 24hrs!!!!! Im moving out of this pathetic service

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice First day payment done for Jio fiber, 2nd day got the connection, 3rd day onwards NO internet. NO RESPONSE FROM Mr Raju the sales representative, NO RESPONSE FROM the technician. What kind of service and employees you have.

    @JioCare Atleast u responded, Thanks. It's been more than 24hrs but no body is assigned this ticket yet. Customercare resp is tht agents r not available at d moment. If u don't hav enough support team in city like Chennai let us know, I'm glad to switch my provider #jiofiber #poorservice
