@reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Has a worst service ever. Trying to get jio airfiber since last two months still haven't got the connection. Payment made 15 days back, can't connect to customer service, jio officials who done kyc also not picking up phones.

@JioCare I’m extremely disappointed with my JioFiber service. My 3-month voucher plan (100 Mbps) expired today at 12:30 AM. I immediately recharged ₹3182 for the same 100 Mbps plan, but the new plan is showing activation only after 24 hours.

Airtel have high price in recharge pack compared to jio recharge pack.. @reliancejio have proper signals and 5G network. fair and reasonable price recharge plan.. I will port my sim to jio 💯 sure

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiber Facing recharge issue. I had a conversation before 10th March, but the one-time offer was not informed. For 1 week, I’m repeatedly asked for call details I don’t have. Please check your records and resolve ASAP.
