    @JioCare Your engineer never came. Your customer care repeats the same script. Your app doesn't work properly. Your WhatsApp callback doesn't work either. Everything seems broken except your automated replies. How exactly are customers supposed to get support?

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, after months of complaints, I'm still receiving the same copy-paste response. The problem is not my phone; it's the network in our village. Please verify the local coverage instead of repeating generic troubleshooting. Same problemexist on every 5G device I have.

    Worst service from @JioCare @reliancejio . I raised my JioFiber installation request on 30th June (Order ID: CO0001T7XSZH). After repeated follow-ups your team now wants 6 more days. This delay is unacceptable. I expect the installation to be completed tomorrow. Please prioritise

    @palav_ashish @JioCare Why aren't they changing the router. And is the engineer capable of checking if the right bandwidth 5g is selected on the router. I had similar issues with airtel had to get them to replace the router to finally resolve network lag.

    @JioCare it's been 3 days and the issue has not been resolved yet, for the last three days my wifi is not working and it only says the request is in hold without any update on the process. Is this type of service we expect from Jio that too in middle of the city SR00003A2LR9
