    In my area (Mumbai Dadar), Jio has the worst internet service... The internet connection goes down 15 times a month... Jio Fiber and their service are absolutely terrible. I would urge people not to use Jio's services. @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber

    Hello @JioCare, I recharged my JioFiber connection yesterday, but my WiFi is still not working. When I first contacted customer support, I was told the service would be activated by 12 PM. It still didn't work. This morning, I called again, and I received completely different responses. One executive said the plan had changed, another assured me the issue would be resolved within two hours, while someone else told me I would have to recharge again. After waiting for two hours, I called back to check the status of my complaint. To my surprise, the executive informed me that no complaint had been registered from my number. This has been one of the worst customer support experiences I've had. There is no accountability, no coordination between agents, and customers are left wasting their time while receiving contradictory information. Waste of time. Waste of money. Extremely disappointing service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Team, I have shown interest for the TV plan and everyday I am getting a call from one of your engineers to visit but no one actually come. How to cancel the interest? I am no longer interested to get calls daily from Jio executives.

    Mr. Gaurav Anand, Jio has pretty bad customer service. Keep getting messages someone will come but no one shows up. Lokesh in Chennai 9080965331 keeps hanging up. 4 days no service. Students unable to study. Request number SR00003D0F4X @JioCare #reliance #aakashambani

    @JioCare Just let me know, on what basis this SR is marked resolved, nobody even called me. Is this how your engineers providing resolution. Don't tell me what to do next provide a reason.
