    @JioCare No one called or come to fix the internet @JioCare gave first appointment on 5th September but didn't meet it and then 8th September and didn't meet that. I now received another date that is 11th September. How can I trust you guys.

    @JioCare @IshaAmbaniReal May i have rework detail, otp detail for closed request SR00001DO27W. No call, no rework, no otp and request closed. I fixed issue by paying to outside person. May i know on what basis request closed where no rework activities performed without otp from my side. Paid myself.

    @JioCare it is really a shocking service there is no network in sim from last night at my location i thought whether i am in Himalayas or ladakh no man land.Being in prime location in Bangalore we are not getting and you guys are not fixing the the network issue @WaseemA14888440

    I have only option to switch to a different network, I am not able to receive any calls or do calls, and it’s not just me, this is a very crowded place and mostly students from different states and no one have @reliancejio network here, please do something about it @JioCare
