@JioCare No its a lie that we hear it only on the first call of the day but the fact of the matter is that it keeps on annoying through out the day before every call. Instead of telling lies you should try to fix this issue so that some relief may be given to your valuable customers.

@reliancejio @JioCare earlier, whenever I raised a complaint, I used to get call from Mumbai office for resolution. Now that you have millions of customers, you close the complaint even without reading it. Great service really!

@JioMart Fraudmart is still refunding amount since 16 days and customer care is fooling around without giving the solution. Better don't buy from fraudmart @JioMart_Support @reliancejio . The amount is not reflected, several mails and conversations going on.Taking customer for granted.
