@JioCare When the Jio Fiber is correct, take the connection again in the Device Properly Resolved this issue for connectivity and network + Stb Hdr quality problem picture plusjs understand my point is the problem b is default on device or is background issue which will not be solved.

@reliancejio I have requested to jio fiber & also deposited Rs- 2850/- on 17/7/2021. Your Service man says that the installation is complete by 18/7/21. But still this is pending. My work & childrens study is suffering due to this reason . Sorry to say but very Bad experience.

Very poor internet connectivity by @reliancejio at Birpur near imperial resort jammu 181133. This will be the only reason for sim port to another internet service provider. Call 5 times to customer care but no response. Very Dull service. Wasteage of money to buy jio sim.

@reliancejio @JioChat yesterday installed jio fiber at home to day net is not working complaining to toll free number but phone didn't connect even engineer who came yesterday told he don't come again pl help
