@JioCare I have applied for new jio Fiber connection order ID: NO0000M8XFE8 on 15th July by paying 3 months fee in advance but my fiber connection is not installed yet. I have reached 3 times to the jio customer care however no solution yet. Its 6th day of waiting and continuing

@JioCare Not able to connect with customer support, even in WhatsApp also it shows you don't have jio fiber account so we can't proceed. Yet to receive my refund amount it's been 20 days. Pls check this concern and resolve this
