    @JioCare Raised an issue here, emailed your official ID too. All I got back was a copy-paste โ€œregret the inconvenience, DM us your detailsโ€ ,then silence. No technician call, no follow-up, no resolution. Says a lot about how seriously customer complaints are actually taken here

    @JioCare Same message again and again and again, stupid automated messages are not solving my problem, the engineer or someone needs to call and confirm the timeline, earlier it was 1 PM, then 3 PM then 7 PM and now no timeline.....it's been 48 hours + @reliancejio @JioCare

    Everytime service is down you reinstate your reluctance to be available for customers For jio sim- fiber everything there's no customer points unlike airtel Day light robbery to say the least Where are we supposed to get solutions ? U hate facing people @reliancejio #jiodown

    @JioCare Porting from Vi to Jio is the worst decision Iโ€™ve made this year. In South Bengaluru, call quality is terrible and mobile data barely works at my home or office. Completely dependent on Wi-Fi now. Canโ€™t wait to port back to Vi after 90 days.
