    @reliancejio @JioCare we have 2 connections of Jio broadband at home & the same is not working since the past 7 days & after our complaint we have been told that a technician shall come but no one has turned up! Very poor service

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with your service. My JioFiber has been down since today, and despite scheduling a home visit, your engineer is not answering calls and no one has arrived. Customers shouldn’t have to chase support for basic service. Resolve this ASAP.

    @JioCare @JioCare I've lost all confidence in JioFiber. I don't want the connection. Cancel my order (NO0001E03800) and process a full refund immediately. Delayed installation, ignored calls, and unreachable customer support are unacceptable. Resolve this without further delay.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my complaint pending since 30th November. If you guys can't resolve the problem then it's better to switch to Airtel broadband. I have taken jio when it was launched in Patna. Now it's enough.
