    @Akshayyyshah I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

    @JioCare I've tried to renew my expired pack of Rs.666, but at the payment gateway page,I happened to see that pack of 2999 and before I cancel the transaction, the automatic OTP detection has proceeded further! Any way to undo this recharge and renew it back to my previous plan?

    @JioCare The details have been shared. spoken and emailed appellate team regarding the same but all I got was promises and TAT of 24hrs. Instead, u need to ask urself if you are willing to resolve it as m sure it's not an uncomn issue. Can't resolve nor CXX. Unexpected n unacceptable.

    @JioCare Team, even after two months of usage the indoor coverage is not improved. I’m still having a hard time while using internet and making calls. Please note, if the issue is not resolved now then by end of this cycle i will left to port the number to other carrier

    @JioCare I know how to book. My question is different. In my area jio fiber cable is placed about 1 month ago but service didnot get started till now . I have to take jio fiber connection when you will start your service in my area?

    @JioCare It’s takes too much time to get fix, I had requested last Saturday 18th June and still the problem is unresolved. Really it’s worst service which I had experienced form Jio. Twitter handle team also given words only.
