    @JioCare It's been 14 days and I have given false promises for quick installation. Service engineer keeps postponing his visit without any information to customer, has happened 7 times. Repeated call to customer care of no use.

    @JioCare strange but true when i choose ENG the AGENT will speak in HIN. Even after explain the whole issue asking the same question again and again with no logic. I told her 15 hours passed and my JIO Call APP showing offline and i cant make , receive calls and SMS as well so

    @BvashR @reliancejio Step away from Jio. Poor customer support. Till today after being disconnected my broadband for more than 10 days, no one seems to come and collect their modem and router. Same kid of response in fixing the issues as well

    @JioCare @reliancejio from yesterday my internet is not working on my jio sim.. We have 3 Sims from jio and all are buffering with zero result and not even whatsapp is operating.. Kindly check immediately

    @reliancejio It's worst ever service or network provider in India. Jio sucks Have been complaining for an issue for more than a month but it is still not resolved.

    @JioCare I had requested in jio to cancel my jiofiber connection but you are saying that the connection will not be canceled and today I do not know who has recharged my jiofi. I want to know how far the request has been processed and when will I get the refund.

    In our locality (Ghilamara, Assam) jio network has become pathetic from last 7 days. Earlier atleast Upload speed was 20 KBPS & Download speed, 100 KBPS! Now it downgraded to 1 BPS & 10 KBPS. @JioCare increase this speed. Otherwise continue with @reliancejio won't be possible.
