    @JioCare The technician did not pick my call. He vister the place earlier this morning but left without saying any word. He wasnt interested to fix the issue

    @JioCare I demanded my loses as well (Recharged amount and loses for an entire week). Initiate them as well. Your negligence doesn't help me. @JioCare

    @JioCare What's going on with Jio Fiber's service. It's down since yesterday, works for 10 or 15 mins then goes down for another 6 or 7 hours. This is not how you provide a service.

    @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio @JioCare I am not receiving proper customer service from you.Its been 6 months since i installed JioFiber and it's the second time I am facing this issue.I am trying to contact your customer care number but no one is responding.Pathetic service!!

    @JioCare I am facing a regular issue regarding the network After consuming 50% data your message flashes regularly and speed becomes very slow and the system hangs My device is 5G but always showing 4G After a lot of communication on customer care no action has been done 9311165510

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have applied for Jio Airfiber and the connection got installed before 3 days. I have 100 Mbps plan but I am not getting 1 Mbps download speed, getting very low download speed, they installed old outdoor unit, please help.
