    @JioCare I was outstation for a week and came back today and my internet is not working and this is second time this happened in last 6months and I saw a SR was raised automatically from the Jio app but nobody came or check the issue they simply closed the Sr. I OPENED A NEW SR.

    @reliancejio It has been 9 days since my booking (ID: NO0001C2KPIA) was cancelled. First, you wasted one month creating unnecessary drama for cancellation, and now you are repeating the same with the refund. Every day you come up with a new excuse, and your customer care provides no support

    @JioCare Thank you for reopening the request. However, please note that the issue was never resolved earlier and the complaint was closed without any visit or OTP verification. Request proper engineer visit and permanent resolution, as the problem is still ongoing.

    @JioCare State escalation request SR0000335KB7 has been marked resolved without any engineer visit. No one came to my home and the internet issue is still unresolved. Please reopen and resolve immediately.

    @JioCare I reset the network settings and reset the mobile but the internet speed remains slow, not more than 50kb, 105kb or 200kb. @JioCare
