    @reliancejio your mobile data service has become too poor. I travelled across 4 states in the last few months and it was a struggle to make online payments. I also have a connection with one of your competitors who offers a decent speed even on an older phone.

    @reliancejio Very disappointed with the international roaming service. My friend is stuck in qatar and his Jio number is completely inactive. He's unable to receive any calls or messages. Need an immediate resolution. Please look into this! @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi Neha, 2 urgent issues: 1. JioHome (91253796177): Double paid (₹4,240). Refund extra ₹2,120 immediately. 2. AirFiber (LR000019LFNR): Shows 'Activated' but NO installation done. Plus, you took extra ₹1,200 for zero work!

    @Airtel_Presence I got a call and they are asking it will be resolved asap. Agents not attending the issue. If it is not resolved within 6pm today, refund my amount, will get @reliancejio WiFi.

    @JioCare @JioCare Still problem persists. Engineer visited on 27 May and said I need to wait 48 hours. Today morning he assured me he would visit again and fix the issue permanently, but he never came. Internet is disconnecting 100+ times daily and badly affecting my VDI work. 1/2

    @JioCare Just look at the high-handedness of the Jio company: even after depositing ₹300, I am still owed ₹1,100 in refunds. What kind of blatant looting is going on here? Is anyone keeping an eye on them, or not? I have never once used a Jio SIM card in my entire life;
