  @reliancejio @JioCare My fiber is not working since morning after raising multiple complaints no solution has been provided. In this particular case at least give a 10GB voucher till the time you fix it. After all we are paying for the services. Case no SR00003A0XMV

  @Airtel_Presence Absolutely fraudulent level of service by denying the Google one membership by their team fraudulently deactivating the membership without my consent. Never go for @Airtel_Presence connection. @reliancejio Do let me know about the switchover process at the earliest

  @JioCare I used the free Amazon prime (mobile) subs via jio recharge! Couldn’t upgrade the plan by myself. Now jio could neither cancel the prime plan nor the actual jio plan! And stupid AI bots are frontier and couldn’t talk to the customer care. How stupid this management is!!!

  @JioCare @reliancejio has failed to assign a service engineer in the last 4 days after multiple complaints of their Air fiber being non-functional.. :/ Their call center politely tells me that we I'll take this on priority but it's almost a week now and their priority is nowhere

  @JioCare Technicians comes & goes but no resolution. Many of my neighbors too are facing same issue. See the trail as well, there is a limit to everything, it can't go on like this.
