    @JioCare Another day passed, still no engineer visit. If you don’t have enough engineers, please hire more instead of repeating the same “your request has been highlighted” message every day. 12+ days, no resolution, no accountability. Extremely disappointing. @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare I recharged Rs. 1400 plan in an outdated JioFiber prepaid account of mine that I wasn't using I wanted to recharge in postpaid account only but Jio app showed option to recharge my prepaid account instead I contacted jio support & they are not refunding money Scammers!

    I redeemed a Rs 300 JioHome Credit Voucher for my JioHome number and received confirmation with Transaction ID. The email said the amount would be adjusted in my next postpaid bill but the credit is not reflected in my latest bill. @JioCare @reliancejio kindly help!!

    @JioCare Hello, yesterday your representative came and rectified the problem but still the problem is the same & informed to your representative. Your customer care number and mail aren't responding to my query. I request you to upgrade your system & provide me a contact number.

    @JioCare complaint so many times no resolution about 5 G network for last 6 month atleast your call representative Sheetal not giving proper solution call from 02231076688 please esaclate this complaint to senior level person un satisfied response from sheetal

    @vp_offl @GodrejAppliance Pretty much every after-sales service is like this. When they want to sell something, they follow up every minute and come and install immediately, but when any issues arise after that then can't get anyone to come and fix it. @reliancejio, the internet is one.
