    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio I am unable to use my JioFiber connection contacted customer care multiple timesbut no support from the team. They are giving solutions like this: restart your wifi, forget your wifi connectionand issue will be resolved.They don't know networking basics.

    @JioCare @reliancejio complaint raised on 1/6/26 for no 8732796263 but still awaiting the engineers service SR000037ALQZ If not serviced today will be happy to request refund and if that’s also not given then company be liquidated as they are not able to service the customers

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare . The internet connection has stopped for everyone here in Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal. Be it 4g or 5g. It was working fine till 9:00 am. Please fix this ASAP.

    It's been over 1 month since I booked Jio AirFiber. Still no installation despite multiple complaints and follow-ups. Extremely disappointed with the service. Need immediate installation or full refund. @JioCare #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare didn’t know it takes you 2-3 days to resolve a basic Jio fibre complaint. Rescheduled it thrice with absolutely no update from technician. Is this a joke? Our office work is hampered and stuck due to your inefficiency.

    Day 1 of complaining Jio's poor network service in my area. Multiple complaints later, still no resolution. 5G remains unstable and even 4G internet is unusable at times in my area. Awaiting action from Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio
