    @JioCare #worst postpaid service I've requested a call back on the app & agent kept me on old for 3 mins & disconnected my call, now the app says I can't request call back for next 30 mins is this what you call priority service for postpaid customers ? issue is not resolved

    @JioCare too many disconnections in the past 6 months with in what otherwise decent quality customer experience prior to this. Looking for durable solutions for issue.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I requested a Jio Fiber connection yesterday Order ID NO0001D1W78C and have completed the payment However it has been over 48 hours and the installation is still not done check with your team and arrange for immediate installation process extremely slow

    @JioCare Any update ? It's been a week and no tracking link yet... Cancel it manually... I don't trust the so called automatic cancellation and refund...seems like it's just being dragged till customer gets frustrated and let's go of the money!!!

    @JioCare @… we have not had uninterrupted internet coverage since we switched to jio fiber …. There are long disruptions in service and its a herculean task to be able to speak to customer care executive ….
