    @JioCare connection not working from 5 days and no solution. Useless customer support says no engineer available in the location. Jio works well, but when it doesn't, even Mr. Ambani would struggle to align an engineer.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare We booked new jio fiber connection. After booking, the service people are no were to be found. When called, there is no proper answer. Really bad service. Bought new jio prepare and thought of fiber as well. Highly disappointed.

    @JioCare No response, no visit by your technician to resolve the matter. Nothing even after more than 19 days since the connectivity problem to the TV through the set top box was reported.
