    @JioCare I am facing problem in my area for many months network issue cross connection,very slow speed and many more.I also got in touch with customer care but didn't get a satisfactory respond and didn't got the solution you dont have the capacity to hold a big user base

    @JioCare What am I say is in my area jio signal poor I hope you understand so please fix this problem your jio users suffering to signal. And your competitors of airtel and vi gain user. Because signal strength is good. It's my humble request fix this signal problem

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please don't give "many users" excuse as I also live in a metro city, the number of user per tower is ten times more in Delhi and do not face any internet issue with jio. Plz resolve this issue, at least send someone to look into the problem and give us a solution.

    @JioCare Please recover your network in AGARTALA. Day by day its getting worse. I ported in from @Airtel_Presence but it seems opposite. Very poor internet connection like 2007 2G. I am your postaid customer. Shame on your promises

    @JioCare Jio fiber is doing fraud in Gurgaon!! They took your money and now the guy isn't even picking up my call now from last 4 days when they promised to install it under 24hrs! So disappointed! Trashy service

    @JioCare @reliancejio As it is a regional area, please do not show negligence in your service. I really believe for a brand like Jio, this issue is very small. It's only ur willpower and dedication that can make it happen.

    @JioCare Jio is providing a 3rd class speed in my area where call drop is a major problem.Every time when i contact to Jio care they say the problem will be solved soon.I am totally disappointed with jio network
