    @JioCare I have paid money for Jiofiber, ID is LR00001687UI, your installation person called on day 1, and took house address, since 5 days he is not responding to calls, messages. If you can't meet customer need, why do you collect advance payment ?

    @JioCare @OfficialJioTV @_MukeshAmbani Nowadays Jio Service getting disaster. Today in 1 hour twice my internet line totally disconnected. Sir, please don't mind if u think now u not improve ur service & ignore ur subscriber than you are wrong. One day I will be alone.

    @JioCare @ManishK83696263 In today's time,the most useless, shoddy 5G network of Maharajganj district Siwan pin code841238belongs to Jio company.And the best 5G network is from Airtel,the customer who is not confident can check. I have complained to Jio fifteen hundred times so far to improve the network

    @reliancejio @jio_fiber @JioCare There is no power in outdoor unit and you are replying that internet will resolve in 30 mins..are you crazy? This is how you resolve customers problem by sending auto reply message to everyone without even understanding the situation??
