@reliancejio Very poor representatives . No authority provided to them to refund or correct any complaint regarding recharge. I done 2599 recharge but didn't get hotstar VIP. What is my fault in this . But you will not listen because a single user among millions does not matter for you😭🙏

@reliancejio @JioCare its been 3 days since my jio fibre connection is down, i have tried contacting customer care, support guys, no success. I understand its a pandemic situation, but it's been 3 days now. Please fix it ASAP.

@JioCare Shame on you guys.....From pas 5 days I m saying that I need to change my router as it has fault.Your engineers visited 5 time did switch on and off but didn't mentioned that router is not functioning properly.I am facing issue but you guys have taken no action.

@JioCare This is what the jio service os all about. the representative committed on coming today for the fibre connection, he requested is to wait at home...now they dont even pick our call. Its better to think jio dont need more customers, we should shift to @airtelindia.

I raised the complaint on National Consumer forum with docket No. 2956446 due to lack of proper response from @reliancejio Fibre Team. My Docket no. is disposed now stating that I'm not eligible for full refund from jio Fibre Team. But i used the Jio Fibre only for 10 days .
