The local team says there is a device issue and they are waiting for a response from Jio. Please provide an update or process a refund.

giridhar kandalam (@giri7026) reported@JioCare booked a jio fiber connection in my wife's name. Payment made on 8th June. Installation not yet done. Contacted the staff who handled sales. No response. Not lifting calls. Tried help through jio care, even after repeated requests..
