    @airtelindia don’t you feel ashamed To publish Ad tat Airtel is India’s Fastest Network we while airtel users still having loading screen even in whatsapp status. I’m facing this issue & complaining for 2years. Still not resolved. Time to port to @reliancejio Real Fastest Network

    @JioCare I got rid of JioFiber, stl jst wanted to let u knw, ur service is pathetic, ur on ground idiotic engineers never visit for a service request logged and ur escalation matrix dnt even hv otp confirmation to cross verify ur engineers visit, such a pathetic service system

    @JioCare really fed up with the response from your team. Requested for a new wifi setup Order ID: NO0001F1XXYC. The person who took the payment told me will be done in 2 days. It has been 5 days since then no one is picking up the call. This is very bad. Pathetic service.

    @JioCare very troubled due to this network problem, now for the last time we are requesting you (Jio team) to get a new Jio tower installed in our village otherwise we will take legal action.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Serious privacy issue! My father called me today, but the call connected to a different person. Call forwarding is OFF and my settings are correct. The person was also rude. Please investigate and explain this. If unresolved, I will take legal action.

    @JioCare so this clearly requires a physical inspection and repair/replacement by your technician. My Jio AirFiber has been completely down for 3 days. Your customer-care number is not connecting, and I am also unable to raise a proper complaint through the MyJio app.
