The ticket continues to get rescheduled while the connection remains down. This repeated pattern in Udayagiri is seriously impacting work and reflects very poor service accountability.

They tell me to wait for a few days and if I express any dissatisfaction, they disconnect the call. I want my refund.

It has already been more than 72 hours, but the SIM is still showing “No Service.” The SIM is detected by the iPhone, but activation is still pending. @JioCare

Extremely disappointed with the service handling. Escalating this further to Appellate Authority and @TRAI if not resolved immediately.
