  @reliancejio @JioCare if i have JIOTV in my subscription and i want to use it on my fire stick tv app connected on Airtel wifi, then Why it keep on asking that it will work only with jio network. Whats the point of purchasing it then If i have to buy separate jio wifi

  @JioCare Akshay it's 2+ months passed the reason I terminated cuz of medical emergency, but didn't get refund yet. Still you guys need more time? All these time what has been done Nothing except on record keep creating SR. Only till tomorrow afternoon the best transfer the refund by 4 pm

  Don't use airtal black and also post paid service Service is very 3rd class 5/6 day internet service shutdown but not bill reduced take a bill full 30 days contact to customer care they cut call after few minutes @airtelindia @reliancejio

  Terrible service from @JioCare and @reliancejio. My JioFiber internet has been down for the last 4 days. Every time I raise a complaint, it gets closed without resolving the issue. When I contact customer support, they simply say that no service engineer is available in my area
