@JioCare Hii @JioCare This doesn’t answer my concern. My resolution time was changed from 2 PM to 5 PM and now to 31 July from your side not mine. Why is it being delayed repeatedly? I need a proper explanation and a refund, not an automated response.

@JioCare @reliancejio Broadband connection was closed on June 1st week. After much followup, technician visited on 12th June, took the modem and Bank details. It has been 1.5 months since and no refund of security deposit. No one responding on mails either. Amazing scam service!

@JioCare My JioFiber has been down since this morning (30 July). Resolution time was changed from 2 PM to 5 PM, and now to 31 July. I recharged today but couldn't use the service. I want to disconnect my JioFiber and receive a full refund. Please resolve this immediately.

@JioCare 1 month. 30 days. That’s how long my @JioCare JioFiber has been completely dead. I’ve paid for a service I’m not getting, and your team seems perfectly fine keeping my money while providing ZERO connectivity. Is this the standard of service you find acceptable? @reliancejio
