If you guys can’t get resolve the issue in 12-24 hours then it does not leave a good mark for customer service team. I am also a shareholder and not very happy with the way these issues are being managed.

Very poor network experience in last 6 months and waste of money in the name of data pack. Porting out seems only option. @JioCare
