    @JioCare I have shared the information but ur team is giving the exact steps which I have tried multiple times and getting the same message. Can anyone help from backend to raise this request on priority?? Or should I surrnder my wifi since no one is going to help in this situation ?

    Dear @JioCare, your network quality has become a complete disaster. After countless complaints, there is still no proper solution. Calls keep dropping, internet speed is painfully slow, and even basic browsing struggles to work. Customers are paying full price for service

    @airtelindia be it air fibre or optocal poorest and pathetic service. Resn why people optng oit of airtel. Even worse is aietel thanks app problem solvng methodlogy. Finally @JioCare is the optn left.

    @reliancejio @JioCare one of the worst network amoung other service providers neither in MH, MP nor in UP. Secondly before yearly recharge I was able to have access to jio hotstar the day i had done recharge the jio hotstar access was blocked which feels like a trap.

    @JioCare Hey, I have already raised the service request 5-6 without any resolution, everytime it is cancelled by the technicians. If there is no solution than refund my amount and let me move to Airtel.

    @JioCare From May 05 I'm following for the refund. NO0001D9SAVCis service request Number. They are telling, Air Fiber can't be installed in my location. So, refund the amount at earliest
