    @JioCare @reliancejio care to reply or resolve the issue your customer has been facing. The entire system has template answers and then no one really cares beyond that. It has been mentally taxing to wait for your engineer to come, 2 days have passed.

    @JioCare @TRAI on 19th April you said in private msg that you will fix this issue and today is 25th April, issue is not fixed yet.. if after paying 1200 rs I am seeing ads on all OTT then I can buy subscriptions directly from OTT which will be cheapest and with no Ads..

    @JioCare @reliancejio@ Facing serious issue with Jio AirFiber from last 6 months. Most apps are not working at all. I have raised multiple complaints on toll-free but no resolution yet. Request immediate support and permanent fix. Very disappointed with service.
