    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I will have to cancel this order if it's not installed today. Since 2 days there is no update on this. Your Sales person doesn't reply and even he came to take the advance, he mentioned the wiring is already there and it will be done max in 2 days!!

    Such a pathetic service by @JioCare . My JioFiber issue is still not resolved even after 2 days. The technician visited but failed to fix the issue. @reliancejio to compensate with an additional 2 days extension in my existing plan for the non-functioning service period.

    @JioCare My complaint is registered for 2 days. But no action has been taken yet. How long should I wait? At least provide me the direct contact of visiting engineer.

    Due to worst customer serviceby other ISP, moved to #jio fiber service. But jio also doing the same. Internet is not working for last 4 days. No proper resolution provided by @JioCare @reliancejio

    As a user I am highly recommneding not to use jio home/airfibre frm @reliancejio @JioCare Very poor service, CC says 1 mailing team says 2 X team says 3 bt no resolution,pay for 30 days bt compensation only if no resolution beyond 4 days. I am regretting I renewed
