@JioCare @JioCare went silent after the DM. It's total chaos - no executive are reachable, cannot solve issues. No supervisor is responsible for customer care and escalation. @JioCare needs a serious overhaul. They play master games with customers and hold no value to customer commitments

4. the most moronic and truly feeling cheated moment happened rn. I was on call with the customer exec,she promised on call that someone is going to visit my place by 1pm-2:30pm and as soon as i kept the call and i got sms saying it has been pushed to 8 sept @JioCare @reliancejio

3. I called and checked with customer service 15+ times. Fake unaccountable promises were made regarding installation dates. by customer execs I was promised that installation will happen by 4th sept, then by 6th sept now it has been pushed for 8th sept @JioCare @reliancejio

My home is Only 230-250 meters far from your connection box and your Installation agent denied to install because it increased only 50 m wire seriously,Aise chindi chori se u never pass @reliancejio that's why every day you losing mobile connection also your fiber connection(2/2)
