    @Airtel_Presence I’m still waiting for an update on my issue. Not a namesake update or a concrete one. If you can’t be bothered, I’d might as well look for other options for my fiber and postpaid connections (7 Numbers) with @JioCare or Vodafone.

    @JioCare Anything else u want to tweet??? As problem is still not resolved, no calls frm ur end.... What to do nw @DoT_India plz do needful @PMOIndia u r launching 5G with mukesh ambani but still there company harassing their customers. My problem is nt resolved frm last TWO YEARS.

    @venumaadhav I don't think they have eSIM service for CUG / Corporate users. Meanwhile you can try @reliancejio service. They do have eSIM facility for all the customer. You can directly switch to eSIM of Jio.

    @JioCare Paid 10612.92 Rs. for jio fiber on the date of 04 Oct. 2022 but still not providing Invoice for that really worst service. trying to reach customer care and while talking with customer care executive name SUMIT ask me to hold on call and then disconnect my call

    What can a consumer do if continuously facing network issues, not able to watch online videos and customer support is just saying issue will be resolved? Paying tarrif for virtually no service and not a single action has been taken to resolve the issue. @reliancejio @JioCare
