    @JioCare I have been raised request to discontinue jio fibre 30 day free plan 10 days ago but looks like you guys are closing the request from back-end without calling me. Is this a way to avoid refunding my security deposit of ₹2500? Pathetic customer support.

    @JioCare Your team finally came today after 15 days of complaining. They found the fibre broken at the pole on the main road and corrected it. Could have been done long back if somebody had responded right away. Will appreciate an extension of my plan by the number of days it was down.

    @JioCare jio network is third class network . after doing a number of complain still. The issue same net not working very bad service .net is not working last 7 month ..
