    @JioCare I bought a 30day data pack yesterday. But instead of that data being used up first... My yearly data quota is getting used up. I am currently on Rs1299- 12m- 24GB pack and don't want the 24gb to be drained first. Any solution to this issue?

    @JioCare - jio fibre wires are eaten away by rats and squirrels multiple times since I bought the connection. Each time it takes 3-5 days to get the connection restored. Pls provide solution +912235656706

    We are facing very worst and pathetic condition of network coverage of @reliancejio through out the day and night in every single day. And we are also sad to inform @JioCare that seeking for a better network provider

    @JioCare, it is raining today at my location ... due to which electricity has been cut, I have realized, whenever the electricity is cut due to rain, then the network of jio also fails,Every time this happens, your network becomes useless as soon as electricity is cut off.

    @JioCare my brother's sim showing no sim, yesterday we called care center they suggested to go local jio care, we tried to connect but due to lockdown I think they are closed. Please help us.
