@JioCare It took me 35 mins to download net velocity application and you say coverage in my area is good everyone in my area who have jio are experiencing same problem now don't make a excuse that coverage in my area is good just accept it that coverage is poor

@JioSaavnCare is by far the worst music streaming app. It might have a huge content but the app sucks to the core. It takes multiple attempts to sign in and 10 mins to sync music & it crashes every damn time after 10-15 mins of usage. Data speeds are worse. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Am Jio Postpaid plus customer. After clicking Netflix activation banner it redirects to a page where it shows " it looks like you are not eligible for this offer". Already gave complaint by calling jio care but not resolved yet. Please look into the matter.
