    @JioCare Not just one app, every app is facing problems since evening.😔My 5G is recharged but forget about 5G, there is no 4G, it is working fine.I can't even send a normal message on WhatsApp. So many problems!😔

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Waiting on the call... No technical team took the call and The call got disconnected after waiting for 11 mins on call, @TRAI 2nd call not even connected to customer care.. What services we're getting against the amount we pay.

    Highly disappointed with my Jio AirFiber relocation (SR: CO0001RQGNZZ). The assigned SMS contact redirected me to local Sullurupeta staff, who then ignored calls & refused service, claiming ₹1200 portal payments are "out of their scope." @JioCare @reliancejio 1/2

    @JioCare Please let us know, if you can't able to provide proper customer service. We'll get that from another service provider. Don't behave like you're the one. I'm facing the same issue from so many days I didn't get the proper resolution. Arrange a callback. It's an emergency.
