@JioCare @reliancejio Your customer service personnel is behaving very rudely with #seniorcitizen when asked about query on recharging. Is this the way you handle the customer care? Will I get reasonable justification for you?

@JioCare jiofiber service down in guwahati since 1 week, and restoration work was supposed to be completed by 7 feb. Customer service doesn't have and answer and just holds calls!

Ported out from @JioCare to @airtelindia India for third class data services. Now Airtel has become the worst data service provider these days. Earlier, they responded to the complaints, now no response. Better to port out to @BSNLCorporate. At least data cost will be reduced.
