@JioCare Not necessary at all. Had very poor experience with Jio Fiber installation yesterday and happened to cancel the booking after payment. Very happy to know about Jio Fiber at the very beginning. Now I have cancelled it and saved my money. Take care Jio!

Spoke to the @reliancejio cust support exec about a month ago who informed that the spectrum is overloaded and unable to serve the reqmt... if users can't use their services due to infra issues, will u refund part of the amt we pay ? #monopoly #CustomerExperience

Its been 2days I am without internet despite having a premium plan along with OTT and everything.I've been raising the request since yesterday but no resolution yet. No wirecut or heavy rain, so no excuse for u. This kind of service is not expected from Jio @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare my jio fiber internet is not working. Complaint many times. yesterday my one more request id sr00001c30vz is closed without any resolution. Instead It shows your complaint has been resolved by our engineer. WORST engineer support.
