    @JioCare Today I recharge my wife account using @GooglePay in myjio app. Amount reduced from my bank acc. But recharge not done. I asked jio customer care but didn't get proper response

    @HafizurRahmab @JioCare @reliancejio It was fine during intial days. I think increase of subscribers made the net slow. They need to improve the signal quality. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence 9600688018 using airtel sim more than 15 yrs.sim my mother name.i apply for ownership change on 24th. Still notyet done.they ask NOC & OTHER DOCUMENTS.I SUBMIT ALL.TDY I APPLY TOPORT to jio.very worst experience and customer service.

    @reliancejio Quite a sorry affair of experiences with 'Jio'. The call abruptly crashes. No customer service, only chat bots with pathetic I. Q. Jio cinema equally disappointing never starts in spite of restart, reinstall. Overall a highly disappointing exp. Much ado bout nothing

    @JioCare can you check my dm about your fiber cable hanging low infront of my property but so far you can't even open a ticket for the fix after sharing relevant information you asked. As can't move vehicle due to this I will have to cut your cable without any option left for me
