    @dakshata_bhatta @JioCare Thanks for the suggestion. I already have #jio as my secondary number. I'm using my #Vodafone number for primary banking and official works. Even I was thinking to Port to better network. If this continues I'll definitely break my 14yrs connection from @VodafoneIN

    Spoke to the @reliancejio cust support exec about a month ago who informed that the spectrum is overloaded and unable to serve the reqmt... if users can't use their services due to infra issues, will u refund part of the amt we pay ? #monopoly #CustomerExperience

    @JioCare Not necessary at all. Had very poor experience with Jio Fiber installation yesterday and happened to cancel the booking after payment. Very happy to know about Jio Fiber at the very beginning. Now I have cancelled it and saved my money. Take care Jio!

    Hey @JioCare my Jio Fibre connection is not working. Raised complaint. Got appt. But the Er did not show up. Called CC again and the CC said that the new appt is now on tomorrow. My office work is stuck due to this. And the CC disconnected the call in between the convo.

    @JioCare I have raised a complaint for the issue with reference number SR00001EYFPM. No one is trying to resolve my issue, instead of that request is getting auto close without any solution and customer care team is reopening it when I contacted them, but no solution at all.
