    @JioCare The coverage in our area is very poor. Especially indoor reception is terrible. Please boost up the signals in and around Avaniyapuram, Madurai.

    @HafizurRahmab @JioCare @reliancejio It was fine during intial days. I think increase of subscribers made the net slow. They need to improve the signal quality. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Not necessary at all. Had very poor experience with Jio Fiber installation yesterday and happened to cancel the booking after payment. Very happy to know about Jio Fiber at the very beginning. Now I have cancelled it and saved my money. Take care Jio!

    @dakshata_bhatta @JioCare Thanks for the suggestion. I already have #jio as my secondary number. I'm using my #Vodafone number for primary banking and official works. Even I was thinking to Port to better network. If this continues I'll definitely break my 14yrs connection from @VodafoneIN

    @JioCare Today I recharge my wife account using @GooglePay in myjio app. Amount reduced from my bank acc. But recharge not done. I asked jio customer care but didn't get proper response

    @TikonaTIL It was really a bad decision paying for your yearly plan, frequent disconnection since the beginning, I am also paying for an alternate @reliancejio connection to keep my work going. Very hard to speak to a technical person in your customer service.

    @airtelindia customer sucks bigtime. Too much virtual assistance, cant reach cust care ppl, no proper chat option..even IVR options dont work.. I have shifted my entire relationship to @reliancejio atleast there reaching out service guys is easy

    @JioCare Hi, How can your team resolved service request without taking confirmation from customer or without issue resolution. Can you justify that. Not able access internet for 72hrs. I need my refund of recharge amount and advance amount. #JioFiber is fraud service from fraud company.
