    @JioCare Today I recharge my wife account using @GooglePay in myjio app. Amount reduced from my bank acc. But recharge not done. I asked jio customer care but didn't get proper response

    @JioCare Not necessary at all. Had very poor experience with Jio Fiber installation yesterday and happened to cancel the booking after payment. Very happy to know about Jio Fiber at the very beginning. Now I have cancelled it and saved my money. Take care Jio!

    Spoke to the @reliancejio cust support exec about a month ago who informed that the spectrum is overloaded and unable to serve the reqmt... if users can't use their services due to infra issues, will u refund part of the amt we pay ? #monopoly #CustomerExperience

    @HafizurRahmab @JioCare @reliancejio It was fine during intial days. I think increase of subscribers made the net slow. They need to improve the signal quality. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare The coverage in our area is very poor. Especially indoor reception is terrible. Please boost up the signals in and around Avaniyapuram, Madurai.

    @dakshata_bhatta @JioCare Thanks for the suggestion. I already have #jio as my secondary number. I'm using my #Vodafone number for primary banking and official works. Even I was thinking to Port to better network. If this continues I'll definitely break my 14yrs connection from @VodafoneIN

    There has nvr been a worst streaming service than @ZEE5India My main num was tied to @reliancejio airfiber,which gives sme shi*ty basic access 2 zee5.Neither zee5 nor Jio allows upgrade.Used my secondary num to get their premium 1399 plan. Now I am not allowed upgrade 2 Fifa plan

    @TRAI @PMOIndia @reliancejio unable to do one rekyc when customer name changes in aadhar card due to personal reason, jio says you can't do rekyc height of madness when aadhar number remain same , name has undergone change customer can't do rekyc..let me know how to fool customer

    @JioCare I was so frustrated that I disconnected my JioFiber and recorded a video showing the equipment left on the roadside for the collection team to pick up. Stop calling me and focus on providing proper customer support. This is one of the worst service experiences I have ever had.

    It has been four days since the complaint filed with @JioCare and yet no one has even bothered to look into our matter ..... The service centre number 18008969999 does not even connect you to the customer care executive even after staying on hold for 68 minutes....
