  @JioCare @reliancejio @IIML The service quality of JioFiber in the IIM Road area of Lucknow is extremely poor. Technicians usually arrive 7–8 hours after a complaint is registered, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience.

  @JioCare @reliancejio ny additional amount for basic support and fault resolution. This issue has caused significant inconvenience, loss of connectivity, waste of time, and financial loss. It has now been over two weeks without any proper resolution, which reflects very poorly on Jio's customer 5/6

  @JioCare Paid ₹349 for a SIM port-in 5 days ago. Your agent refuses doorstep delivery, speaks rudely, & demands I travel 10km to him! Unacceptable. I am canceling this port request due to this terrible service. Please DM so I can get my full refund immediately.

  @JioCare my jio Fiber service is disrupted for 5 days. I have raised the ticket 2 days before, but no one has contacted me. It shows only that engineer wiil be allocated for this service request. New complain can not be raised till previous one is closed.This is disgusting.

  Wtf @JioCare , I will do recharge when I'll need . I already have jio airfiber in the house. It's not even 10 days and I am getting calls every hour from random number to recharge. I'll port if this bullying doesn't stop.

  Hi @JioCare I have raised an complaint yesterday that WiFi is not working in MyJio app and scheduled an appointment yesterday around 7pm -8pm ,the engineer did not come to my address but he shifted the appointment saying the door is locked.
