    @JioCare this issue (net speed too slow) is not of me particularly...All Jio subscribers are facing the same in this area So what you need particular detail for a common public problem??? Instead of playing word's game...You must rectify the issue as area's GPS coordinates already shared.

    @JioCare "In progress" is not an answer. It’s been 2 days without service. Today is Monday and we have critical WFH commitments that are being derailed because of @JioCare’s delay. Provide me a fix immediately. Don't make me wait until the 21st for a known area issue! @reliancejio.

    @JioCare I have already given you my number in DM , and as expected, i didn't get any response. Your 5G fibre speed is more poor than 4G one and I am beyond frustrated now , money going waste.

    @JioCare Your team collected payment after assuring same-day installation. After 48 hours, and no one has responded to my calls. This reflects poorly on your customer service, and how future issues would be handled. I therefore request you to kindly cancel the installation and refund.

    @reliancejio @JioCare quite bad service experience from you. Internet down since yesterday afternoon, engineer visits are getting cancelled , and your customer care are unable to escalate my issue. Seriously considering alternatives now.
