    @JioCare pathetic is the word for the service of jio, without solving the issue ticket has been resolved, from 3 days jio fiber is not working, tried to complain several time but didn't got any response, just tell whether u people will do anything or...

    @JioCare My request ID is SR000018CQ71......you would be able to track all details here......I just managed to get the number of service engineer called him and he said he doesn't know when he will get the part.....shouldn't this be shared with me so that I don't wait for him sitting

    Before choosing Jio Fibre, everybody must think twice. My internet is down since 52 hrs and Jiocare hardly cares. Nobody calls you to.onform you the status also. Worst service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio As per rules you can deactivate number before 90 days from last recharge expiry. But why are you harassing customer through your local service center? They are calling again and again,it's totally torture for customer.

    @reliancejio @TRAI Don't pressurise your costumer for mobile recharge. 1st all of telecompanies to need extend the plan for 30 days not 28 days. Don't generate your own rules. @TRAI please have a look on that issue. Jio call drops accuring why you didn't putting fine during call drop? 2/2

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @relia i m facing dfcltes in using Internet on my jio fibre raised request for engineer visit on 11 Jan they r rescheduling it fr past 3 days.Talked abt to d coustomer care executive for 4 times.still not getting any support plz look into it on priority
