  @JioCare It's incorrect to claim that my issue was resolved within 1 day, because it actually took 5 days. Please don't misrepresent the facts. Based on this experience, I will not recommend JioFiber to anyone.

  Tariffs keep going up, but the network quality seems to be moving in the opposite direction. Over the past few weeks, I've been experiencing frequent call drops and poor internet connectivity on both Jio and Airtel. Friends and family have reported similar experiences too. @JioCare @Airtel_Presence, is there an ongoing infrastructure issue affecting mobile services? Or is investment currently more focused on broadband expansion than mobile network improvements? Curious to know if others are experiencing the same. 🤔

  @JioCare @reliancejio I am a jio postpaid user I want to know the process to switch to airtel postpaid as whenever there is power outage or any natural calamaties jio services stop working. The worst services in vasai virar ever.
