@JioCare @somitsrivastav_ One of the worst telecom provider. Their server is down today since morning in palghar west maharashtra and esim process is so difficult that employee at jio store also says don’t try it by yourself..most of the places no network in palghar west

Companies working on 5g today but the fact is 4g jio fibre still not available at semi-rural areas. There is only 2km distance from my home to jio office but they still can't give the service of jio fibre. I tried from two months on #myjio app.@reliancejio @JioCare #JioFiber

@JioCare Team, as stated no Jio fiber connectivity in Baihata Chariali area bearing PIN Code-781381. Just confirm when can we avail the service in our locality. May pl share the reason behind delayed provisioning. We will move on to other provider then.

@JioCare there is no internet connectivity since 14 days, spoke to CSR multiple times, multiple appointments booked but technician didn’t reach to the location. Very poor customer service. If still issue is not resolved soon,will have to look for other providers @Airtel_Presence.

@thindi_potha @reliancejio @airtelindia Postpaid has good plans. But again the same network inconsistencies. So no point in paying extra for bad network. Yeah, their roaming is good!
