    @JioCare you ppl are chore, your international roaming pack don't work. Better to keep @Airtel then keeping you in mobile. And top of it your support doesn't know how to resolve issue and run away from mid chat saying it's escalated. 1st thing I do will port to @airtelindia

    @reliancejio I am in uttarpradesh right now(230306) and the jio tower operator sells all the diesel provided to him for emergency backup of tower and switch offs the tower for many hours everyday when electricity is gone, no complaint is getting heard by ur customer support.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Raised a complaint yesterday. Internet is not working for more than 36 hours. 3 complaints no response. It's jio fiber prepaid connection I asked for this 36 hours y should i pay (customers are fool) #jio doesn't care @airtelindia your service is better
