    I decided to switch from Airtel to Jio because I always have bad network with Airtel. I still have an 80-day plan, but I chose Jio and raised a port request on June 28th. It's been 10 days, no response, and they charged me 99 rupees @JioCare. Is that how you care for customers?

    @JioCare This is prolonging for so long time. If you were not able to provide service on time why can't you even refund my money? What's happening here? This is literally a FRAUDULENT approach.
