Before choosing Jio Fibre, everybody must think twice. My internet is down since 52 hrs and Jiocare hardly cares. Nobody calls you to.onform you the status also. Worst service.

@JioCare @reliancejio As per rules you can deactivate number before 90 days from last recharge expiry. But why are you harassing customer through your local service center? They are calling again and again,it's totally torture for customer.

@reliancejio @TRAI Don't pressurise your costumer for mobile recharge. 1st all of telecompanies to need extend the plan for 30 days not 28 days. Don't generate your own rules. @TRAI please have a look on that issue. Jio call drops accuring why you didn't putting fine during call drop? 2/2
