    @reliancejio We in the Army believe that there is a soluton to EVERY problem. But, Reliance Jio is UNABLE to change the billing cycle of my postpaid mobile No from 1st to 30th of month, for ease of reimbursement claim. Is this small issue so insurmountable for Jio ??

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare , never ever seen such a careless service. Post purchase of STB, had to call numerous times to get it delivered, and everytime a new case n a new schedule !! Its 4th day today.

    Internet worked only for 6Hrs and it took them 2 days to resolve issue And now again it's not working That's the level of service u get from JioFiber And now again told to wait till next day @JioCare

    @reliancejio I need to port 4 nos from vodaidea.I am told to get a letter from previous employer to demerge the numbers.I have relieving letter copy. is that not enough? Which co., will issue such letter after 6 yrs of seperation? Is there a way out? I pay bills.its in my name.
