    What kind of service you guys are providing to the customer, I'm facing a network issue for both calling the Internet and also getting one bar of signal. I have been for a solution for the last 20 days, but nothing is changed, still facing the same issue. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare , whats wrong with the jio network these days ? Why its keep on fluctuating? Still my issue isnt resolved. This is really frustrating and that also being facing this issue in Mumbai itself. @_MukeshAmbani

    So after this post, @JioCare immediately reached out for a resolution and now I’ve been waiting for 4 days to get a resolution. The customer service is bad.

    @JioCare I migrated to postpaid from prepaid yesterday and today my internet stopped working. Customer care says I've used 200 GB of daily quota but I don't have any such device or anything that could consume this much of data. Kindly activate my connection
