    @ajubaa32 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

    @JioCare -i have raised ticket day before yesterday and i was told that my issue will resolve within 24 hrs...yesterday my ticket got closed without any resolution..... when i called customer care then they told me that i need to raise new ticket....is this your service????

    WTF @JioCare What kind of service r u providing. Ur service is worst service in India even BSNL is better than u. I have signal tower just 100mtr away and ur IVR is saying this no is out of service. I dont know where u could provide service if u cant in 100mtr radius.

    It has been 3 months since I have raised a complaint about my jio fiber not working. I had taken a 6months recharge which expires in July. Worst customer service I gave ever experienced. I am literally folding hands🙏🏻. Please solve my issue. @JioCare @reliancejio
