    @JioCare Further harassment to old people from @JioCare, leaving senior citizens without network for 15 days. After 10 days of hassles saying sim issue they say their tower is down due to 5g and now say wait for 5 more days to fix it?!

    @reliancejio @JioCare service quality of yours is really turning out to be a headache for being a postpaid family plan member. Except 1 number rest are dead due to poor network connectivity. Customer care numbers are also not working. Hope things don't go worst
