@JioCare @reliancejio since fri (08/26) eve (>9hrs) the fiber connection is not working and have raised complaints but extremely poor response. Even after calling thrice and been prmoised for the resolution and technician visit by 10am, no response yet. HORRIBLE SERViCE

@reliancejio He is not even bothering about the problems people are facing. 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G and so on! Atleast the company must focus on the preexisting network and the service that they claim to be the best. Here, The employees literally sleep. Wake up Jio, Wake up Mr. Mukesh Ambani!

@JioCare Have been facing issue relating to gigafibre since last 20 hours and yet it has not been resolved….i am completely relying on jio gigafibe and its services but since last 20 hours have not been able to use anything that is internet wifi,set top box and also the landline

@reliancejio Must say, pathetic network and disappointing service! Jio guys just attract the customers by talking a lot about it and then they just disappear. I opted for the best speed and getting 20 to 25 MBPS only. When I tried to connect with these people, they were just unavailable.
