It’s really disgusting tht since 8 hrs now there’s no #JioFiber Internet service at my place. Your technicians who came 3 hrs back to check the issue found the hub port( local distribution board on my bunglows terrace )which provides the connection to my house faulty.@JioCare (1)

Then they gave a contact named Mr. Rajesh Vishwakarma with his number, who’d come in next 30 mins & resolve this problem. Now, it’s been 3 hrs+ & NOBODY has neither turned up nor is he answering our calls. Infact he blocked my number after a few calls! #JioDown @JioCare (2)

@JioCare Very very bad services i am facing the problem since 15-01-2022 after several requests you were unable to serve your services and i have already paid for that after that I have cancelled the connection of bakwas jio and there is also almost 10 days passed no body is coming

@JioCare @reliancejio By keeping the name jiocare doesn't help,u should actually care by providing timely resolution for your customer's issue.There was a outage in Rajajinagar Bangalore, post that set-top box is not functioning,After multiple calls no one is bothered to resolve

@reliancejio Everytime i visit Reliace Jio store in Sundernagar (Himachal Pradesh) it is always closed especially in the evening and the employee working here does not pic the phone. What kind of service is this ?
