@JioCare Hi Team Jio, I'm from Agartala, Tripura & I'm speaking on behalf of a group of my friends who are all Jio Fiber customers. The status of the service is getting worse day by day. There are at least 3 to 4 days a week, every week the speed of the internet goes down. (1/3)

@reliancejio @JioCare I am trying to connect with customer care and it seems they don’t have network access to check my bills. since last 2 months they are exaggerated my bills by adding some or other tariffs. Pathetic network and pathetic customer services #poorcustomerservice
