    @reliancejio @JioCare Facing streaming issues on Jio Fiber 50+ days. IPL on JioHotstar, Instagram reels & YouTube Shorts BUFFER. Customer care says restart router/change password. After 30+ days technician admits issue existed long back but no one diagnosed it. Pathetic experienc

    This is a food safety issue, not just quality. Product also appears expired / labeling unclear. Expecting full refund/replacement and strict action. @JioMart @JioMart_Support @reliancejio

    @JioCare It's not my fault if jio r not provide service ist not my mistake my complete date 13-4-26 and till u not provide service then refund money.

    From the last 2 days I'm continuously asking for help from @JioCare to address my issue and shorting out the problem but in DMs they just ask for contact number and did nothing,they never tried to call me to know my concerns, they just giving responses which make 0 sense.

    @JioCare It’s been several days but still no update on my rebate request (SR0000348COB). Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue is still “in progress” with no clarity. This delay is unacceptable. Kindly process the full rebate for ~13 days downtime on priority

    @JioCare my home jio fiber got issue 2 days before but app diagnosis failed to recognize. Customer care raised SR request yesterday morning but no technical visit scheduled and its been 3 days since no action was taken.. plz look into this

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Same generic reply again. No complaint ID, no ETA. Internet down 4+ days in Lehregaga. This is unacceptable. Filing complaint with National Consumer Helpline (1915) now. Please take this seriously.

    @JioCare Hi, pls verify ur facts! No engineer visited my location.He didn't even contact us. 5-6pm was the slot he was supposed to visit. A lot many errors & confusions from @JioCare 's end stressing out the customers! Pls resolve this matter quickly and connect me to the engineer asap
