    @JioCare @TRAI I have sent all details but since 15 sldays I have problem regarding 5G data . All apps still buffering on jio 5G network. How many yrs you ll take to solve this issue. I m tired now. I have registered complained but no response by operator. Complaint no. Mr0001ou8dny

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber Raised 2 work orders for JioFiber in Sector 63, Noida. Payment has been deducted twice, but there has been no installation and no refund till date. Extremely disappointing customer experience. Need immediate resolution and refund. #JioFiber

    @JioCare @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. My OTT subscription is not working, and when I contacted customer care, they insisted that I must be physically present in front of the setup box for troubleshooting. (1/4)

    What kind of network coverage is this, @reliancejio and @JioCare? Even near the Jio tower on Lateri Road, Maksudangarh, the internet speed is extremely slow. What's the point of having 5G if videos won't even load, let alone download properly?
