    @JioCare You guys just don't bother. Your customer care people are dumb. They have no resolution, Neither your local service engineer. You people collect money but hesitate to provide service.12 days since my issue in JIO fibre connection. Open Service requests. No response to my mails

    @reliancejio i want to swich to Jio, please help me and let me know if there is any such process with out UPC code. Im unable to receive the UPC code due to this SMS issue.

    @JioCare I think this may not come under your scope of work, but FYI i would like to tell you that near my Village there 1 jio network tower which not in working condition from more than 1 year. Every thing is completed regarding tower, but it is in not working condition.
