@JioCare I was using MRP0 plan but by mistake I change my plan at present I'm using 399 plan but I want to migrate on MRP 0 plan but ur customer care says that u can't downgrade ur plan...why u make this kind of rule

@JioCare @reliancejio My internet is down since 1st August and after giving number of reminders it supposed to be resolved today but didn't get any call as of now.This is the problem of monopoly business, once u have sufficient customers u can take down anyone. Shameles #Jiodown

Jio customers in our village Mori Nagaur are 2500, but everyone is upset due to lack of full network in the village, talking to Jiocare for 2 years, they say the same thing, our company is working, please solve the problem of low network. Solve it. Thank you

@JioCare What is the procedure to port out from Jio to another network. I just wanted to know what is the message that i need to send to generate mnp code. I am fed up with call drops and unable to receive calls on your network.
