@JioCare Sad to say but your representative only said it will be provided by year end that means January 2021 so I am very disappointed with you it's not only me but a lot of were expecting to get Jio fiber by this diwali but your people have never failed to disappoint us

@JioCare lost count how many times I’ve complained this month about slow speed. 300 mbps plan and I get 17 mbps. Customer care number is absolutely useless, instead of trying to help they put you on hold until you cut. 👏🏽

Broadband service like Giga Fiber are only introduced first in metro cities wherein there are already many ISP but not in places where there is not even a single ISP @reliancejio @airtelindia will you take a step to setup your services in Remote areas instead of cities

@JioCare Nope . Your Jio service is last available 5-6 kms from my area I chased jio from last 3 years but no way you people listen. Infact your customer support is worst . Forget about your fiber In my area take radius of 100 MTRS yiur cellular network dosent work.Everybody complain1/n
