    Is there any way to cancel jio air fiber connection? On app there is no option to cancel it and support team is not available for it. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am contacting your customer care to close the connection as my service request is open from 29th June but it is not resolved. Your costumer care senior team is also transferring call to feedback without closing the connection and not resolving issue

    @JioCare Follow-up. No Nodal Officer escalation done yet for SR 00002M5C6C]. Please confirm reference number.from 28 June my WiFi not working .i called more than 40 times jio care but they only misguide me and allways told with in 24 hours we will short your problem but till dat
