    @JioCare @reliancejio , When there is a power cut in our area there is network coverage; no incoming/outgoing calls, no internet. It seems like there is no backup at the mobile tower. Please look into this and resolve it ASAP

    Jio and airtel both are the worst services providers . More than hours on no stable Internet/no Internet at all , calls getting dropped mid way + the worst help centers in their app. . Plz fix this asap @JioCare @airtelindia

    @JioCare, when I measure the speed of my Jio router from the JioHome app, it’s fast. However, when I measure my device’s speed, it comes out to be slow.
