    @JioCare worst service i regret why I didn't get airtel fiber.. it's almost one month my jio fiber is not working due to wire cut daily i complaint not getting any response. I suggest all my neighbour and and my area people don't connect jio fiber.. service is not good .

    @JioCare Useless, First he tried over the phonecall Jio agent was not ready to listen Then through the social media he tried with snapshots of evedence, but Jio is making fool even 0.1% Jio is not ready to help/support. What type of Company is Jio? , who don't care at all their customers

    @JioCare Your customer service agent informed me it is going to be resolved on 11th of May(10'o clock in the night). None of this is my fault and I'm the one who is suffering here and My one week is going to be waste, if this is your service, I'll be better of with other service providers

    @JioCare I ordered jio doorstep sim. Your service delivery person called and took OTP without delivering SIM at doorstep. Kindly ask him to deliver it. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I'm facing this problem from 2-3months and it has tremendously increased. I'm unable to receive any calls or call anyone. There is no much of network issue. Pathetic customer service with no timeline to resolve the issue.
