60 days / 2 mths gone, issue raised on 8 July still unresolved. How many mre mnths/yrs. @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare Y was 1st installation dne via window whn duct option was avble.its illegal. False assurance on call that v'll sort issue. however no resolution yet.#newagescam

@JioCare 4 days now. Still no solution for basic issue. I have taken annual plan of 999. It was around 11988 plus gst, Paid that. It is clearly mentioned you would give 15 OTT including Amazon prime. I have not got that. Pls check.

@JioCare Ye sab doglapan hai. I changed my number from jio to another company only because everytime I call customer care number they told wait some time net issue will be fixed. I waited 1 year and now I changed it. Rakho tumhara customer satisfaction.

@JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI Please cance this company #5g license because this company cant giving 4g internet/network to so many customers in #India. This company only have pet dialogue and i read this dialogue from past 2 year . But not doing anything just repeating this dialogue 1/2
