    @JioHotstar @JioCare And no I do not use any VPN. I have been using the same device for more than an year now and have been smooth up untill now. The entire world cup has come to an end and all I did was uninstall and re-install the app. Absolute ****. Did not pay 2K for this

    I suggest to all @JioCare users port to another network because jio is very bed network in india noncence network this is my last recharge I never recharge again in jio

    @JioCare Still no positive solution. My second half Sunday gone with following up on this issue. Will come back tomorrow again. Don't worry it's daily problem I m facing from last week.

    @JioCare STB is not working. Only green light os blinking. Have tried everything given in my jio app. Diagnostic also. Nothing is working. Need a technician to fix it

    @JioCare @JioCare It has been 24 hours since my service request, yet no resolution has been provided. “ASAP” is not a resolution. Recharge was done on 26–27 Feb and my internet is still inactive. Repeated calls, repeated assurances, zero action.
