    @JioCare But I am tired of complaining I have been complaining since 6years but still nothing had happened with internet speed I don't want to waste my time by complaining about issues now I am Porting to vi4g which gives 5g speed in 4g network not yours who offers 2g speed in 4g

    @JioCare @reliancejio The jio customer care is not responding to my calls they simply disconnecting the calls and every time they are saying one reason when I ask why my sim has disconnected I have visited store and paid money also but they are not saying it is not possible

    @JioCare @RajatDe83449669 I had complained via Twitter and email, but there was no resolution. Finally, porting was requested after 7 long years and is currently being processed.

    I requested and paid for a new Jio fiber connection with the order number NO0000P6BIM4 on 08/04/23 and still no connection. If it is not possible then kindly cancel it and initiate the refund so that I can at least go for some other service provider. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio is no doubt the most pathetic network ever. They are only good at sending messages after 5 hours which tells you the number who was trying to reach you. What a shame. Unable to receive calls from any number.

    @JioCare The 5G speed in my area is extremely poor for the last 3 days. It is 65mbps. I have better Airtel4G speed . Don't downgrade yourself so pathetically.
