    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    Name is @JioCare but looks like they don't care about customers' grievances. Couldn't connect to an CCE through 198 to report worst network issue (both call & internet) 😡😑 Maybe I should port out?!? @reliancejio #JioIsWorst

    @Airtel_Presence The most unreliable network I have experienced. @JioCare I ll definitely switch to Jio once my compulsory term is over with Airtel. Don’t know how but I ve to let it pass before I port out.
