    Name is @JioCare but looks like they don't care about customers' grievances. Couldn't connect to an CCE through 198 to report worst network issue (both call & internet) 😡😑 Maybe I should port out?!? @reliancejio #JioIsWorst

    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    @Sanjeev_Sings @JioCare I have some very bad experience with Vi ( hutch ). Their staff was very shrewd and blunt. Never reached out to them again till date. Worked at Airtel and I know how they operate. Their model was very structures until some time ago when they just tried to survive the jio freebies.

    Hi @JioCare, I have already shared all the requested details through DM, but there has been no reply from your team. Kindly check my message and confirm the status of my refund. I have never seen such a worst customer service on any platform.

    42+ hours without service. Multiple calls. Complaint number issued. Router still blinking red. No restoration. No clear resolution timeline. I am asking for action, accountability, and a permanent fix—not automated responses. @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India

    @JioCare However, I received the same assurance during my previous complaints as well. Every time, I was asked to wait around 10 days for network optimization, but there was no improvement. Since 18 May, this has been the same cycle—assurance, waiting, and no actual resolution.

    @JioCare Hey, There is "zero" network coverage at my place. Resolve this issue at the earliest. Its useless for me to recharge and use this jio service.

    @JioCare Again this is senseless reply. I have already mentioned that Rs 921 is refunded. My complaint is about balance Rs 1200 which is not yet refunded. I also shared screenshot of 2 debit entries of Rs 1200 and Rs 921. Why I cant reach your sales person or any human on your IVRS?

    I am suffering with @JioCare @reliancejio My wifi is not working and every 1hr i am getting a message that the visit has been rescheduled as per my request when i have not even requested for this. I am hell irritated as my work is getting hampered.

    @JioCare Today I have changed my jio fiber plan 499 to 899. It was showing in jio app that will get activated instant after making full payment of 1060.82 Now when the plan was not activated so I called jio customer care and plan will get activatedfrom tomorrow #donotmakefool
