    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get โ‚น1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    Hey jio i am using jio airfiber and there was some technical issue in the wifi so i called the technical assistance who installed mu connection whose no is 310605532228. He taken the output device with him now isn't picking up call not giving any reply. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Poor JioFiber service. Speed ~1 Mbps for 2 months on 30 Mbps plan. No visits, complaints closed without OTP, repeated reschedules. Tested via LAN โ€“ not WiFi issue. NCH Complaint No: 9103018 #JioFiber #PoorService #ConsumerRights

    @reliancejio #Worst service in KORBA CHHATTISGARH. Bad management by the dealer . They are unable to install @jio_fiber in prime location of KORBA city in a day.

    Today also request created no one came for the installation abhi yahi new wifi connection houta toh turant 30 min me aata. This is the main reason why most of the people trust Jio more then Airtel. Your customer support is the biggest flaw. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare
