    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    @ReliancJio @JioCare this service request is still open and the amount is due for refund back to customer. Hope JIO will understand it's customers and refund the amount.

    If there was a prize for the worst customer care - @reliancejio would have been the clear winner, every time. Spent 15 mins trying to explain the problem to customer support via chat, after 15 mins he asked the initial question again!

    @JioCare I am waiting for your jio fiber installation team from past 11 days but no one has come I am tired of calling your customer care,extremely pathetic service feeling guilty of not opting for Airtel, 3 people already cancelled your jio fiber in my area @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @Divya_Bhaskar : After this tweet, @JioCare replied with very poor help (means least possible help). In their response, one text book video to help and other 5000 questions (hypothetically). meaning they just want lay it out on me (instead of doing any efforts from their side).

    @reliancejio @DelhiCapitals @RanveerOfficial Do not book jio fiber they have extremely pathetic service they have done my registration on 6th but still there installation team has not come...Everytime they will tell we will come tomorrow it's better to go for Airtel fiber....

    Dear @JioCare we are your valuable customer from many years. I have complaint many times for poor connection at my home. Even we can't operate the any social media app via Jio sim inside the house. Hope you will solve it soon. @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @JioCare Why no response? I had booked jio fiber 399 plan one week ago but still no response from sales representative. We paid 1500₹ to sales representative. Now I feel very bad for choosing jio fiber. Please return my money back or make sure that the work will be done by today
