  @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

  @reliancejio I am trying to call someone in emergency and everytime my call is delayed because of your nonsense voice reminder for my account plan expiry. Remove that ****, I already am made aware of my plan's upcomming expiration via sms, e-mail and myjio app notifications.

  @JioCare wtf isthis. I have requested fr STB and paid for it and ott. I scheduled this for today. You guys don't even have this but reschduled it for 2 aug without even asking my availability. You have also started charging me for OTT which i can't even access without stb

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i was paying my late fee for airtel fiber and you guys deducted the payment twice and thier is no refund till now if this kind of service you will provide i am discountinuing the service and i am going for @reliancejio worst service #airtel

  @_MukeshAmbani please help us, i am loyal customer for jio from the launch, but from last 6months we are unable to get network in our area. @JioCare is not even registering a complaint.
