@JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

Name is @JioCare but looks like they don't care about customers' grievances. Couldn't connect to an CCE through 198 to report worst network issue (both call & internet) 😡😑 Maybe I should port out?!? @reliancejio #JioIsWorst

Pathetic service by Airtel Fibre service. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. This is 2nd outage of more than 8 hrs within 3 days, not acceptable in this pandemic wfh scenario. @reliancejio can provide extended services to this pincode 400070.

Funny that @JioCare customer care had no idea how to look for a login detail that is being used to misuse my mobile number for Netflix. The Netflix customer care helped find it on Jio app. How incompetent can you be? And yes it was neither linked to my phone or my registered mail

@JioCare Happy news, more than hundred customers of Jio network ( my colleagues in Agra office) has decided to port into another service provider on Monday. Mega Port in Mela for better connectivity. Jio, please continue with ' third class' network connectivity. Shame on you.
