@JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

I am a sub of JioBusiness Plan, where Microsoft 365 licenses are not yet assigned. I have already raised a service ticket with the team, SR ID: ES0000002MIO, and since May 21, I have not received any update on the ticket. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup
