    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    @JioCare Facing Internet issue in Fiber as well mobile network for all the members at home. Raised a request SR00001ERLG6 but the time slot received is of tomorrow. 1 day outage? Seriously?
