Name is @JioCare but looks like they don't care about customers' grievances. Couldn't connect to an CCE through 198 to report worst network issue (both call & internet) 😡😑 Maybe I should port out?!? @reliancejio #JioIsWorst

@JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

@Airtel_Presence Dear Airtel Does ur network is as same like jio? Jio is irritating so much that they don't have proper network. We need to put on flight mode to boost the speed even if we have internet pack. Its from last 4 months now @reliancejio @JioCare
