    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    @JioCare When a service request is pending for a month, it is not called on priority. It is called to be in a failed system. Anyway I have complained to the appellate for now.

    Day 5 of no internet. Diagnostics show "Fiber service impacted" but no fix yet. Ticket: SR0000348CVV. Can I get a status update? @JioCare @reliancejio

  • @JioCare Thanks atleast someone tried to read the message before replying. Now, this is complaint that I am waiting for your pickup boy from past 7 days but he is not coming. God knows, till when JIO will be punishing it's customers, who also have other works apart from waiting for them

    @JioCare There is a serious network issue in my area. Even after multiple complaints, no one has come to fix it. This is causing a lot of inconvenience. Please resolve the issue within 2 days, otherwise I will port my number to Airtel. 9142877673
