    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    @reliancejio horrible experience with Jio Fibernet. Every time you change your residence you have to go to service centre and surrender old equipment. Just harassment

    @reliancejio @JioCare I know there was an outage a few days back but I am not able to make calls with my Jio sim card. If the issue still persists, I am afraid I will port out to another network.

    My house was just behind the tower then also I'm not getting internet. I can understand some times network traffic will be but every day I'm facing this issue especially in these two days I had faced so many issues with jio network. Please make servers stable @reliancejio #jio

    @JioCare Regarding refund againt my ordr#NO0000IDEYCN.It's been more than 25 days and the amount is still not credited to my account.Have raised multiple complaints will jio fibre support but without any resolution.Had not expected such service from reputed organization like jio.
