    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    @JioCare I have recharged my Jio number but thats not reflecting. The payment from my account was deducted. The chat on the app isn't useful and the call centre number ( 1800-889-9999) mentioned is not valid. Can someone help on priority?

    @IYC Anybody facing the issue with changing password from Myjio app? Is your mobile able to scan the connected devices? If yes which model is it? I complained regarding this issue on 20 th January, have received no solution but only a new request for sharing screenshot..@JioCare
