    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    Name is @JioCare but looks like they don't care about customers' grievances. Couldn't connect to an CCE through 198 to report worst network issue (both call & internet) 😡😑 Maybe I should port out?!? @reliancejio #JioIsWorst

    @reliancejio I have bought a new prepaid connection 4 days back but it is not activated yet. Sales Person is not picking up call and took 250 rupees. I am wondering this is all you give as service or can I expect more. @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi Dhaval, the same response I received from your team 3 months back. That means no one even bother to this issue. No one is trying anything since last 3 months. It is purely cheating case.
