@JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

@JioCare should attention to this side. Jio's network stops running at a certain time or after a certain interval, there is no relief from Jio. Internet connection nothing working
