    Name is @JioCare but looks like they don't care about customers' grievances. Couldn't connect to an CCE through 198 to report worst network issue (both call & internet) 😡😑 Maybe I should port out?!? @reliancejio #JioIsWorst

    @reliancejio I'm tired of slow internet connection provided by @airtelindia mobile network. Kindly let me know the procedure for Airtel postpaid customer to port to your network.

    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Despite having unlimited calls and data, not able to call customer care numbers of any companies or use data as well. Pathetic **** company! Will be porting to @reliancejio if not resolved by today

    @TechTurbanator @airtelindia @JioCare I had the exact opposite experience. Jio has been running without a hitch for years now. Air tel keeps having outage every other day.

    Dear @JioCare, Thanks for redefining “48 hours” into an unlimited validity plan Sim ordered on 22nd May, Request No. NO00015EX50P, and every update is just: “Please wait.” At this point, I think my SIM is being manufactured from scratch instead of delivered. Amazing service. 🖕

    @JioCare This is the case for the past one and half years. Day by day the signal deteriorated with every complaint. Every time the same template replies.
