    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    Name is @JioCare but looks like they don't care about customers' grievances. Couldn't connect to an CCE through 198 to report worst network issue (both call & internet) 😡😑 Maybe I should port out?!? @reliancejio #JioIsWorst

    Day 19 @JioCare no proper connectivity and super slow speed, no resolution. Worst service ever, no accountabilty. Service engineer do there manmani and cancel the visit whenever they want. What a ****** up system jio has

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber WiFi reallocation request pending since 30 May. Daily calls, daily response: “kal aa jaayenge” — but no technician till date. Extremely unprofessional service. Please escalate & resolve ASAP.

    @TRAI my @jio_fiber connection is down for last 18 hours and there is no revert from @JioCare nor any engineer has visited the site to resolve the issue. What further steps should I take to get the compensation and why there is no policy for refund if I want to get rid of jio?
