    @JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

    JIO I request please hire customer support agents since it's very annoying to wait for good 16-17 minutes then got hangup automatically. Or shut down. @reliancejio

    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare Sorry Vodafone I am really feeling cheated, very poor network, you should physically check your network at Varanasi Airport, only I am not facing the issue the all Vodafone users have same issue here. But thanks to Jio for serving the excellent service👌

    It's been 9 days since I have been waiting for the resolution of my Jio Fiber connection.With reference to Service Request Number SR000017E33Z @reliancejio @JioCare. The worst internet connectivity in Srinagar is of Jio Fiber. Worst coustomer experience. I'm discontinuing it now.
