@JioCare Your rep Krishnakumar Kalaiselvan came to my home in Viluppuram today and promptly gave me a new SIM for porting. He was extremely courteous and didn't even get ₹1 extra apart from original charges. I'm totally happy by this customer friendly experience. Keep up this good work!

I’m so much glad that I opt jio fiber as my wifi :) Firstly the installation was late by 9days Now the upload speed is fluctuating always also after multiple tweets still the problem is there And the engineers are always on the way they never came🥰 @reliancejio

I call @JioCare Appellate authority to ask them,when my issue will resolve? They said within 2 days. After 2 days I called them back, that my internet is getting worst, Appellate authority said "working". I asked them should I send them clip?" They said "WORKING" giving me 10KBs.

TV not working for 3 days, I call #JioFiber. Troubleshoot fails. Technician to visit 'soon'. After many calls the customer care at 2.40pm says 'don't worry, he will visit at 2pm.' She kept the call saying nothing can be done if visit didn't happen @reliancejio @jiotvplus @JioCare

@JioCare There is nothing you can do now as I have already discarded Jio Sim Card. The day I buy jio , I was not able to use it due to very low speed and also online registered complaint But nothing happens.
