    @NetflixIndia @reliancejio I upgraded my netflix plan (included in jio postpaid) by mistake and want to cancel the same. Both customer care executives are denying to own this problem and asking to reach out to the other one.

    @reliancejio we are fedup from your services since last week we local residents are facing huge network problem, last year same thing happened but nothing has changed.. We are not giving you thousands of rupees every year for this.. We want this problem to be sloved ASAP..

    @JioCare The engineer has been assigned a number of times but nobody visits. I want resolution tomorrow morning and not 5PM. @reliancegroup @reliancejio The engineer is not reachable and doesn't pick my calls. Totally pathetic service.
