@jiocare Sir i spoke to your customer care 13 to 14 calls. But no one told me the solution of my problem. And some customer cares disconnected the call and some said that talk to our seniors. But seniors is not able to solve my problem so pls solve my problem. @reliancejio

@JioCare Done it everytime now i am fed up of ur services. After every hour there is network crisis and whenever there is powercut there is no network what is the benefit of getting cellular network. If your is network work only if the power available i wld get a wifi instead.

Hello JIO, my ORN No.: EO000000KBB9 amount 5417.18 INR paid on 16 March 2021 and same next week we request for refund due to auto pay policy which we don’t want. We drop so many mails but till now no refund issue. Please resolved as soon as possbile. @reliancejio @flameoftruth

Jio fiber at its worst. Have made the initial payment but no internet since installation. Complained @JioCare but issue yet not resolved. It's time to look above jio now. @reliancejio. @airtelindia could you help me with a new broadband connection?

@sanjay7453 Like your talking about attention that never ever I got from them. Like you complained I already did the same but nothing happened. So I ported to Jio and now I am happy. Ask attention from @JioCare they will definitely help you coz they care for their customer

@gopal_modani They are useless. They never provided a proper network in my area so I left and ported out into Jio and now I am happy. Try Jio once, you will never be disappointed in them. @JioCare help my friend to port into Jio

I am working from home using fiber ..2 days back I faced connectivity issue ..I have raised ticket and this should have been fixed by 13th jun (according to ticket fix time) , but no one has visited my premises to fix this. @JioCare pls look into this ASAP.
