    @reliancejio @JioCare My Jio SIM was working a few days ago, but after I restarted my phone, the network disappeared and hasn’t returned. The SIM is still inserted and MyJio is accessible. Please check the issue and guide me on how to restore the network or replace the SIM.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @PrimeVideo Such a bad experience even after paying i have to hassle with this issue and not able to enjoy subscription. Please do the needful and solve issues at your end so the customer get the required service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare JioFiber service request was raised 3 days ago, and I was promised a same-day engineer visit. Since then, I’ve only been given new time slots, but no one has visited. My work is completely stopped because of this issue. Please resolve it urgently.

    @JioCare I have already tired that. I have called ur person who installed he told me the part which gives signal is damaged. If this issue not fixed I have to file FIR, I'm facing this since the day I installed ur wifi. Highly disappointed

    @reliancejio Is this an authorized Jio installation team, or a scam operating in Jio’s name? Payment done. KYC completed. No installation, only excuses and different numbers. cancel the order and refund my full advance immediately. @reliancejio Please investigate urgently.

    @JioCare Hi Shirisha, it’s been 2 more days since your assurance of an Engineer Visit, but there is still no update on installation or refund. I no longer wish to proceed with the connection. Please cancel it and process my full refund immediately. I’ve already waited since 17 August.

    Please no one should take @vi data sim, even after paying the bill on time, the service is worse than 2G. I am ready to do @reliancejio protiblity for 5 sims in my family.
