    They will keep on charging you for services, that you are not even using anymore. A customer can’t connect with them anywhere. They are non responsive everywhere, be it emails, Twitter, customer care number, jii chat. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat

    @JioCare @reliancejio jio fiber connection is down since more than 48hours, now I have got a message that internet will be down for 3-4 more days, no ones responding, the help line is not working and I have no idea what’s wrong! This is really stupid and upsetting.
