    @JioCare Booked Jio AirFiber via MyJio. On 16-04-2026 (6:15 PM), a technician asked for payment on his personal number. When I said I’ll confirm via official email, I was misled. Complaint already raised, now facing “no stock” delay. Please resolve urgently. I’ll share agent name, number

    @JioCare Hello @reliancejio From 6.27 PM the airfiber services are down here in Kharghar sector 12 and they haven't been restored yet neither wifi is working nor tv connection please resolve it quickly

    @JioCare Gladwin either you didn't read the previous conversation or maybe there is no real care for customers left there at Jio. I have tried the solution of restarting the router and troubleshooting it still it's not working.@_MukeshAmbani Worst Experience for AirFiber since onboarding

    @JioCare This is exactly the issue you keep giving generic replies publicly without addressing the actual concern My service was down from 8 April to 21 April (~13 days) with multiple SRs, visits, router & ODU replacement.This clearly shows prolonged service failure and backend delay 1/2
