    @reliancejio @JioCare Your executive at Chandpur Store was hell bent on charging us another SIM when we asked for duplicate one. And that too when we told him that we have talked to customer care and know the process. Is this how your outlets are supposed to act?

    Jio network totally flop. At evening, it works slower than a tortoise. It only works properly after mid night, i don't know what to do now, bcs i have 4 jio sim. Totally pathetic.@rsprasad @reliancegroup @reliancejio

    Since 45 mins I'm trying to talk to @reliancejio @JioCare for a particular issue. What a ****** IVRS you have. Still not able to resolve.

    @JioCare I am waiting for Jio fiber to arrive in my area for over 4 months now. 😐 it's really sad that i have to wait for such long to get fiber connection in my area . Which is a proper city area . I can't immaging getting it in a village . Bad service From Jio 😑

    @bhatkrishnak @JioCare @fiber_jio It doesn't seem to be possible to log a ticket for an internet outage directly through their app, chat, whatsapp or portal. You HAVE to get in touch with a human at the other end who may or may not log a ticket. I refused to get off the call till I received a confirmation SMS.

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare : Whenever we lodge complain about network or whatever bad service. Will get the reply please provide alternate number. Wants to know do they give us alternate number when we buy SIM cards from them. Just confused with this.....
