    @JioCare Facing slow Jio 5G since 21 April. Earlier I was getting n78 (3500 MHz) with ~700 Mbps, now only n28 (700 MHz) with very low speed. Tower is just 300m away. Already emailed, no response. Please escalate.

    @JioCare The number which i mistakenly markered for relocation has been suspended even after asking the customer support to resume the services whereas the number i wanted to relocate no person is responding on it @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare How?? U guys fooling customers by replying with bots and dont ever try to fix the issue.. How pathetic the customer support of jio is! None are really looking forward to fix the issue we are facing for more than a month! Process my compensation immediately!

    @JioCare i have registered my complaint for internet connection issue by yesterday. It's more than 24 hours but issue not solved. Technician (vimal Parmar, navarangpura, Ahmedabad-9) scheduled visit for today between 12 to 1 but not come.

    For the past 15 days, the internet has been highly unstable disconnecting every 5–10 minutes. Connection No: 071-23185935 Despite contacting support over 20 times, The engineer cites tower issues will have no option but to throw the router tomorrow!! @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Speed has dropped further to 1.2 Mbps on 5G (screenshot attached). This is completely unacceptable. All apps and websites are not working properly. This is clearly a network issue in my area (Balijori, Jharsuguda, Odisha 768202). Please stop asking generic questions and

    @JioCare i had an active jio fiber connection that was working fine. However right after raised a complaint on twitter, my connection has suddenly been disconnected. this is completely unacceptable.
