@JioCare I got that Jio Prime membership is a one time payment. My question is that is it necessary to pay to prime membership during the portability process. As a customer I just wanted to port to Jio and not interested in prime membership thing.

@JioCare Dear Jio My Mobile No is Deactivated due to esim removal from mobile but no one from jio store and customer care able to resolved my issue. Very poor worst and pathetic service provided by them kindly close it.

@JioCare It means customer can remove it if they want to. Why customer should pay an extra 99 after paying 239 for recharge? Jio Prime Membership subscription should be based on customer consent. Adding it by default and not asking customer feels like scam.

@aakash_rewari @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Instead government should make a plateform ,where we can complain about their services and government impose penalty for their bad services . We pay all money in advance and what we get is their bad service and mental harassment.

@JioCare @cankkasera Hi tried calling customer care executive morning told that service team will come at 3pm no one came then i called at 3.15pm told service team will come in 10mins again no one came then again called telling they will come by 7.30pm and talking in a way which make customer tensed
