    Dear @JioCare, my internet goes down every other day. The router is on, but there's no internet. You charge full price but provide half the service. How many times do I have to raise a complaint? Please fix this issue permanently.

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber has no usable internet. Router LED is green, but speed is only 0.04 Mbps. Google, YouTube and video calls don't work on any device. I can't even reboot the router or raise a service request in MyJio app. Please fix this ASAP. #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare This is unacceptable. It's been over a week and the issue is still unresolved. No proper updates, no accountability, and customers are left without service. If this is not restored immediately, I'll be forced to escalate the matter to higher authorities and the telecom regulator.

    In our locality we are having a pathetic airfiber connection. The network connection is too bad. It's of no use using having a Jio airfiber as a home wifi. The problems are not resolving on time. @reliancejio Please fix the issue that I'm facing at this point.

    @JioCare Dear Customer, Unfortunately there is a delay in restoration of JioFiber services for JioFixedVoice Number 2617963161 in your area. Be rest assured that our team is working continuously to restore the same on priority. Services are likely to get restored by 27-07-2026 12:13 AM.

    @airtelindia Very frustrating service by airtel. Without internet how can I use mobile? You have told me that till 31stJuly problem will be resolved. Surety?? Can you extend my validity double the day I am facing? When @reliancejio was giving free call and internet i stayed with you but now ?
