  @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber connection is constantly disconnecting. Despite raising multiple complaints and having an engineer visit my location, the issue remains unresolved. This ongoing disruption is unacceptable and customer service is the worst. Please assist.

  @JioCare Habiba, I had first spoken to you I had trusted you 3 months back, I do bit still trust you I need this to be resolved in next day ASAP don't break my that trust. It's, humble last request. Get this issue get over for the good. It's shame how situation has been handled so far

  @JioCare The message received from Jio says internet service will be restored by 4.43 PM on 16th Aug 26. It's, 5.32PM now. When will I get internet??

  Recharged Jio for a full year, but the network service is extremely disappointing. Even in such a big city, connectivity is poor. Contacted customer support multiple times—same response: “We’re working on it for months.” But no improvement yet. @reliancejio

  @JioCare Zero response so far, and no one is taking responsibility. One person called saying he would visit to check the issue and asked for my location. I shared it, but now he has switched off his phone. I’m extremely disappointed with Jio’s service. @JioCare @reliancejio

  @reliancejio @reliancejiohelp 2 years of poor network in our village, 10+ complaints from different numbers, and still no solution. Every time we hear “2–6 months.” Enough is enough! Fix the network now or should we all port to Airtel? We need a permanent solution, not excuses.

  @JioCare First, U forced a 6 yr-old customer to disconnect his connection because u failed 2 provide proper support for 25 days. Then, when I disconnected my connection, ur support was nowhere 2 be found. This has been delaying my deposit refund and d monthly recharge for unused services.

  @JioCare Physical sim still delivered at my address. I want physical sim. If it is not possible then cancel it and refund my money to buy physical sim
