    This is @reliancejio network reality in middle of Mumbai. Going on for months. And when I got my port oit request they start jumping onto me. Also despite of enabling AutoPay thei payment systems fails and they penalise customer without even telling why Autopay failed. @JioCare My port out code is valid so this time won’t be relenting. Someone Mr Mahesh from sr team called me 2 days back saying problem will be catered to immediately but 48 hrs later no network Did not want to post this but just wanted to highlight how hollow these people are

    @JioCare maine complain is service request SR000032YYY1 se ki thi tb apki side se sirf ye reply aa raha tha your request is still pending plz wait for few days kl maine contact Kiya tu iska resolution nhi bataya gya balki new service request raise hoi hai

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani I've been asking the same thing for the past nine months: why don't you combine Jio and Fiber Plus? I've been recharging for nine months. I'll definitely file a complaint this time and go to the Consumer Court to file a complaint against Jio.
