    @JioCare Despite posting the issue @JioCare represenrative asked to explain the exact issue. This kind of robotic behaviour is what makes support so frustrating. Anyways I have given them the details. Will keep this post updated in case anything changes

    Dear JioCare, I am facing serious network issues in Berhampur, Odisha. Even after recharging for 5G, the network shows 5G but internet speed is very poor and calls are not connecting properly. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest. #Jiocare #networkissu

    @JioCare The irony is when I said your technician that we have switched to Airtel Xtreme as we were so pissed of with the jio fibre service. He said ok no issues. Pathetic system and service both @JioCare

    @JioCare I am facing very poor network and internet issues in my area. Even after recharging for 5G, the service is extremely slow and unreliable. Calls are also not connecting properly. My 5G recharge is getting wasted. Please resolve this issue . #JioCare #relianceJio #jiodown

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is not about network problem. This is about the issue we face in porting to #Jio network. But your are giving same reply to all complaints without even understanding what the issue is. So this is how service is. Why don't you first read the post properly.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio @airtelindia I have submitted request to close both my internet accounts - because you can use fraudulent techniques only once - activating free plan and charging for it. Now you've lost loyal customer who was considering full upgrade. Hope you enjoyed your scams.
