    @JioCare How many times I have to repeat the same thing about address??? Really annoying . Wait for couple months ,4 jio connections from my family going to port in other network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Still no resolution. I recommend no one should use Jio, pathetic support. Specially, when you stuck in an international location. Last 5 days, paid extra 20 USD but no resolution.

    @JioCare WiFi is not working, Complaint Registered but no one is ready to solve , For installation the person visited in 10min and for complaint resolution no One is liable.

    @JioCare IR activation service, an absolute unprofessional, unpractical & nonsense customer care service. unable to understand a simple request, demanding for documents details which isn't required to activate services. Just can't rely on thier services for international travel.
