@JioCare Is this a horrendous support or what. When I call jiofiber support they tell me to use WhatsApp, when I use WhatsApp they tell me to main and when I mail they tell me to use call. I haven't experienced something as terrible as this. I will be raising a FIR for the refund

@reliancejio @JioCare I have changed my Jio plan to 199₹ still I'm getting postpaid plus bill from last 2 months. Pathetic service. I'm always asked to overpay.

@JioCare How much time i have to wait for your service , already one day over. This is the 2nd time i m facing such issue within a week. And i dnt have patience to wait . I want all my money back ..i dnt want this type of service which ia hampering my work.
