    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, I have already shared my registered mobile number and LRN via DM, but I haven't received any response yet. It's been over two weeks since I completed KYC and payment on 7 July 2026. Please check the DM and provide a definite resolution instead of automated replies.

    @reliancejio @jio_fiber @JioCare I am unable to access internet via Jio Fiber. Have already called your customer service and wasted 3 hours on calls. Last agent raised a complaint MR0001P8JPWH and promised anything engeneer visit. Unfortunately there is no update or SR on app.

    Its been more than 2.5 days without WI FI @JioCare @jio_fiber WHATS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS ???     @JioCare I talked a call from the sales person who booked my connection and installation team. I have been told that Jio network coverage in my area is not consistent. Hence new airfibre connection can not be provided.

    @JioCare Received the call from your back office, she did not say anything new. I am supposed to pay my bill within 5 days of generation, but your service engineer takes his own sweet time! Every 7 days my internet conks off
