    @reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

    @Sourav_BJP62 Hi Sourav, we are here to help. You will find all the answers to your queries under the FAQ section in your JIO POS Lite App. Once you open the App, on the main screen itself, towards the bottom, you will find JioCare segment. The SMS that you have received has a video (1/2)

    @JioCare @reliancejio @ConsumerCareOrg From last 72 hour my service is down , Jio service person refused to attend problem. Every time i call customer care getting new timing for visit, very poor and unprofessional way. really struggling hard during WFH timing , sorry to say

    @reliancejio hey i am facing internet problem on my fiber i have also called your customer care no. many times but they did not solve it they said engineer will come but no one came and next day they said that we can not do anything. I trusted Jio but your service is really bad

    @reliancejio #jio #jiofiber Very, very bad customer service. No one ever answers the call and you are asking how was your service?? That's quite a laugh! Atleast have some courtesy to call back/revert on mail. Seems like you all don't want new business.

    @JioCare I filed a complaint of DND violation. Got a message from Jio that no action could be taken because message can't be traced in call logs. I am only using one sim on my device and have recieved messages on that sim. Have screenshots as proof.
