    And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

    @reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

    @JioCare I’m terribly irritated with you Network. Wtf customers pay u for internet and you are not providing it properly. Internet speed is not even 2G! I can’t even use my LTE if i turn it on. Terrible service. 🤬 Whenever I don’t have my broadband connection this should work

    Here at salem steel plant , salem district Tamilnadu. jio 4g connection is very slow. Very worst. We can't able to download or upload any content even 3 or 4 mb file taking too much time. Pls take necessary action to increase speed. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    My problem is the exact reverse. @airtelindia broadband and 4G become useless after 8 PM. I have to rely on @reliancejio which is ok, but eats up data at its own pace.

    @JioCare Every time I schedule an engineer visit for a specific slot, the engineer either does not arrive during that slot, visits before the scheduled time without coordination, or simply puts the service request on hold.

    @JioCare I’ve had to make 4 calls today just to request for a technician visit for the ongoing network issues I’ve been facing. The first one hung up within the first 30 seconds. The next 3 were just reading off a script with no resolution whatsoever

    Jio network disconnect again This is the problem every day. As soon as the power goes out, the Jio tower in the area is also shut down. The network disappears completely, the internet shuts down and calls are not even made. Today it is the same again. After all, when people are paying full recharge money, why such a bad service? Is it normal to close the tower as soon as the power is cut? In today's time, the network has become not just a need for entertainment but also for studies, online work, banking, OTP, emergency calls and everyday. But people here are facing a lot of problems every day. The biggest thing is that this is not a one-day problem, but it has become a daily drama. It seems that the correct backup has not been kept in the tower. If the tower is closed as soon as the electricity goes out, then what is the use of having such a big company? Please pay attention to this problem immediately. The concerned team should inspect the tower in the area and find a permanent solution so that people do not have to face this problem again and again. People are upset.     Hi Jio Care, At the Jio Store (Store No. 8730) near Mandakini, Kolar Road, Bhopal – 462042, there has been no executive available to assist with converting a normal SIM to an eSIM for the last 1.5 years. Kindly look into this issue and provide support. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Did I ask for validity extension? No. I guess you are not reading properly. Due to delay in installation by your side, my salary got deducted. My work is completely based on internet. I paid for that and got service after 9 days. Why? This was your fault, not mine.
