@reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

My problem is the exact reverse. @airtelindia broadband and 4G become useless after 8 PM. I have to rely on @reliancejio which is ok, but eats up data at its own pace.

@JioCare I’m terribly irritated with you Network. Wtf customers pay u for internet and you are not providing it properly. Internet speed is not even 2G! I can’t even use my LTE if i turn it on. Terrible service. 🤬 Whenever I don’t have my broadband connection this should work

@JioCare @JioFiberVoice We raised a request for a new connection 10 days back and have paid for a 6 month subscription but no one has even reached out after getting the money to install the connection. You made 50 phone calls asking me to pay the money. Who can help.

hello @JioCare i have clilcked on port to jio option from my jio by mistake than i tried to cancel it but unable to do that .I recevied a OTP for same,today i got a call from 1 of ur represntative regarding the closing request so i gave him an OTP so pls look into this matter.

@JioCare @reliancejio The disgusting service provided by @JioCare doesn't seem to end. 1.The remote provided with the set top box doesn't work 2. The refund which was to be provided one month before has not been initiated inspite of continous follow ups.

@JioCare Really very worst experience with the Jio Fiber connection. It proves that Reliance is cheating people. Take money from people without any given services. True or False Mr Kaif. Are you agree with me???

@JioCare jio fiber service is a only scam... In future I will never use fiber and also tell the people that how fiber is a scam ...at name of service you will loose your money only
