I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

Internet speed is not even 2G! I can’t even use my LTE if i turn it on. Terrible service. 🤬 Whenever I don’t have my broadband connection this should work

Customers report genuine network issues, but instead of proper updates or quick resolutions, they are left waiting with no clear response. Poor network is one thing, but poor customer support makes it even worse.

Technician broke a wire and demanded money to get new cable, later did not show up. Ticket waiting for 3 days without anyone visiting and getting postponed. 3 days without broadband!
