    @JioCare I’m terribly irritated with you Network. Wtf customers pay u for internet and you are not providing it properly. Internet speed is not even 2G! I can’t even use my LTE if i turn it on. Terrible service. 🤬 Whenever I don’t have my broadband connection this should work

    Here at salem steel plant , salem district Tamilnadu. jio 4g connection is very slow. Very worst. We can't able to download or upload any content even 3 or 4 mb file taking too much time. Pls take necessary action to increase speed. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    @reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

    And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

    My problem is the exact reverse. @airtelindia broadband and 4G become useless after 8 PM. I have to rely on @reliancejio which is ok, but eats up data at its own pace.

    @JioCare facing issue with jio fixed line number 061-52796583 . service always get disrupted when there is long light cut . Kindly arrange technician visit to change my C6 device connectivity to any other Tower. As there is tower nearby which has 6 connectivity.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Due date is 30th but autopay is triggered on 29th midnight; on failure services get suspended immediately, even incoming impacted. Earlier due date was 7th, later changed causing hardship. No complaint path for billing cycle correction.

    @JioCare No one from the team has come to my location even once. Both SR repeatedly being marked as "Hold" or "Resolved" without any actual visit or resolution. Please stop harassing me by closing the tickets falsely and help fix my internet instead. It's been 15 days with no service.
