And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

Here at salem steel plant , salem district Tamilnadu. jio 4g connection is very slow. Very worst. We can't able to download or upload any content even 3 or 4 mb file taking too much time. Pls take necessary action to increase speed. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

@reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

My problem is the exact reverse. @airtelindia broadband and 4G become useless after 8 PM. I have to rely on @reliancejio which is ok, but eats up data at its own pace.

@JioCare I’m terribly irritated with you Network. Wtf customers pay u for internet and you are not providing it properly. Internet speed is not even 2G! I can’t even use my LTE if i turn it on. Terrible service. 🤬 Whenever I don’t have my broadband connection this should work

My problem regarding network speed is not resolved, no improvement I am feeling. Can not browse, can't send message in WhatsApp, can't play online games, no online activity I can perform. @reliancejio @JioCare take necessary action. And never say again it's a temporary issue.

@JioCare it has been more than 10days , since I have raised a issue on Jio calling and till now it’s not been resolved. Customer care people and engineers team are closing the issue tickets without solving the issue. Local concern people are not responding at all.

In last 30 days, I've registered more than 20 complaints regarding network speed to your care centre. Every time they said that was a temporary issue. A constant problem for 30 days continuously is temporary acc to you? @reliancejio @JioCare what kind of behaviour this is?

Jiofiber is down since 3 days now. SR is raised and commitments are made to resolve in 2hrs , 24 hrs but post 3 days no change. #JioFiber #jiof MyJio app is just to avoid escalation. No option to raise priority of SR OR initiate refund for the downtime. #loot @reliancejio

@JioCare hey my service request was pending for a while and now It shows resolved. SR00001IXTSX is the number. It's been about 3+ days since I do not have internet connection on my fibre. Can this be looked into.
