I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

I’ve already checked my own setup and the connection is fine. The issue appears to be with the Jio hub/network, yet the customer care team has no clear answer or timeline. It’s causing me serious inconvenience, and despite repeated follow-ups, I’m getting no proper solution. Honestly, this is one of the worst service experiences I’ve had with Jio. Gagan K (@gagankandra) reported@TRAI @JM_Scindia Even @JioCare is not taking any action against reported spam through TRAI DND android app. This is an update on DND Service Request number SR00003EOH3D for your Jio number. Basis details mentioned in your complaint, defaulting telemarketer belongs to other operator. As per their investigation, no call was found from the telemarketer to your number on the reported date.
