    And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

    Here at salem steel plant , salem district Tamilnadu. jio 4g connection is very slow. Very worst. We can't able to download or upload any content even 3 or 4 mb file taking too much time. Pls take necessary action to increase speed. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare I’m terribly irritated with you Network. Wtf customers pay u for internet and you are not providing it properly. Internet speed is not even 2G! I can’t even use my LTE if i turn it on. Terrible service. 🤬 Whenever I don’t have my broadband connection this should work

    My problem is the exact reverse. @airtelindia broadband and 4G become useless after 8 PM. I have to rely on @reliancejio which is ok, but eats up data at its own pace.

    @reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

    @JioCare Every reply assigns a different agent who asks me to explain the entire issue again. Please assign one dedicated case owner who can review the previous conversation and take this to resolution instead of repeating the same questions. My issue has been pending for weeks.

    @JioCare I love this response. Jio is asking the client to send them the number of Jio's own engineer! It's clear they have no idea of what they are doing. How will they help the client. Their social media team is obviously all hogwash!!

    @JioCare @reliancejio After raising a complaint, the network problem has become even worse. Internet speed is extremely slow, and voice calls are also being affected. This is the kind of service we are receiving from Jio?
