@reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

@JioCare order# NO0000FY3GKZ. Dead line since installed & ivr system reverts account is active. Jio Techs unable to resolve issue since more than 24hrs now since install was completed. Seems some tech details mismatch when they registered my info into ur system. Help to escalate

@reliancejio , @JioCare, my service request no is SR000012VNBI it's almost 2 month since I complained about my ping issue but no solution is provided till now. if you do not fix this issue I have to switch to another internet service provider. I am having very bad experience.

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Worst service of Jio 4G since last few months in Patna, Bihar. Can't access Internet in the evening each n every day on few occasions whole day. Even after several complaints no improvement. ₹599 wasted this time. Leaving Jio 4G in 2021.
