    @JioCare I’m terribly irritated with you Network. Wtf customers pay u for internet and you are not providing it properly. Internet speed is not even 2G! I can’t even use my LTE if i turn it on. Terrible service. 🤬 Whenever I don’t have my broadband connection this should work

    Here at salem steel plant , salem district Tamilnadu. jio 4g connection is very slow. Very worst. We can't able to download or upload any content even 3 or 4 mb file taking too much time. Pls take necessary action to increase speed. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

    @reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

    My problem is the exact reverse. @airtelindia broadband and 4G become useless after 8 PM. I have to rely on @reliancejio which is ok, but eats up data at its own pace.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Despite multiple follow-ups, my request was only rescheduled repeatedly with zero action. Due to this negligence, I was forced to take a new connection from another provider Airtel. Why should I pay for a service that was never delivered?

    @JioCare Network speed is dead slow. It will take more time to watch a reel on instagram, facebook, twitter and it will take more time to open google pages also. Jio speed is snail speed.

    @JioCare I don't need these kind of automated emails.... @_MukeshAmbani if you are unable to talk to your child or not even able to see them through wireless camera's beacuse wifi is down.... What would you have done... Probably bought a new company .. how about the common man...

    @JioCare @reliancejio Extremely poor experience with JioFiber. Paid ₹2221 on Apr 3, installation pending even after 7 days. Technician demanded extra ₹700 (unofficial) and disappeared. No support, no response. Is this how you treat new customers? Resolve immediately.

    @JioCare My Jio Fiber has not been working for the past 1 month. I’ve raised multiple complaints, but every time a technician comes, they say “ye mere se nahi hoga, koi aur aake karega” and leave. This has been repeating for weeks. Extremely frustrated with the service. Please resolve
