And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

My problem is the exact reverse. @airtelindia broadband and 4G become useless after 8 PM. I have to rely on @reliancejio which is ok, but eats up data at its own pace.

Here at salem steel plant , salem district Tamilnadu. jio 4g connection is very slow. Very worst. We can't able to download or upload any content even 3 or 4 mb file taking too much time. Pls take necessary action to increase speed. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

@reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

@JioCare I’m terribly irritated with you Network. Wtf customers pay u for internet and you are not providing it properly. Internet speed is not even 2G! I can’t even use my LTE if i turn it on. Terrible service. 🤬 Whenever I don’t have my broadband connection this should work

If something exist as poorest network ever it should JIO as i cannot make calls , surf internet, or even messages and the bonus prt is i cannot contact the consumer care services , hats off to the 5g power when you cannot use "JIO ALWAYS SUCKS ". @reliancejio @JioCare

Hii @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In my grandparent village there is a strong network issue every time for making call or picking call everyone has to go on roof. I reached to @JioCare but they said they can't help me. Hope you people can help and install new tower in locality.

@JioCare I am facing network issue and slow internet speed in my area. I have tried to contact the customer care from the my jio app and they just didn't even try to fix the issue. Pay for 4G and not even getting 3g speed. Most of the time there is heavy load on the tower.

Hi @JioCare 5 days ago jio fiber wire broke in my area. I am complaining each day on customer care number and getting an appointment, but the engineer never shows up and the ticket gets closed . Please look into this matter with urgency as i feel the bill i have paid is wasted.
