@reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

@JioCare I’m terribly irritated with you Network. Wtf customers pay u for internet and you are not providing it properly. Internet speed is not even 2G! I can’t even use my LTE if i turn it on. Terrible service. 🤬 Whenever I don’t have my broadband connection this should work

And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

My problem is the exact reverse. @airtelindia broadband and 4G become useless after 8 PM. I have to rely on @reliancejio which is ok, but eats up data at its own pace.

@reliancejio @JioCare Network in our area (Belanganj,Agra,UP) is very poor.Most of the time we are experiencing very bad network. There is no support from customer care,they taught same line of action for everyone which is not at all useful but irritating.Pls improve your network

@JioCare my jiofiber was not working since 28 December . Complained about it at jio. It’s engineer every day new person was coming and checked problem and told next service engineer will come do job . Now today is 4 Jan , 23 still Jio Fiber not working conditions. Why we paying.

@JioCare @NavneetandSingh Why give reminder voice messages when someone is making a call ? That call could be an emergency. Yet we have to listen to the reminder for 30 seconds. At that point it is no longer a reminder but more of an annoyance.

@reliancejio fiber agents in #Kanpur have figured out a scam to meet their new connection targets. They promise to upgrade existing customer’s router at free of cost, but the catch is to provide them a new connection for the upgrade and never terminate and refund for old one.
