@JioCare I’m terribly irritated with you Network. Wtf customers pay u for internet and you are not providing it properly. Internet speed is not even 2G! I can’t even use my LTE if i turn it on. Terrible service. 🤬 Whenever I don’t have my broadband connection this should work

My problem is the exact reverse. @airtelindia broadband and 4G become useless after 8 PM. I have to rely on @reliancejio which is ok, but eats up data at its own pace.

@reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

@JioCare Wow @JioCare just got the call from customer care and they agreed that there is network coverage issue in my area but dont know when it will be solved. Doesn't that mean you cannot provide service in this area which was working earlier?

Hey @JioCare! Got a jiofiber connection one month back. The jio guy informed you will 2 month free trial - 1 from referral, 1 from company policies. But now the JIO guy is saying there is a problem in activating the referral code and they can’t give 1 month free referral.
