@reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

My problem is the exact reverse. @airtelindia broadband and 4G become useless after 8 PM. I have to rely on @reliancejio which is ok, but eats up data at its own pace.

@JioCare Divya, the issue has been highlighted to the concerned team before 45 days (or even more). But no one has even called me back. The SR gets created and gets closed telling resolution was done. I have had enough reasons.

@JioCare @TRAI My complaint for Jio mobile network is SR No. SR00001EQEDJ which was raised on 17.10.2022 and jio team conveyed it will resolve in 10 days to. But unfortunately even today no one from jio bothered to call on number to understand the problem. Can anyone help?
