And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

@reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

@JioCare Currently undergoing a pathetic experience with JioFiberCare. I have requested for my jio fiber dis connection on last month and raised a service request SR000016FW47 but unfortunately jio backend team closed the service request without resolving the issue. @reliancejio

@JioCare This information I was listening from the last 12 days from JIO customer care... last 12 days same word was repeating that within 4 working days I can get back my refund. I don't know from which date I shall calculate the 4 working days... these are never ending 4 working days.

@JioCare i have not received jio fiber refferal voucher due to the immature technicians who came install the connection.Contacted jio customer care through mail and call ,nobody seemed to take complaint even appellate is not really concerned.Feel like #jioscammed

@JioCare just check the recording of my last call to your customer care no 199 and see how your representative talked to me in rude & harassing way. Is this the way of service you provide if customer opts for port out ?
