    @JioCare Hey—when exactly are you guys going to address this concern? I’ve raised a ticket so many times, yet nothing seems to make sense, and I’m getting absolutely no resolution to the issue. I’m going to switch providers now—unless you guys on the JioFiber Plus team provide an update.

    @JioCare Jio AirFiber outage in Barauli Ahir, Agra for 5 days. Only IVR says “area is affected” no resolution or ETA. Work stopped due to service failure. Complaint escalated to nodal. Restore now or escalating to TRAI & consumer forum. #Jio #AirFiber #Agra
