The previous SR was @JioCare Hi team, let me know the update on SR000018N05R. Previously also SR000018LXAW was raised , it got resolved automatically and issue was not resolved either. Kindly confirm ETA for engineer visit as net is not working since 3 days. @reliancejio

@JioCare Yes I received Sms from 6 days but no one is visiting daily schedule was change to another day it's a BIG SCAM of JIO be careful all don't buy Jio fibre they customer care is also not help u i warn u because I'm suffering from this go for Airtel for better service and Net.

@JioCare Got a new jiofibre connection with 6M validity but after 4.5M got billed. talked to your customer support but they cannot provide a satisfactory answer. Pls help me to understand why i was billed before 6M.
