    @JioCare My intention is not to cancel the service. I simply want the billing amount to be corrected as per the actual usage and the info provided by your representative. If the billing issue is resolved and the incorrect charges are removed, I have no intention of cancelling the service.

    @reliancejio on ground staff (9364015133) scammed me with wrong plan. Connected with good customer representative and placed request to cancel order. The correct plan for me for 2200(30 mbps for 5 months internet only). After getting refund will apply for 2200 plan.

    @JioCare I have already shared all the transaction details and payment proof with you. I have not been provided with an ORN for this payment in the first place, so repeatedly asking me to provide an ORN is unreasonable and does not help resolve my issue.
