@JioCare How much time exactly you guys need to pickup the well-packed devices and process be refund? It's been ~45 days after 1st request. You might not know, there is a huge disconnect between customer care team and the team on ground. They don't even know they have to pickup devices.

Utter disappointment with Jio customer service since the day I took the broadband connection in Noida.complaint takes days to be attended and every engineer tries to make some money.its despite talking to Jio partners of my are.I think it’s time for to chg the conn @JioCare
