    @JioCare If u really interested in helping your subscriber then help by improving ur network where call drop and echo is issue. Already raise ticket but u only said calamity issue and we re working.

    @reliancejio thru app I started recharge for my friend & transaction got failed then I was given option for retry payment & I did. Then recharge was done me for my number instead of my friend. Is this a Joke? & ur customer care was repeating we can't do anything like dumb donky.

    @JioCare No internet since 3 days. Service shows resolved without doing anything. Customer care clueless. Such for saying top service provider. Who cares!!! Who pays for these troubles... #crapservice, #Jiodown

    @JioCare There is no need of resolving my issue. I am done with Jio fiber. You may solve this issue to keep other customers around me. Because the technician told me there is one more customer,also facing the same issue. Who will also be asked to cancel the connection in coming days.
