@Vijeshsm @reliancejio Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. More than 1 month, no refund! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare your post paid billing has major issue. Sent you DM with my concern. First bill in Jio Fiber should be only for few days but you are double charging that too for whole month.

@JioCare Don't call me. This is not a problem specific to me. I am saying the opposite. Stop bugging me with notifications for recharge 100 times in a single day through sms through push notifications through app notifications before connecting a call. It's borderline harassment.

JIO network so bad in our area, we cannot talk if we are at home, we have to come to the door or window side to talk with the people, also net connectivity is too bad, I have JIOFi as well but after 2 or 3 PM it stops working and runs very slowly @JioCare @reliancejio
