    Still no response from Jio after repeated complaints. Customer service shouldn’t disappear when there’s a problem. Fix the issue or at least respond.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hey I got sms already that service is restored but problem is once I got that sms, my service stopped. Before that it was working normal, so I think because of restoration my line got cut. Hope it’s easy for you to understand my situation now @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare If the service cannot be activated, please process a refund at the earliest. Also, if reactivation wasn’t possible, why was the option to “pay now and activate” shown in the first place? This is misleading and creates a poor customer experience.

    From the last 3 days in Kurhani Muzaffarpur, I and the rest of all my friends who use @reliancejio Air Fiber are experiencing extremely poor internet or I should say we are unable to use the internet. @reliancejio customer care people are unable to solve this. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare WTF is this service? I called 198 and repeatedly asked that dumb bot to connect me to a customer care agent, but she is just repeating the same thing. I have mailed as well for the bad service but no response from your side.
