@JioCare The guy who accepted my request and took ₹1500 from me confirmed it by inspecting my place that the service was available. The installation team was in a hurry and in no mood to put on some efforts .There is feasibility in my nearby area, its just the unprofessionalism.

Dono wat s d prblm with Samsung f62 mobile phone. Recently I have changed my phone from #VivoV11Pro to new #samsunggalaxyf62 phone. In vivo phone I was able to browse the net seamless with @JioCare sim but now d same internet with new phone is worst .. Y Y Y ??? @reliancejio

@reliancejio Hello, I'm in a foreign country and since couple of months I'm not recharging my gio number. But today I recharged and bought international roaming package as well but my number seems not working..I'm worried :(

@VedamurthyG @JioCare @JioCare I can understand that the jio network here is poor because of Geographical location. And about fiber there is no chance of fiber coming soon over here. Students like us suffer major problem here. Due to slow internet as we can't even attend out online classes

When the service is worst why not Customer use MNP to move to other service provider.... For the sake of freebies people come to u and u are now looting us... Since many days I m getting 10 to 20 kb speed and it's same everywhere worst net speed,Pin-786125 @reliancejio @JioCare
