@reliancejio Unprofessional. I paid for the connection and after calling 100s of times I got to know that there's no port left in my building. I called the customer service representative they were the most unprofessional people I've ever talked to. Airtel is far better than these scam artist

@ACTFibernet The issue with my router is still not solved. 2 technicians visited my place and i don't know what settings they changed , now the internet problem has increased. Please look into this or else I'll switch to @reliancejio fiber after my subscription ends.

@JioCare hi I have raised a complaint with Request no SR000015Q4V0 Two days back stating problem is there since Thursday and also spoke to customer care executive nearly 6-7 times and still issue is not resolved in Hyderabad you people require 8 days to resolve
