    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberChennai Ref. ID : CO0000K31B8S Since two weeks I am trying to relocate my fiber connection. your service and customer care service is verbad. How many times I need to inform you. Go and check with my IDs. You can call 100 times for recharge only.

    @reliancejio @JioCare jio fiber sucks. There is problem every month. If I calculate my plan is wasted due to you issues. Am I paying for free? What about days when I'm unable to use your services?Your service is pathetic. No one responds from your side despite multiple attempts.

    @JioCare Are you going to resolve my JioFiber issue as per the SLA or do I have to continue paying you for no internet? You were supposed send a technician yesterday which you didn’t. Can you give me additional mobile data while I’m waiting for the jio fiber fix? SR00001929CX

    @JioCare Contacted the person who Came for Kyc. He told Installation will be done by 11 am . It has been more than 11 and he has blocked my number. Can you plz tell how to cancel the booking and get my refund plz
