    @JioCare I am using 300mbps pack. I wonder what am I paying for ? have a worst customer support, they don't even know minimum trouble shooting. except timely deactivation for renewal you have all possible issues

    May I ask one qus? you have many users but not able to provide service? When I'm doing troubleshoot network speed was increased, before and after troubleshoot again network speed was slow (less then 1kb/s)@JioCare @reliancejio #jio #jio_bad_network

    @JioCare I have dropped a message. Have tried all possible mediums just to raise a request. Not sure where should I raise a complaint to be unable to raise a complaint.anyways please look into my DM and help in resolving this.
