    Jio takes the full recharge amount and claims to offer 5G, but the speed is extremely slow—basically like 2G. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @reliancejioCare This is extremely disappointing service. Paid ₹1,100 for JioFiber installation on 12 Aug, with installation promised the same evening. I have called the concerned person 30+ times and still have no resolution.

    Very bad experience with jio network currently. @reliancejio @JioCare . The network is so poor that I can't even send a msg . I can't even complain on 198 because of ther poor internet. And it has been happening since very long time. Now I think I have to port thank you!

    @Airtel_Presence this is the 10th time I am posting this. Service has dropped to Pathetic levels in Secretariat Colony Road, TNGO’s Colony. Earlier it was good, but there is absolutely no network, no service in the area. @JioCare resolved the issue within 10 days. Airtel sucks

    @JioCare @reliancejio what kind of service are you providing? It has been 3 days since complaint but still engineer didn’t come nor we have received any update. Very frustrating and i would not suggest anyone to buy jio as you guys have worst customer care service

    I would like to tell you about my village: Garhi Noa Bad, District Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh (PIN Code 251309). Whenever the power goes out, the Jio network cuts out completely; the network remains unavailable until the electricity is restored. @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare Details already shared via DM, but no complaint number, update or resolution received. If this continues, I will escalate to higher authorities and pursue legal remedies. This concerns a 63-year-old customer. Please provide a complaint number and proper response.
