    @reliancejio Very sad with jio mobile service. I switched from bsnl to jio 4 days over till date not activated. Customer care response Pl wate 2 more days . All verification done on 20 Jan and assurance given by jio it will activate in 24 to 48 HR which is already passed.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence still struggling to get sms. Not able to receive bank sms which are most imp these days Should I port to @reliancejio seems they dont have such issues. Cant wait more. Already port number i have with me.

    @JioCare @aayushmaan97 I also referred one friend for Jiofiber. They refused the installation after taking initial payment of Rs2500, citing underground/internal wiring. Manish Khurana is the concerned manager of that area. They want wiring to be done by customer's electrician

    @reliancejio I am having hard time from last 3 days with Jio internet and network. My brother is having the same issue. Thank God I have alternate Airtel sim for internet. I usually have patience with providers and they usually fix it within a day or 2. But this is getting worst.

    @SalmanKakru @rtimuzaffar @JioCare has not started its services in our area despite the laying down of the cables n other network. Jio has immense potential in our area. Bsnl is that sarkari corrupt office that still harbours the chai culture.

    @reliancejio there is a problem of network at Andheri East MIDC area from long time also I had complained about the same,as was informed by the company after some maintenance work network will improve but nothing happened kindly look into it or I have to look for another option
