    Shame @JioCare Our locality left without internet for 3 days now with no resolution from customer care. Excuses about weather won't help. Its been days now that the weather has improved. Better we all switch to @airtelindia

    @JioCare My service request number is SR000018X6E8. It was about refund. I resubmitted the cancelled cheque as asked by your time around 20th Feb but till now i haven't received any update regarding the same. It is my humble request kindly look into the matter.

    @JioCare @reliancejio before 20 days, internet speed was AA+ in my area but from 20 days it is disturbing maximum time. i request you kindly fix it as soon as possible. i trust on jio alot.

    @JioCare Thank you for noting down the complaints. However, i am not seeing results evem afgter multiple complaints. Also, the speed test was done around 11:30pm to 12:30am. So, not sure on how exactly the user count was on higher side.
