    @JioCare in my location your network is very bad your company give ******* service to customers your complaint number always ******* bored whenever call to complaint😡😡. so I recharge only one month pack bcz @airtel is good then jio in all over India and also in my area #airtel

    @JioCare @reliancegroup SR000018RP89 Dear Jio Team, This service request was generated yesterday at 12:15 pump and was told to schedule the appointment at 9pm No-one has visited this far for resolution. Your local service engineer is misbehaving like anything.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it’s been months and you are not able to resolve the issue. Don’t dm me and ask my number and all. Worst customer service. @JioCare please help port all my numbers and people residing in society to jio in case you guys can give the customer service.

    @JioCare I have given request for relocation but JIO people asking me to get new connection .. for this I have to pay RS.1000 for new connection as installation charge.I have to just relocate with my existing box..JIO is no where to help on this as it’s been 10 days. Request help

    @JioCare Jio fiber not working. No.- 7343555158 The 2ghz band is not working at all. I tried to connect to schedule an engineer visit but the customer care is not booking the same. Very poor service!!

    @JioCare @reliancejio your service engineer used to misbehave with ladies over phone..is this is the way jio want to operate in India.. May i request you to please take strict action against your engineer as they now doesn't bother to pick the call..forget about resolution
