@JioCare in my location your network is very bad your company give ******* service to customers your complaint number always ******* bored whenever call to complaint😡😡. so I recharge only one month pack bcz @airtel is good then jio in all over India and also in my area #airtel

@reliancejio @JioCare Calling ur local jio executive back 2 back from past 2 days for installation, after submitting my Jio Fiber application to them & paid the security amount. But they don't even pick up the call! Is that ur first impression on the new customer you just got?

@JioCare Share the call records. For the pickup of the router also, i had to go to my previous location that was 15km 4 times because your team used to change my pickup without any notification or an alert, is there no resolution that i would be getting for my money?! @jagograhakjago
