    @JioCare in my location your network is very bad your company give ******* service to customers your complaint number always ******* bored whenever call to complaint😡😡. so I recharge only one month pack bcz @airtel is good then jio in all over India and also in my area #airtel

    @reliancejio COSTLIEST PLANS CHEAPEST SERVICE my router is not working from around 10 days but after 3 complaints my router not changed till now excitel provides same speed plans in half rate but I choose jio fiber for good service but they are all same they wants your money only

    @JioCare @reliancejio Experienced worst customer service in JioStore-Bhajanpura from last 3 days i am going to jio store to get my lost sim back but every day they says sim is out of stock and sometimes they make excuses like server is down. i haven't got sim yet.

    @JioCare pathetic service of Jio within 2 days of getting connection service got disconnected it's been 3 days no one has attended the request. Every time I call customer care they send auto voice message due to technical issue service disrupted it will resume soon. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio For last few days WiFi Extender provided by Jio not working. Called up HelpLine, they as to call Devise Technical Team, spoke to them and they said to contact HelpLine. Registered complaint on website and send Whatsapp Query. No response yet
