@JioCare your network is getting worse in our area for a long time, no calls are going on, neither is the Internet running, I have complained many times but no solvage is happening yet for about 6 months this thing is happening. My location is Bihar ,supaul, barail, 852110

@JioCare Yes, it’s available my neighbour get it installed. They also fed up with @Airtel_Presence service and switch to Jio every time if issues happen airtel take days to fix it . Hope will not get similar issues from Jio.

Literally worst network in India. Contacted several times to resolve network issues but no resolution. They will keep saying wait for 2-3 days issue will be resolved but nothing happened. Don't waste your money in jio. @reliancejio @JioCare

@SARIK38873302 @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. More than 1 month, no refund! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @Airtel_Presence

It's been 3 to 4 years. There is neither Airtel V fiber nor Jio gigafiber nor tata sky broadband has come in my area, but there is a local broadband service provider, but Local Internet Service Providers charge a lot for a new connection. @JioCare @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence
