    @JioCare your network is getting worse in our area for a long time, no calls are going on, neither is the Internet running, I have complained many times but no solvage is happening yet for about 6 months this thing is happening. My location is Bihar ,supaul, barail, 852110

    @JioCare in my location your network is very bad your company give ******* service to customers your complaint number always ******* bored whenever call to complaint😡😡. so I recharge only one month pack bcz @airtel is good then jio in all over India and also in my area #airtel

    Extremely disappointed with Jio Fiber service. No internet connection for days and neither calls are being picked up nor is any assistant assigned on chat. On top of that run diagnosis option isn't even working on the myjioapp. This is unacceptable. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Form today morning no jiofibre internet connectivity. (Fixed Line Number: 014-13163399; reg mobile no 9414824681) Nobody replies. Very painful services. May god help jiofibre customers. No customer care agent. No urgent visit of engineer. Saying to wait for 3 days

    @JioCare 2 May 2026 tak ka recharge hone ke bawajood, aur 200 Rs extra redeem hone pr bhi 2 din se 5 Mbps se kam speed chal rahi hai , Today no connectivity.... Bilkul bekaar service hai, local Technician suneel ko phone karo to bolte hain , wait karo ajayega Total waste of money...

    @JioCare JioFiber not working since morning. Reported at 10:30 AM—was told UP West issue will be resolved in 2 hours. Still no connectivity. Helpline just keeps me waiting. Please resolve ASAP. @DoT_India
