    @JioCare your network is getting worse in our area for a long time, no calls are going on, neither is the Internet running, I have complained many times but no solvage is happening yet for about 6 months this thing is happening. My location is Bihar ,supaul, barail, 852110

    @JioCare in my location your network is very bad your company give ******* service to customers your complaint number always ******* bored whenever call to complaint😡😡. so I recharge only one month pack bcz @airtel is good then jio in all over India and also in my area #airtel

    At this stage of high competition in market Vodafone is consistently providing worst class service to customers. We don't even get signals of Vodafone in our network. Either Resolve or Allow to migrate. 7766917103 @VodafoneIN @DoT_India @TRAI @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence @Idea

    @JioCare For the past 5 months, you’ve only been escalating my issue. Despite showing my bank statement, you falsely claim my money was refunded on May 5, 2026. This is causing me immense mental harassment. Refund my money immediately, or I will be forced to take legal action.

    @JioCare @EpicCmntsTelugu Why DM? this is not a user specific issue it is a general query applicable for all subscribers and should be answered on the open forum rather than privately on DM. Don't just have bots auto reply to all queries have humans respond on a case to case basis.

    @JioCare Not true. You are shifting the blame for your own unprofessionalism to others. The PROBLEM IS INTERNAL. YOU HAVE REACHED A CONCLUSION WITHOUT CHECKING. In 4 days, your engineers heve cancelled 6 visits! YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING AGAINST THEM!! TERRIBLE SERVICE JIO!!!!

    @JioCare Videos keep pausing repeatedly while playing and resume after a few seconds or minutes. This happens across all apps like FB, Insta, YouTube, etc. Even when I use the Jio app, it fails to load data. I have tried multiple times. Let me know how much time may take to fix this issue
