    @JioCare your network is getting worse in our area for a long time, no calls are going on, neither is the Internet running, I have complained many times but no solvage is happening yet for about 6 months this thing is happening. My location is Bihar ,supaul, barail, 852110

    @JioCare in my location your network is very bad your company give ******* service to customers your complaint number always ******* bored whenever call to complaint😡😡. so I recharge only one month pack bcz @airtel is good then jio in all over India and also in my area #airtel

    @JioCare This is regarding the service Id: 299742990925. I've raised request for the cancellation of my jiofiber almost a month ago. I've called multiple times and everytime they schedule the device pick up but no one contacted me ever. Pathetic service.Fix this issue asap.

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Please help me with this. SONY is one of the channels everyone sees on my Connection there is No Sony, No Color, No STAR Plus even no sports channel. They make me fool and take full payment. @reliancejio , I am waiting of your action

    @JioCare I had requested for cancellation of my prepaid #JioFiber connection (SR00001AABVX). I am happy that refund was processed within 14 days as per commitment. Taken new post Paid connection of #JioFiber . Appreciate the service.

    @JioCare since long time I am trying to get my security as well as my excess amount which was deducted by you but no one replying. Is this is your service I was told that you will get a link after deactivation where you can provide your bank details its been a month now.
