    @JioCare It's 5 days now. No wifi connection. Jio is supposed to be the largest in this field and it's getting trouble from local cable operators and still can't restore it's lines? This is surprising.

    @reliancejio @JioCare SR00002MKOPC Ticket raised for Broadband down. Technician rescheduled without confirmation. No response from technician. Canned replies from helpdesk. 12 hours plus my Broadband is down.

    @FibreJio @jiocare I am extremely disappointed with ur services. My Internet connection is down for the past 5 days. Despite repeated complaints no one from your company has visited to sort out the problem. If you cannot sort out the issue please disconnect and refund the balance

    @JioCare Day 5. No internet. Can’t even raise a fresh service request because the previous one is still in limbo. I’ve literally reached a stage where you have made it impossible to report that your service still isn’t working.

    @JioCare Cancellation request raised on 28th June by the customer care. Made repeated followups for the full refund. No refund yet. What is the backend team doing?? I really don't understand. Installation doesn't take place for weeks together and now for cancellation, same scene!

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio With respect, saying “no delay from our end” is incorrect. I waited 4 days with no TV/OTT. No technician reached out — I had to call and get it fixed. If customers have to follow up for basic service, compensation for those 4 days is justified.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio it seems your operations don’t have a limit of being poor - despite stating for cancellation and refund - request was raised only for refund. Thank You for making me realise not join Jio as a customer or employee in the future.
