    @JioCare I have rebooted and restarted everything, checked all the wires everything is fine, but the internet is still not working. I’ve been reporting this since April 10, yet you are marking the complaint as resolved on your own. It has been 14 days now, and today makes 15 days

    @JioCare I have been continuously facing poor internet service despite multiple complaints over the last 1.5 years. Since the service is not functioning properly at my location, I request a refund/compensation for the affected period and resolution of the issue at the earliest.

    @JioCare Dear Customer, We are currently experiencing temporary service issues with Jio AirFiber in your area which are expected to be resolved within the next 4 hours. Pincode -505172. Customer care is not even allowing to enter option for any grievance. Ridiculous customer care

    @JioCare 35 minutes before rec'd call from +91 22 3507 2698 to inform that JIO Fiber plan has been activated but just checked that plan is still not activated???? Please look into and arrange to close the issue

    @JioCare @reliancejio Paid ₹824.82 for new Jio Fiber plan as advised by your agent,Payment done but no internet even after 36+ hrs.Each agent gives different info (30 mins, 4 hrs, 24 hrs, billing issue, backend issue. No resolution. Affects work. Fix ASAP or I escalate.#JioFiber

    Very disappointing experience with AirFiber service. After booking installation, we received a message that representative Prasad Sawant (9225588659) would contact us. However, despite multiple attempts, he is not picking up calls or responding at all. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Really frustrated with your service. Multiple SPOCs calling/visiting with no solution, and now conflicting messages about reschedules too. How many more days to fix this? Please resolve ASAP.
