    @JioCare @rajankgupta Very slow network connectivity in this area after one month. You technical team not response, so I think port number other company, My & 100 more numbers in this area. Very bad 😔😔

    @JioCare Firstly, I thought it was a network issue but when he didn't call back then I understood that he has a disconnect the call purposely. Who behave like this???

    @JioCare @reliancejio Broadband absolutely pathetic service, equally bad customer support executives and engineers. Installed a faulty router twice in the last 3 months. Raised request for cancellation. @airtelindia can u help. Thank you

    @reliancejio you really make it hard for your customers to register a complaint. I have placed order for a new sim and my order is closed without the sim being delivered, service agent Ravi Kumar(8318737792), can you ensure that sim is delivered and disciplinary action is taken

    @JioCare @reliancejio Waiting for network after conversion of my prepaid jio number to postpaid today afternoon. Very pathetic service by jio. How long I have to wait? Changed sim also by paying rs25 to jio store but no network yet.

    @Freecharge Okay team, please do the needful on an urgent basis. Unless the refund process will not be able to recharge my @reliancejio @JioCare number, the plan is not activated, not availing any service from this week due to this mess. Kindly resolve it on priority & help to recharge asap.
