  @JioCare Thanks for action on this after multiple follow ups. The SR raised states resolution by 16 May. I have paid for jio fiber on 6May, why I have to wait till 16? I have paid amount on 6, not availing services till date, will jio pay interest on my money which they parked on 6?

  @JioCare Repeatedly posting the same content in different names on this platform doesn't solve my issue. Till date, issues haven't been solved. I am in continuous follow up with Jio(Poor) Care. I am doing additional recharges daily.Worst ever Service by @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare Sorry to say but your team is not here to help me . DM the issue twice and still you are asking for an issue . Your engineer has visited to fix the issue and made a web of wire which is looking ugly . Please ask your team for proper wiring .

  I raised a complaint 3 days ago for pickup of my additional Jio setup box, but no action has been taken yet. Very disappointed with the delay in service. Please resolve this issue ASAP. @JioCare #JioFiber @reliancejio
