    @JioCare @reliancejio whenever i tell them, my internet is slow or not working properly, they say there is a issue in your area we are trying to fix it, it will be normal asap This is 365 days story in a year Shame on you

    @JioCare Kindly check my issue at priority and with utmost seriousness. My internet is up and down in my area from long time. Complaint has been registered but no resolution.

    @reliancejio I paid ₹1200 for JioFiber relocation, but the request failed. I then paid another ₹1200 at the Jio Store, and the relocation was completed. The first 1200 is still not refunded. Please process my 1200 refund and share the complaint/SR number & refund timeline.

    1/3 @reliancejio @reliancejio — ₹859 for 3 months isn’t a small amount. We pay expecting one basic thing: a reliable network. But instead:

🚨 Slow internet
🚨 Poor coverage
