    @JioCare As expected no visit by service engineer in the assigned slot. Not sure what is the purpose of customer care team. Totally disappointed. Couldn't get worse.

    Dear jio , We all JIO user Facing extreme difficulty for network issue in akshardham region (New Delhi) . Infact not able to call or use the net services . We hope to get it resolve ASAP. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare it’s been 24 hour & esim of my no is not working . No one is helping out at jio. We have raised a request (SR00001E4NHG) to activate eSIM.

    Hi @TRAI i have been facing frequent call drop issues and network connectivity for past 4 days and @reliancejio @JioCare is not taking any initiative to resolve the matter.

    @JioCare Since yesterday evening 16 hrs I am not getting WiFi signal. All my work has gone for a six. Since yesterday there was an outage in my area and in the morning I got a message fro Jio that this has been resolved. And yet there is no WiFi connection I am getting.9830600947

    @JioCare Service Request: SR00001D1XDB raised on 19th August 2022. Today marks 38th Day, with ZERO RESOLUTION from Jio Team. Pathetic service from Jio. Please do not copy paste false / fake committment templates in replies. Please provide me one final resolution date.

    @JioCare Jio no. 04479635092 Alternate no 9884086800 Address : 116 Akash Ganga Apts, 48 flowers road, Kilpauk, behind sangam theatre, chennai -600010 Issue : the jio fiber line has been dead since sep 19. I have called multiple times but no engineer has visited us.
