    @JioCare @reliancejio team it's going to be a week tomorrow after the issue started, still no respite. Is there a lack of service engineers on the ground in Chennai ? How much longer are we supposed to wait for ?

    Took 2 days just to get a ticket logged, and still NO technician assigned. Just endless bot loops and generic automated emails. Unacceptable service @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare how do i enable international roaming in my pre paid mobile connection in canada my number is from assam circle . I cant be physically present in India soni need a resolution asap as I am facing major issues

    @JioCare We have been constantly asking your team to provide network for the past several days. But no response from your end. Our location is at B block, Parasvnath Prerna, Taj Nagari phase II,Near Courtyard Marriott, Agra-282001. Really disgusting.
