    @JioCare really bad service by engineering team which was supposed to collect router from my home today between 3 to 4 pm no one came to collect when contacted cc they rescheduled for 7 to 8 pm again no one visited now again rescheduled for tomorrow 11 am. Don't know if they come

    Facing network issue since 15 days in my area pin code 250401 4g jio services are not available at all. Only 2g service I paid for 4g pack but speed is 2G whyy? #wtf @JioCare @JioCare

    @reliancejio there is no network in Dharwali,mahad, Maharashtra. There is tower near 2 km but no calling and internet network. I complaint but they're not able to solve.

    @JioCare @reliancejio why is it necessary to have a set-top box to get the benefits of OOT platforms that comes with my fiber plan? Why am I not able to use the benefits through my mobile apps? Only amazon prime get renewed ph mobile app no other apps. Kindly fix it.
