    @JioCare This is unacceptable. I’ve been without service for over 2 days and still no ETA or meaningful update. Repeating the same response is not helpful. Please escalate this immediately and provide a clear resolution timeline.

    @reliancejio @JioCare your customer care service is very very bad. One of the customer care executive was abusive. I spoke to a manager he said i was lying another stupid employee. Manager said no one audits those calls. Very bad customer service from jio

    Worst experience ever 😡 No signal for my SIM since long time. Unable to make calls or use internet, and not even able to connect to customer care. This is really frustrating and unacceptable. Kindly fix this issue immediately or provide proper support. #NetworkIssue @JioCare
