    @JioCare @reliancejio Internet is not working since the morning. Have gotten 0 support from your customer care. It's always Outside Home Connectivity so I can't even raise a request & it always takes a week to resolve.

    @JioCare I recharged 349 plan for unlimited data. However, I was not given any benefit the very first day itself. There is no dedicated email ID. I lodged my complaint but got no response. I was told to opt for chat. That also did not work. I am feeling cheated and disturbed.

    @JioCare Its been 3 days...and it's already been 1 day since they found the issue. We do work from home. And we don't have never ending time to wait for your. If not fixed today by 11 am. Please raise request to take your **** box back. @AirtelFiberBng Please call tomorrow

    @KumaranST @JioCare I had a similar experience while closing the account and did not receive the advance amount paid for that account. I followed up for 3 months with no resolution.
