    Dear @JioCare @jio_fiber Internet down yday. Complaint raised immediately(SR000037KGXJ). Technician available only for tomm (have to wait 48 hours). Tried contacting cc, but only Ai bots available. Bills: Instant. Bot replies: Instant. Support: only after48 hr. 2days CL 😡

    @JioCare JIO is destroying jobs & the lives of infinite people.We both are working frm home & the only source 2 do our job is the internet service. JIO forced us 2 pay 1060/- & 1200/- for a new instalation on 31st May bt we are on forced leave past 5days only bcoz JIO FAILED.

    @JioCare @reliancejio the customer care is giving the same responses every time I call and not doing anything to actually rectify the issue. I've been on call for 9:30 as of now with the customer care number and I'm yet to be connected to an advisor

    @JioCare dear jio team any jio air fiber discontinued i mistakenly recharged my old jio air fibre and air fiber no is 5517960745 transactions ref PT0000BBLTR0 customer care executive can’t refund my amount but my question is connection already closed recharge how it’s possible.
