    @JioCare please look into this issue. Otherwise I have to switch to some other network. This is prime and crowded area in Mumbai , Goregaon. Thousands of employees affected and they are switching to competitor @JioCare

    why you service engineer said @JioCare I will not fix next time If wifi is going to down because of long cabling. He is forcing me to take #Airfiber this is totally useless. Is this way you guys are providing service. Check my yesterday ticket which I created #CustomerComplaint

    @reliancejio @reliancejio I’m in RAJASTHAN, not Gujarat. Why are your call-failure/IVR messages suddenly playing in Gujarati? This is happening for both outgoing AND incoming calls. Stop forcing the wrong language on customers and FIX THIS. #Jio #JioCare

    @JioCare The bigger issue is: your team doesn’t even register complaints properly, then hides behind “no complaint found” to deny compensation.I’ve repeatedly asked: If compensation/rent rebate doesn’t fall under this policy, then WHO is responsible and under which policy can I claim it?
