I have recharged 2599 hotstar plan @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio and I am not able to login into hotstar VIP @DisneyPlusHS... when I am trying to do so it again ask me to subscribe.. please check I am trying to reach support but it is not connect me to customer representative.

I feel **** on choosing @reliancejio fiber over others ! Disappointing customer service and not sticking to commitments ! Cancelled my services , its been month and no pickup of box! Do u care about aftersales service ? @JioCare Just delaying and giving dates on dates !

Pathetic Customer service @JioCare Whether it's in West bengal or Karnataka, they have no values for commitment after taking money. They committed installation will be done next day but it has been second day after payment. Id:NO0000HOP6TY It shows how unprofessional they are.
