    @JioCare @reliancejio This is the same story that has been going on for the last 23 days. They schedule some random appointments and the visits would never happen. And when we talk to jio care, they will assure that the engineer will visit on the scheduled time. I think this is the 7th time.

    @JioCare I don’t think there is any chance you guys are trying to solve then problem, haven’t received a single call yet. DMs wont solve the issue until uh once listen to your customer.

    @JioCare If you have an option to verify, please check how many times I called customer care, I did chat and sent an email as well but no one was listening to us.
