I had booked jio fiber 15-20 days back and paid the amount vide order id NO0000K0RND5. Service engineer has not installed till date. And the persons who visited does not know how to install. This is worst kind of service. Plz refund the amount @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio My internet is not working since yesterday and you guys have made a complete mockery out of it. Engineer’s visit is being rescheduled again and again and I am being provided empty promises. Could you please care to explain what the hell is going on?

@reliancejio @OnePlus_IN JioFiber not working since yesterday. Complained 6 time but no one came to resolve the issue. The security cameras are off, online classes are off. Very poor service from Jio.
