@Maliksaiyidain @JioCare @jio_fiber But here in Shillong (Mawprem Area-793001) around 20 houses we are not having Jio fiber connection for more than 48 hours now. Raised complain around 3 times but no engineer called or came forward to resolve this issue. U r lucky enough that it got resolved in one hour...

So my jio sim card is not working only in my phone and every other sim card is working perfectly in my phone. Interestingly my sim card is working very well in other phones @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio Your service team member made me buy a new connection; he told me the old router and connection were beyond repair. He assured the unused (paid) internet from the old router would be transferred. Been following up for 1 mnth.
