    @thvspeaks I'm on 5G, but it's not really 5G. I barely get a few Mbps from @JioCare even with premium plans. But yeah, it's a bit faster than my old 4G. No idea when they'll fix it. Plus, most of the time, I can't hear or the other person can't hear me on calls.

    Hey @JioCare I have a complaint raised two days before about the Baruch and Ankleshwar service centres refusing to service me new Jiofi 4G router. No one has bothered to call.

    @JioCare SR raised at 5:30PM, tech scheduled 7-8PM. When I call your engineer say not my area nobody works after 5PM & cancel. But for a NEW installation, your team works till 10PM?! Need this internet issue fixed ASAP. SRO0002MBRJ8.

    @JioCare Hi Shubham, Refrain from using scripted words like 'appreciate' and 'inconvenience.' I believe these words hold little meaning for JioFibre. Actions speak louder than words. I am still waiting for the internet service to be restored.

    Dear @JioCare, my JioFiber broadband service is disrupted again even after the previous complaint was attended. The same issue has recurred, causing major inconvenience. Kindly escalate this on priority and provide a permanent resolution. Service Request ID: SR00002M9NJ6.

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare and @reliancejio. I completed my SIM port reques online on 2 July, but I still haven't received my physical SIM. Worst service jio😡

    @JioCare @JioCare The internet has been down since July 2. The technician visit was scheduled for July 3, then rescheduled to July 4, and again to July 5. That is already a 2-day delay, so how can you say it is on time?

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am facing my Wifi Issues since may10th I am constantly tried to call many times and adherently they lied on my faces No technician reached my house neither came to check the condition My neighbour WiFi is working absolutely fine Only we are facing 🙏
