    @reliancejio JIO is simply a fraud. I did ISD recharge of 501 twice, as per Jio website calling Frankfurt airport is charged rs. 12/min, they charged me Rs.100 per minute. I called customer care they call me back and say they don't have any information. all screenshots,proof shared over mail

    @JioCare On asking by police detail of these numbers have been provided by you to police. But can't any action be taken by jio against these cyber frauds at their end who are bringing bad name to the company by using jio sim for doing frauds.

    @DoT_India @TRAI This is the irresponsibility of @JioCare .Still they expect me pay the post paid bill and I have already paid it .But the question is,If a service provider can't answer customers basic questions then can they force us to pay the bill in the name of Diactivation ?

    @JioCare There are students, unable to attend ONLINE SCHOOL, CLASSES. We are also having WORK FROM HOME, all this got affected due to NO NETWORK OF JIO FIBRE. Who is RESPONSIBLE???

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Finally I have to resort to writing here as no response anywhere. Call center is extremely pathetic and clueless to resolve anything. they simply disconnect and are rude. Connection speed has become low, no bills, incomplete plans and no reply for emails.

    @reliancejio FRAUD BY JIO NO0000GD9FVF. I Discontinued on 5th March. Care said device pick-up in 7 days but reschedule daily appointment by your customer care that Jio service engineer will visit Service ID 301049006510. But your engineer make false request that I cancel it. #jio

    @JioCare Hi Shreyas, The problem is the phone number linked to it is also stolen. And I'm finding no option to suspend the SIM. Tried calling ur complaint number with no luck. Pls look into this case.
