    @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia In my village dhaniyamarni ,post-jaipur ,dist banka bihar have more than 150 active jio users but while I visited in my village there is very poor network of jio, please do something for this issue,where as airtel network is too good.

    @JioCare I have been asked to visit the Jio store in Parel 3 times over now for a simple porting request. Why am I asked to do the processing numerous times, it is a terrible inconvenience to travel for 4 kms submit docs and receive calls stating that the application is rejected

    @JioCare Application for Jiofiber processed on 28/11, promised installation within 3 days and yet gets delayed every day from 4th December. Is this your quality of service? Serially delaying after getting installation fees? Shameful! Order No - NO0000FRBJCV

    @JioCare This is going on since 3 days. But dere is no response. No body has visited my premises inspite of various False assurances. Dis has affected my WFH badly. I have shifted 2 @airtelindia. However since my plan is still left I need 2 get the issue resolved. Afterwards its a Bye Bye

    @JioCare FTTH services down since morning and on speaking with the customer care I’m told services will resume in 4 hrs..No reason given by the CSE but asked to wait...huh. How can one afford to have internet downtime of 8-10hrs?

    My Jiofiber STB is not working properly. Gets restarted frequently. Apps get crashed while using. Also the speed of wifi is slow. Pls help @JioCare @reliancejio
