    @JioCare requested relocation in the same area. customer-care informed not possible jiofiber not available in the said building. applied new jio fiber connection for the same building local engineer informed new connection in half an hour. Is this not taking a customer for a ride

    @theBuoyantMan @JioCare I too switched to airtel from Vodafone few months back. Currently they seems to be the best network. 🧚 I was planning for jio but few friends with jio where against it. Five years back, i was planning for airtel and friends with airtel were against it!

    Hi team, @JioCare I am unable to make call and use internet. I called multiple times to customer care they have only one reply that we are working on this. If the team is working then why i am suffering from theses issues. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have recharged my jio fiber but the connection is down. Talked to the local engineer- he directed to call IVRS. IVRS doesn’t give an option to book a complaint. Kindly help.

    I am facing internet issue sometimes. I need to switch Apns in jio sim to get the network. Even, I can't attend zoom meetings due to it as it stuck in between. Earlier, I never faced that much issue. Sort it out. @JioCare
