  @JioCare @JioCare It’s been 56+ hours without internet. What exactly is the issue causing prolonged outage? what is the estimated time of restoration? provide a clear, specific update instead of another generic response. I deserve to know when my paid service will actually be restored.

  @reliancejio @airtelindia Mobile network at Lodha Amara, Thane (400612) is pathetic. 📵 On the 30th floor, there’s barely any indoor signal, making calls and mobile data almost unusable. More focus on selling Wi-Fi, less on fixing basic mobile coverage? Fix your network.

  @reliancejio @jiocare Extremely disappointing & unacceptable experience from jio I have made the payment twice,both amounts were debited from my bank & have provided complete payment proof.Yet neither credited the payments nor restored my services & customer care misbehaving too
