    @JioCare sir I hv complained many time regarding internet speed here in Boudh.But each and everytime ur care executives told that due to many people using internet at the same time the speed is slowBut can u believe that the 4G data speed is lower than 2G data of other network

    pathetic service @JioCare first of my phone is 5g but still they are not giving permission of 5g usage even after everything is done in app and 4g service what is worse if we complain about customer service those people don't respond itself if it is not solved iam going to shift.

    @JioCare @reliancejio from my jio app i tried o book a sim for home delivery. Payment was done on 20may 2026 and ordered . 6 days passed but its not yet delivered. Followed up with the delivery agent and the customer care but no luck so far.. Booking code 9F5295EDEE

    @JioCare I am saying again this is not speed issue this is router issue, popular sites like X, Flipkart, and,myntra and many government portals do not open even speed is good only insta youtube fb working . A hard reset fixes it for about 24 hours. I want to close my connection

    @JioCare I have already paid the bill generated for my billing cycle. If I disconnect now, will any additional charges apply apart from the amount already paid? Also please confirm the exact last service date after disconnection request.

    @JioCare Your representatives visited our residence yesterday and explicitly assured us that the issue would be attended to and resolved today. However, till now, nobody has turned up, no service has been provided, and there has been absolutely no communication from your side. 2/3

    @reliancejio @DoT_India this entire month I'm facing the slowness issue, and after 14 may continuously I'm forwarding my problem via email to jiocare and to the appellate but no response still rcvd only IVR that we are wrong on urgent area took my Bill but still watng 4 srvce

    @JioCare @JioCare when you ask for info to be DMed, there is an expectation that you will acknowledge the DM and then do something about the issue. Nothing, absolutely nothing has been done

    “I used a Jio SIM before, but I didn’t recharge it for a long time because I shifted from India to Dubai. I was still able to use GPay, but suddenly the network disappeared and now it says the number is invalid I’m unable to recharge or use the SIM. Please help fix this @JioCare
