    @JioCare sir I hv complained many time regarding internet speed here in Boudh.But each and everytime ur care executives told that due to many people using internet at the same time the speed is slowBut can u believe that the 4G data speed is lower than 2G data of other network

    @reliancejio Order paid on 30 Mar for AirFiber. Installation delayed, so I cancelled on 4 Apr. Still no cancellation confirmation or refund. Customer care gives different answers every time. Complaint already filed. Please resolve urgently.

    @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare from last more than 1.5 months following up with Jio service centre at sector 80 Noida and executives like training Head Mr. Pradeep, Area Manager Sonu and Shadab are not able to provide any solution and not responding to calls. Pls help.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, your replies are unclear. Is my internet connection disconnected or only the ticket cancelled? My relocation request (SR000033UJZ1) was never resolved—no engineer visit, no action. You keep saying “cancelled” without clarity. Confirm connection status details.

    Hello @ril_foundation Take some action jio Service is giving worst service day by day problem we are facing call drop. And paying for 5g and getting service 4g and speed in kbps @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Had requested for Jio fibre cancellation on 19 April. Till now have not got refund. Now they say cancellation was never raised. 11 days I’ve had mental torture. Check conversation with Khansa Mumtaz reference ID is SR000033VZDR. Consumer complain ID-9218169

    @JioCare What is point of escalation of this. Again no one came for the appointment. No message and nothing is happening. Now it is more than 72 hrs since the complaint. What a sham!!

    I had installed Jio fiber but there were frequent problems with the fiber and no one was coming to fix the WiFi. I would use WiFi only for 5 to 6 days in the entire month and I spent the entire month's money, now who will be responsible for this? @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber
