@JioCare sir I hv complained many time regarding internet speed here in Boudh.But each and everytime ur care executives told that due to many people using internet at the same time the speed is slowBut can u believe that the 4G data speed is lower than 2G data of other network

@JioCare There is no major technical issue, only the box fixed on the wall is to be shifted. The issue is that nobody wants to take decision as the box may be damaged while shifting. Please do the needful at the earliest.

@JioCare Today the wire of my connection was made ok but there is still no internet connectivity as the light in modem is still RED On query Mr. Sandeep, service manager told me that there is a Pan India problem & that will be ok soon This is the third day i m not able to use the internet

Received mail that refund initiated will receive confirmation within 2 days.. after 2 days still didn't receive any information. Customer care center just disconnecting call. Customer care does not have any information .. useless customer care.... @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare It is absolutely frustrating to see advertisements of Jio Fiber, yet standard non- availibility answer from customer care. The fact is Reliance Jio is unable to break the monopoly of Local operators in Dombivli and Kolhapur. we continue to use substandard internet services
