    @JioCare sir I hv complained many time regarding internet speed here in Boudh.But each and everytime ur care executives told that due to many people using internet at the same time the speed is slowBut can u believe that the 4G data speed is lower than 2G data of other network

    @JioCare @JioCare I have tried all of these, and nothing works. It has been down for 4 days now. Can you please send a technician to check it out? I have tried everything. I have tried reaching out to you. No one responds. No one picks up the call. No one replies to email.

    @JioCare I shared a phone number in DM. That number is not having 5G network from afternoon. After calling on 198 10 times there is no resolution. Please look into it.

    @JioCare @JioCare 4g network is also not working properly. What should I do ? If I talk about app and website.. youtube, instgram and any website on browser not working. It is happening last 4-5 days. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    @JioCare timeline, or concrete action. I paid the booking amount on 13 August and have followed up continuously, yet the issue remains unresolved. Kindly provide the SR/Complaint number, share the current status and confirm the expected resolution time. If this continues without (2/3).

    @JioCare Since the ORN/LRN has not been issued to me yet, I am unable to provide it despite your repeated requests. I have already sent my bank statement and UPI payment screenshot through DM. Kindly stop harassing the customer and resolve this issue at the earliest. @nch1915

    @JioCare Still the internet is down and it was said that it will be resolved by 6 but no still the same and not updating what the problem is,I am fed up with you service and customer support. The worst service ever. @JioCare
