    @JioCare sir I hv complained many time regarding internet speed here in Boudh.But each and everytime ur care executives told that due to many people using internet at the same time the speed is slowBut can u believe that the 4G data speed is lower than 2G data of other network

    hey @JioCare I just bought a new phone Moto X4 and inserted my Jio Sim in it. but I am unable to make calls or receive calls from that time and it’s very frustrating that I have bought a new phone and I cannot make calls. I think I cannot make calls because of No Volte. Help ASAP

    @JioCare @reliancejio your Udaipur Jio Fiber Team is least concerned to resolve my Internet Issue that has been prolonging. Notified them multiple times, they close the tickets by themselves without even our acknowledgement. Please help!

    @reliancejio worst ever service provider. Been complainin from four years and all four years same standard response we are already working on it and you are under weak coverage. Wondering from four years they are working for this. U people shoulde ashamed of urselves

    @JioCare Even if your expert technical team were to be coming from USA It would have taken him 15 hours to reach 5 hours repair & 15 hours to go back Total 35 hours . Now it's been 37 hours but no-one from from technical experts have come to resolve my issue Where is your expert team ?
