    @JioCare sir I hv complained many time regarding internet speed here in Boudh.But each and everytime ur care executives told that due to many people using internet at the same time the speed is slowBut can u believe that the 4G data speed is lower than 2G data of other network

    @JioCare 2) Because this termination is due to a complete 'Deficiency of Service' on Jio's part (no internet provided), I am demanding a Full Refund of my ₹500 security deposit along with a pro-rata refund for the unused prepaid days starting from my original complaint date.

    @JioCare Our Wi-Fi service has been experiencing intermittent issues for the past two months and has been completely inoperable since May 22nd. We are still being billed for this service despite its unavailability, and we have not yet received any resolution or compensation.#jio

    @JioCare When exactly will you take action? My internet connection is not working at all, and despite repeated complaints, no engineer has visited or resolved the issue. SR No: SR000037RKB9 This level of service is shameful. Please replace it with JioFiber immediately.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It has been 14 days since I completed payment and KYC for my Jio AirFiber connection. My order status is still showing "Order Accepted". Your team acknowledged that an installation appointment was scheduled but the engineer never visited. (1/2)
