    @JioCare sir I hv complained many time regarding internet speed here in Boudh.But each and everytime ur care executives told that due to many people using internet at the same time the speed is slowBut can u believe that the 4G data speed is lower than 2G data of other network

    @JioCare I’m facing severe internet connectivity issues for the past 7 days. The connection keeps dropping and is extremely unstable. I have important work commitments that depend on a reliable internet connection, and this ongoing issue has caused significant disruption. I’ve tried reaching customer support multiple times but haven’t received any meaningful assistance or resolution. This is extremely frustrating.     @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio we have been facing internet issues since last month. Every time there is a disruption of internet and it stops working for 48 hours and no resolution is provided. Calling customer care but no response. extremely disappointing

    @JioCare We requested a new Jio AirFiber connection on Sunday, but till date no action has been taken and the installation has not been completed. Despite multiple follow-ups with customer care, we have not received any proper update or resolution.

    @JioCare slow internet problem yesterday and no internet today. In both the cases received pathetic support. Can someone at least take some responsibility? @reliancejio It shouldn’t be sell and ignore the customer right!

    @reliancejio Airfiber internet is down but your pathetic app won't let me lodge a complaint because "diagnostics say everything is fine". Call center won't help either for the same stupid reason. Fix your broken support system, stop wasting my time!
