    @JioCare sir I hv complained many time regarding internet speed here in Boudh.But each and everytime ur care executives told that due to many people using internet at the same time the speed is slowBut can u believe that the 4G data speed is lower than 2G data of other network

    @JioCare Dear Customer, resolution for your JioFixedVoice Number connection having JioFixedVoice Number +911243600660 has been delayed and is expected to get resolved within 24 hours. Team JioFiber Earlier you said today. Now again delayed. 1 week no wifi

    @Itstheanurag @JioCare In my hometown, Jio is actually really good. But most of my time is spent here in Bangalore, and the Jio network sucks here.. So I had to switch. It's been close to a decade man.

    @reliancejio @JioCare our wifi has not been working for 3 days now. You guys have been making empty promises of it being restored by x time on y date. I've had no call backs, no customer support. Y'all jump to take our money and disappear when we need help. @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare seems like you don’t really care to answer customer. There is no official info about faulty power adapter replacement for WiFi router. Strangely service person asking to pay ₹399 to personal account no receipt & product without any packaging @reliancejio @jagograhakjago
