    @JioCare sir I hv complained many time regarding internet speed here in Boudh.But each and everytime ur care executives told that due to many people using internet at the same time the speed is slowBut can u believe that the 4G data speed is lower than 2G data of other network

    @JioCare Internet service disrupted, service request again rescheduled, not able to reach engineer or customer care and talk to a person on urgency, hearing only automated voice !!! Customer care us in pathetic state....SR00002KQ4PC..didnt expect this from jio..

    My Jio mobile data has been down for over 6 hours despite an active recharge.Ur helpline doesn’t even work this is extremely unprofessional & unacceptable.This isn’t a minor issue; lack of connectivity can be a serious safety risk.I expect this to be fixed RIGHT NOW @JioCare

    Internet has been unusable for the last 1 week with pathetic speed. Every time I contact support, I get the same fake “will be fixed in 4 hours” reply. Still not resolved. Paid for full month but no proper service. Who will compensate for this? Completely unacceptable. @JioCare

    @JioCare I have 5G unlimited plan active on my no. However not getting 5G speed. When chat with Jio care said you have exhausted your 2.5 gb data plan. Where as plan has 5G unlimited where 5G service is available.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Extremely frustrated! I live 4km from the tower in Kadivadu (524410), yet have ZERO mobile signal & my AirFiber (₹800/mo) drops daily. Even with "5G" showing, there’s no data. I can’t Work From Home & the local agent made it WORSE. Fix this! 🚨🛑 #Jio

    @JioCare My internet is still not working despite multiple complaints (SR000034CF89). Issue not resolved even after promised date (26 April). Appointments are being rescheduled WITHOUT my consent & OTP. This is unacceptable. Please resolve immediately or I will escalate legally.
