    @JioCare sir I hv complained many time regarding internet speed here in Boudh.But each and everytime ur care executives told that due to many people using internet at the same time the speed is slowBut can u believe that the 4G data speed is lower than 2G data of other network

    @JioCare Looks like you have been following same trend. When called to customer care we get nice replies of taking care of it but nothing happens. They ask there interaction feedback but who will take care of the actual issue

    I booked Jio fiber Relocation service 1 week ago and confirmed slot 12PM-1:00PM today by paying 1200 INR, till now nobody reached out to me , i am shifting house tomorrow, this is totally unprofessional, whats the point of picking a spot 1 week before ? @reliancejio @jio_fiber

    @JioCare Just now got a call from a lady pretending to not know anything that's happening. When are you going to fix my internet issue? There is a router malfunction as per the technician. that router is 8 years old and probably reaching EOL. Are you trying to be stingy?

    @JioCare It is 10th day without internet and nobody came, close my account as of 9 th July. I will not pay any amount charged beyond 9-jul Why should I pay India's richest man for the service he didn't provide???

    @JioCare It has been more than 40 hours and still no update and I have been without internet for the past two days. If there is no update on the request I am planning to change to another network provider. Poor Response.

    @JioCare Worst network experience for months. Calls drop, 4G barely works, and True 5G is unusable. Despite repeated complaints, no Service Request (SR) is even generated—only copy-paste replies. Please register my complaint, generate an SR, and resolve the issue permanently.
