    @JioCare sir I hv complained many time regarding internet speed here in Boudh.But each and everytime ur care executives told that due to many people using internet at the same time the speed is slowBut can u believe that the 4G data speed is lower than 2G data of other network

    Jio's network in our area, Palojori, is very poor; the service is terrible. If the network situation doesn't improve today, I will port the SIM cards of my entire family from Jio to Airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Mr Mittal & Mr Shashwat, Airtel has gone to dogs. Even after more than 96 hours, even a service request is not being raised. I am so exhausted now that i will be porting my number to @reliancejio after using @Airtel_Presence for almost 20 years now.

    @reliancejio I ordered a Jio SIM through the Jio app on 22 Aug at ~6:30 PM and paid for it. More than 3 days later, it still hasn’t been delivered. I contacted customer care 4 times. No resolution. When I tried to cancel, my calls were repeatedly disconnected.1/n

    @reliancejio @TRAI year after year. At times, Jio becomes practically useless — no proper network, unreliable calls and painfully poor mobile data. What makes this even more frustrating is that we pay exactly the same tariffs as customers across India. We don’t pay a single rupee less just because

    @JioCare @JioCare Please look at the whole case why your engineer visit my house on first place when it was working perfectly i did not raise any complaint and then suddenly your engineer visits my home and messed up with out unit and now its not working at all #customerServiceFail

    @JioCare @JioCare But I never got the call from the engineer. Neither did he visited to my house. How can you lie and that too openly. I was in my home all the time but i never got the call. The only solution is FTTH. No engineer visited. It's a lie
