@JioCare sir I hv complained many time regarding internet speed here in Boudh.But each and everytime ur care executives told that due to many people using internet at the same time the speed is slowBut can u believe that the 4G data speed is lower than 2G data of other network

@JioCare @reliancejio I have submitted JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number CO0000DQQ5BJ. As asked by customer care it was submitted in Kharadi branch, pune. It almost two months now. Could you please tell me when I will get the refund?

@JioCare I booked Jiofiber on 16 Oct and installation hasn't been done. I got a message to say it's been delayed due to tech reasons. Person who booked connection doesn't respond. 1,500 rs security deposit has been taken but no idea about installation. Is this your service?
