    @JioCare sir I hv complained many time regarding internet speed here in Boudh.But each and everytime ur care executives told that due to many people using internet at the same time the speed is slowBut can u believe that the 4G data speed is lower than 2G data of other network

    @reliancejio my active sim card has been deactivated without any prior notice. I’ve been a regular customer of Jio since past 10 yrs and this has caused me extreme inconvenience. I went to the service centre but received no solution. I’m locked out of all my accounts!! @JioCare

    How long does it take to replace a faulty router/setup or send a competent technician? Stop sending automated responses and take real action. Either resolve this permanently immediately or refund the amount for the months of unusable service. @JioCare @reliancejio @JIOAIRFIBERIN

    @mith_002 @JioCare @reliancejio My Connection request number NO0001D0EP1G was cancelled on 27 April and still no re fund. I only get messages from chatbots regularly. Lodged Complaint with consumer helpline. Docket 9388195

    @JioCare What action has been taken against the teams repeatedly closing tickets without visiting the customer location? Why am I paying for a service that I cannot reliably use? Will Jio compensate or extend my plan validity for these lost days?(3/4)
