    @JioCare sir I hv complained many time regarding internet speed here in Boudh.But each and everytime ur care executives told that due to many people using internet at the same time the speed is slowBut can u believe that the 4G data speed is lower than 2G data of other network

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejio No response to my serious concern regarding the unexplained order discrepancy. Tomorrow is the final day I gave for my refund. If it isn't credited by day-end, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Forum. This issue may have serious consequences.

    I have been facing very slow internet since many days my problem is not solved i raised 2 complaint but my issue is not resolved what should I do now the slow speed problem I am facing at my home my network suddenly switch between 4g 5g . @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare "Should get resolved in 2 hrs" is a message I am getting since yesterday 5 pm.... NO RESULT Absolutely !!!! My entire system at home has been shut down by #JioFiber since yesterday 1.30 pm ( 8th Aug. ). No home WiFi, No TV.... Nowhere to call, No one to talk to ???

    @jiocare Very inconsistent network which is giving speed of 0 to 200 kbps, alternating every other minute from 0 to 5 to 10 to 60 to 200 and then back to 5 and so on. One arrow is there at a time. Lte to lte plus to 5g switching every other second. Is this your service? @TRAI
