    @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio I have more than 3 months of validity left for my number ending with *******055 but it is fine to move out to a more trusted service provider, rather than anticipating good customer care and other services. Have full faith on Jio and its services. Goodbye Vi!

    @JioCare I’ve been trying to access the invoice for my postpaid Jio Fiber plan. Customer support is not reachable while the app just shows 0 on all invoice fields. Why is it so difficult to access invoice?

    @JioCare Sir i am from Barwar lakhimpur kheri U P . There is no network as soon as power cut of electricity supply. No one is paying attention towards us so many times we all jio user complained but all is useless. So users have to port there number in another network help us

    Porting my #Airtel number to @reliancejio without any delay. Are any customer service agents left with @Airtel_Presence ? Calling on 121 since ages. It says, Press 1 for internet not working. However, even on pressing 1, it doesn't connect. The IVRS proceeds to 2,3,4 and so on

    @JioCare My jio sim is showing error (no sim card) . Lot of people facing same issue from 3 days. Worst service by jio team I'm also trying to contact jio digital store @indapur Maharashtra. Ther are not responding from 3 days. Please do the needful ASAP. this is my primary sim

    @Ompraka49611128 Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare
