    @reliancejio Adenigarh is a place in Odisha which is dependent solely on BSNL network, which keeps fluctuating. There is no Jio tower within 20km radius.

    @JioCare yesterday i did the payment of fiber connection but till now nobody came to install the fiber fix this service problem

    @ajaimanickam @JioCare there are many things with Jio that doesn't make sense. it was bad when i bought a sim in May 2017, improved a lot over the years and now declined extremely badly in everything in the last 2 years in terms of everything specially Coverage and Support.

    @reliancejio From today's morning, wifi is not working. Raised complaint through My Jio app which said technician will visit b/w 5-6pm but no one came. Request no is SR000015U0J6. @airtelindia they provide far more quick resolutions in these cases as experienced many times.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with the services of Reliancejio, the network speed is not even 20kbps here in my area ,The customer care just tells to move to another place where network speed is good, Now there's no way rather switching to other telecom operator
