    @reliancejio Adenigarh is a place in Odisha which is dependent solely on BSNL network, which keeps fluctuating. There is no Jio tower within 20km radius.

    @JioCare I am using the Jio call app to connect to my fixed line voice services on Jio fiber and it was working around a month or two ago. Suddenly, the app is not able to detect that I am connected to a Jio fiber network and does not allow me to configure the fixed line services.

    @JioCare Do you know thats december now and jio is already late almost a year pathetic slow service from 6 months i have been trying and my society also but here it is they already moved to far away from my house. where my society started their is just across the road has jio fiber line

    @reliancejio @JioCare @IshaAmbaniReal I had made a complaint. I was told someone would come. Now I get this message. Is it your own free will add when to come? "Appointment for Service of your JioFiber connection has been scheduled at your premises. Thank you, Team JioFiber".

    Previously I was @reliancejio customer but to bad network experience with no network speed i switch to @airtelindia and now its going in right way with high speed

    @JioCare Hi neelam, this is not acceptable. Not meeting the timelines committed and such unprofessional behaviour from your service representatives. Used to recharge for quarterly plans, cancelling the connection once current plan is over
