    @reliancejio Adenigarh is a place in Odisha which is dependent solely on BSNL network, which keeps fluctuating. There is no Jio tower within 20km radius.

    I've kept using both @ACTFibernet and @reliancejio both terrible at their services. Jio got massive speed but weak signal for little far connection. ACT be like after paying the bill you'll have connection issues. May be one day India will have better broadband providers~

    @reliancejio @JioCare please Improve your service in Village areas. The internet is not working. Very insufficient connectivity. Your Customer care workers not give answers perfectly. When we call they says we are improving our service but your service is very wrost please Reply.

    @TRAI There is a network of Jio in my village and for the last 1 month there is neither talk nor internet access, please take this matter into consideration and please resolve the problem as soon as possible @JioCare

    @reliancejio The worst customer service I had in my life. Never ever opt for Jio fiber again. Not sure why they put people in the customer service instead they can put some recorded machine... Useless service.. Full of false commitment. Chennai - OMR - Thuraipakkam

    @JioCare Where can we get information about Jio pos plus Activation plans and all about pos plus. Our nearest jio store and other help line are don't give any information about it bcz I take Jio pos plus I'd from jio pos lite Please give any solution
