It will be more than two months in daksabrahmpur area of kendrapara district there are many internet problems, this needs attention we are very good customer of jio, if not solved we will change network thank you @JioCare @reliancejio

Kudos to @reliancejio for such a short TAT in processing my jio fiber service request. 👏🏼👏🏼 Less than 24 hours, that too on a Sunday, with Easter holiday to moot. We're so used to companies scheduling service only on "next working day", that this instance was a welcome surprise.

@JioCare Hilarious. Jio customer services on cht just informed me that their engineer has informed them that my problem has been addressed. Just when I think it can't get worse you guys show me you can make it worse by lying. And if course no one will talk to a customer. Wonky chat saar.

@reliancejio Sir, From Nh4 Highway on West side 1km. @ umbraj there is nothing Jio rage coming .. Other networks coming but jio nothing .pl. support.. Pl. Action..asap.. At kalantrewadi Post umbraj tal Karad District Sarara.

@JioCare In this time of pandemic where there is extreme use of Internet for any work whether it’s wfh or regular studies at least we need proper speed but it is very sad to say that Jio is the worst netwrk which is unable to provide the speed in my current area of pin code231205
