    Respected @reliancejio I am using your services for a long time but regret to inform you about the lack of network in my locality. While making calls most of the time call gets disconnected and the internet barely works at a good speed. @JioCare @TheMukeshAmbani

    What a. Poor service @reliancejio @JioCare not activated my jio fibre despite installation. Already 3 days passed. Technician not giving ticket number saying now your problem will be solved. Same time Airtel fibre get activated in 1 day. 9040198788,8249741738

    It will be more than two months in daksabrahmpur area of kendrapara district there are many internet problems, this needs attention we are very good customer of jio, if not solved we will change network thank you @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @jio_fiber The most pathetic service ever. I requested a relocation for Jio Fiber 11 days ago, but the issue remains unresolved. On one occasion, the engineer showed up and demanded ₹800 for a new connection instead of proceeding with the relocation.

    No Jio 5G coverage in Keshavapur, Mulugu (506343) even after multiple requests. There has been no proper response or clear solution from your support team so far. Many residents here are ready to opt for Jio AirFiber connections, but without 5G availability,@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare My home jio fibre connection has not working since 22 April 2026. I raised a complaint on the same day (Request ID: SR00002KNISK) Despite multiple follo-ups, the issue remains unsolved. The service engineer visit is being repeatedly auto rescheduled which is unacceptable

    @JioCare worst customer support. I’ve been facing a complete internet outage with JioFiber since 14th April. What’s worse is that your technician is marking tickets “on hold” without my consent, instead of fixing the problem. This s highly unprofessional nd extremely frustrating
