    @JioCare Yes moved to same state. After having information from your custmer support team regarding relocation but today when I talked to them he told to cancel the current connection and go with new connection

    There is no network of @JioCare @reliancejio only single network is there in kotwan industrial area near navipur village kosi kalan, mathura. Please look into it.

    @JioCare I want to surrender my Jio Fiber connection with immediate effect. Request you to kindly do the needful asap. Yor customer care is saying it will take 1 week. Pathetic customer care experience. Do somethng on priority plz.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Clearly reliance is not reliable. They can’t even send an engineer on time to come look an Internet issue. It’s been 24 hours and no one has come to check the internet. I think it’s time to switch service providers 🥲

    @JioCare what a pathetic customer service. In app it asks to call a number and on calling that number only instructions are given. None of them are taking my complain. Kindly help, I am not able to use ineternet.
