    Respected @reliancejio I am using your services for a long time but regret to inform you about the lack of network in my locality. While making calls most of the time call gets disconnected and the internet barely works at a good speed. @JioCare @TheMukeshAmbani

    @JioCare @JioSaavn using jio from last five years with pay for yearly plan I want to put a caller tune sidhu moosewala but you have issue with the not able to hear the track of sidhu moosewala in your caller tune hear option kindly slove this

    It will be more than two months in daksabrahmpur area of kendrapara district there are many internet problems, this needs attention we are very good customer of jio, if not solved we will change network thank you @JioCare @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare, Despite being a corporate customer, the WiFi range is very poor and the connection does not work properly. Multiple complaints and engineer visits have not resolved the issue. Service ID: 532500119253 If this continues, we may have to discontinue the connection.

    @JioCare In which you have stated nothing. Why is the issue happening and when will it get resolved. Also mentioned it’s temporary issue but services are not available since 10am. WFH is getting effected.

    Very poor experience with Jio AirFiber connection process. Assigned executive asked me to recharge, and after payment there has been no response at all. No installation update, no support. Is this how customers are treated? @JioCare Please resolve this urgently. #JioAirFiber
