It will be more than two months in daksabrahmpur area of kendrapara district there are many internet problems, this needs attention we are very good customer of jio, if not solved we will change network thank you @JioCare @reliancejio

Respected @reliancejio I am using your services for a long time but regret to inform you about the lack of network in my locality. While making calls most of the time call gets disconnected and the internet barely works at a good speed. @JioCare @TheMukeshAmbani

What a. Poor service @reliancejio @JioCare not activated my jio fibre despite installation. Already 3 days passed. Technician not giving ticket number saying now your problem will be solved. Same time Airtel fibre get activated in 1 day. 9040198788,8249741738

Absolutely terrible support from @airtelindia xstream fiber. Installed it yesterday but still it haven't activated. Tried calling the engineers but everyone is simply rejecting the calls. pathetic support. @reliancejio was much better when I used it before.

@JioCare such a shame that your stb doesn’t support Dolby Digital 5.1 surround..so if we have a good home theatre system then we are forced to listed to stereo sound like normal speakers…this is truly not acceptable given that the content on OTT is mostly 5.1

@JioCare For giving an opportunity only i called those many times. Now a days your service and systems are down grading company values and reputation. Company is growing well but because of these kind service,company is loosing customers. Management should look in to this #JioFiber #jio

@JioCare have jio fibre connection. Product is world class but when service is required then this is the worst company. Jio made world class product but service is very poor. got 10 msgs of engineer visit schedule but neither his visit nor call. Service request no. SR99991BW4J3.
