It will be more than two months in daksabrahmpur area of kendrapara district there are many internet problems, this needs attention we are very good customer of jio, if not solved we will change network thank you @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio In BHADRAK we are experiencing very bad network from 4 months.... And we can't even use our net also. Plz verify this thing..... Otherwise we will be shifting to AIRTEL.... @reliancegroup And I can't even talk to the customer care center..... Very bad....

@JioCare Hi JioCare, I wish to migrate my postpaid plan to prepaid plan, However, My unbilled amount is still pending despite complete payment. Jio Customer care says there is no unbilled amount in our account and Jio Center/Digital says the payment of unbilled amount is pending.

@JioCare she said complaint has been registered and by Monday evening or Tuesday morning it'll be repaired. As nothing was reflected in the app, called up again and then another executive informed that the complaint wasn't even registered.

@JioCare I am facing internet disconnection often The issue was fixed at 5pm today and re occured now I am facing issues monthly thrice I tried contacting customer support and it is routing the call to hindi irrespective of the language i choose They are not able to understand me

@NazAppu @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio I want to use my own equipment (routers in ai mesh mode), jio doesn't allow bridge mode on its router/modem. Using jio in automatic ip without bridge mode will cause double natting. Stupid jio engineers
