    What a. Poor service @reliancejio @JioCare not activated my jio fibre despite installation. Already 3 days passed. Technician not giving ticket number saying now your problem will be solved. Same time Airtel fibre get activated in 1 day. 9040198788,8249741738

    It will be more than two months in daksabrahmpur area of kendrapara district there are many internet problems, this needs attention we are very good customer of jio, if not solved we will change network thank you @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioSaavn using jio from last five years with pay for yearly plan I want to put a caller tune sidhu moosewala but you have issue with the not able to hear the track of sidhu moosewala in your caller tune hear option kindly slove this

    Respected @reliancejio I am using your services for a long time but regret to inform you about the lack of network in my locality. While making calls most of the time call gets disconnected and the internet barely works at a good speed. @JioCare @TheMukeshAmbani

    @reliancejio SR No.C00002JTAMYY. Service Enginer Manoj cms to collect devices after my request for disconnection. Says Set Up box serial nos does'nt match but ready to pick the router but no reciept. WEIRD. Did I manufacture this stuff at my home.Pathetic JIO. Happy to get Jio disconnected

    @JioCare not a single phone number in Akola city of Maharashtra belonging to Jio Care works. The response we get when we try to call is this number does not exist. Extremely pathetic service. I was promised that your eSIM will be active immediately after porting but…….

    Absolutely pathetic service from @JioCare. 15 DAYS with no JioFiber internet. You closed my service requests AND escalations WITHOUT fixing the issue. The technician and manager are completely ignoring my calls. Fix this IMMEDIATELY! #JioFiber #PoorService @reliancejio
