    @JioFiberChennai @reliancejio @JioCare past 5 days jio fiber is not working .. they are so careless and irresponsible..jiofiber doesn't care for customer..they just need money ..no customer service available..it's been 5 days my problem not been resolved.. what should I do now?

    @reliancejio @exploreIMC With Due Respect I have on question. We enable 5G in our India. Why we didn't enable recieve call over internet. All users outside India who have Indian SIM card hardly get signal. Why there is no provision to recieve SMS and call over internet when signal is not there? #trai

    @JioCare the worst customer service. I have done recharge for jio fiber from myjio app on 1st sept. Money deducted twice but recharge done only once. It's been 30 days but not received any refund. Complaint many times but no resolution. Just closed ticket without informing me. 👏

    @JioCare @reliancejio Required recharge has been done but still m struggling with the network. Speed is worst and no resolution also

    @JioCare My recharge was not failed. It was successful recharge but i didn't get benefit of recharge as I done recharge from 3rd party app so jio customer care told me you will receive refund of this transaction. As I didn't get my refund yet and you have initited refund so give me RRN no
