    It will be more than two months in daksabrahmpur area of kendrapara district there are many internet problems, this needs attention we are very good customer of jio, if not solved we will change network thank you @JioCare @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare , SR000015UJ1Q, was reopened and closed without any resolution. Please have the STB replaced as per the recommendation of SR000015UJ1Q.

    @PreetiKoli26 I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.
