in my location(23.206769,82.768322) jio coverage is very low and speed of downloading is not more 100 to 200 KB per second so that is my issue please resolve it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio

Dear @JioCare, my net isn't working for so long & today finally jio engineer came & repaired the wire but still net wasn't working so he said he'll not replace the wire & said it's not his problem to solve my issue. So I'll go to consumer court as i already recharged my jio plan.

@JioCare DM done. Same old Steps given by someone. Nothing has solved. Why is JioFiber not working every month for 10 to 20 days? I am paying 824 and using WiFi for just 10 days. Seriously JioFiber seems to be getting WORSE.

@JioCare Seems like you people don’t care much about new customer. I am still waiting for an update on my postpaid porting request, no one called me to check the date or whatsoever. Now I am confused whether to switch. Bad first impression.
