    in my location(23.206769,82.768322) jio coverage is very low and speed of downloading is not more 100 to 200 KB per second so that is my issue please resolve it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio

    Very disappointed with @JioCare and @reliancejio JioFiber is down despite payment being made, customer support is unresponsive, and I've been charged ₹682.28 against my monthly plan. Kindly resolve the issue and explain the cause immediately. #JioFiber #jio

    @reliancejio @airtelindia @JioCare With the high footfall at our store, we strongly request an indoor signal solution, whether it’s a signal booster (if supported by Jio), Small Cell, IBS, or any other suitable solution. Every day we’re recommending Airtel to customers because Jio doesn’t work inside

    @JioCare I am shocked by how clueless your agents are. Read the actual issue: my plan was changed without my consent or any prior notice. Because of this unauthorized move, I lost my Netflix & Amazon Prime access. Stop giving generic replies & get someone who can actually read to fix this
