    in my location(23.206769,82.768322) jio coverage is very low and speed of downloading is not more 100 to 200 KB per second so that is my issue please resolve it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare your mobile service interrupting daily. adress is near jila panchyat, sadhuram sewa kunj , surajpur district surajpur chhattisgarh pin497229 i have complaind many times. but no improvement., your ignorance is forcing to port number from jio to others.

    @JioCare Can Jio stop harassing with repeated scripted calls from call centre when one wants to just cancel a #jiofiber subscription. This is horrible explaining each time again and again to a cc exec who refuses to listen. Cancelling should not be treated as a crime!

    @JioCare I was promised a solution of a cellular network dead zone within 180 days back in March 2025. I have recieved no resolution or update. Multiple DMs to this account have been ignored. Now at the current time instead of fixing the cellular dead zone at my workplace now there is a cellular dead zone at my home also.

    I'm in a very good 5G area right now and I removed my SIM a while ago and then reinserted it. I can't connect to 5G. I'm having a lot of problems. Please help me. @JioCare @reliancejio
