    @JioCare your mobile service interrupting daily. adress is near jila panchyat, sadhuram sewa kunj , surajpur district surajpur chhattisgarh pin497229 i have complaind many times. but no improvement., your ignorance is forcing to port number from jio to others.

    in my location(23.206769,82.768322) jio coverage is very low and speed of downloading is not more 100 to 200 KB per second so that is my issue please resolve it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Sales executive promised installation in 1 day. It's been 6 days and nothing happened. Is my full refund processed? Because the service is still not active. This was just a fake commitment to make the sale.

    @JioCare @JioCare STOP THIS HARASSMENT! What do you mean I'll get a refund "if I'm eligible"? @jagograhakjago please help. Jio executives have made me pay Rs. 3,000, 3 days ago and I still don't have my WiFi installed. They're just scamming people at this point

    @JioCare Service Request Processed Successfully” must mean something different at Jio, because my number is still dead. Khammam Jio Store made me wait for an hour, behaved unprofessionally, and then told me to go to Mumbai to reactivate my SIM. Welcome to Jio’s version of Digital India

    @JioCare @reliancejio And even with airfiber aswell. 1000gb monthly which if completed 50%. Which was never happened since 1 year

    @JioCare @reliancejio Took payment for Jio Fiber Order: NO0001EXMQD4 in 1 day. 6 days later = NO installation, NO call, NO reply. Now no one is even picking up the phone. Worst service! Please refund my money IMMEDIATELY. #JioFiber #CustomerService
