    @JioCare your mobile service interrupting daily. adress is near jila panchyat, sadhuram sewa kunj , surajpur district surajpur chhattisgarh pin497229 i have complaind many times. but no improvement., your ignorance is forcing to port number from jio to others.

    in my location(23.206769,82.768322) jio coverage is very low and speed of downloading is not more 100 to 200 KB per second so that is my issue please resolve it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio kindly improve your 4G service in Bhatgaon, Ambikapur , chhattisgarh otherwise i have to change Network Provider.

    @JioCare @JioCare Thank you for the response. However, the issue is still unresolved.If this is a temporary issue, why has it been ongoing for the last 9 days? This is unacceptable. This ongoing issue has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Is there any way to surrender your airfiber connection. Your customer care executive refuses flatly that he can't take the request for disconnection. Is there any way or you will keep inflating my bill.

    @JioCare Issue is with jio air fiber @JioCare request your intervention to solve on priority. Technician saying it's a outside router problem but he doesn't have router to change.

    @AJIOLife, my prepaid order is completely stuck due to an internal app glitch. The desktop screen shows "Delivery Delayed - Attempt Unsuccessful" but phone support says it's still "Packed". I want a direct update or a full refund immediately! Order ID: FN0402802155. @reliancejio

    @JioCare There is no option to call Or reschedule . Twice engineer were assigned and no one bothered to show up. Is this how you treat your customers?
