    in my location(23.206769,82.768322) jio coverage is very low and speed of downloading is not more 100 to 200 KB per second so that is my issue please resolve it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare your mobile service interrupting daily. adress is near jila panchyat, sadhuram sewa kunj , surajpur district surajpur chhattisgarh pin497229 i have complaind many times. but no improvement., your ignorance is forcing to port number from jio to others.

    @JioCare Issue is with all Devices. Issue is slow Upload/Download speed on all websites,I have tried uploading on Google drive/youtube. Plan is 150mbps forget 100 it's staying below 50 sometimes just 10-20mbps only, even youtube is buffering sometimes. Date & Time: all the time.

    @JioCare There is no human support once you complaint, the App itselves keep rescheduling your appointment as per their technicians availability, you can't do a damn thing once you've complained, you're at their mercy and can just pray @JioCare

    @JioCare What you have sent on DM is standard template reply rather than ETA.When the issue will resolved, when would I get the refund. Nothing is mentioned about refund process. This is yet again a delay tactic to cover up the inability of execution.

    @airtelindia asked to cancel my connection and so I did. When I attempted @JioCare, after 3 days of payment says technical issue, need 10 days to fix. This is in Chennai, Anna Nagar area. What about you @ACTFibernet?

    @JioCare There are multiple connections in our apartment, all are facing the same issue, upon raising the appeal with JioFiber team, the team is not ready to register a appeal as well and rather asking us to get a new connection or choose other vendor,there is a lot of harrasament already

    @JioCare Engineer visit is scheduled,my question is the engineer informed what he needs to do to resolve the issue?Last time when engineer visited he informed he cannot replace wire of 200m,neither a new connection box within 80m range be provided,I don't want to argue with him again
