    in my location(23.206769,82.768322) jio coverage is very low and speed of downloading is not more 100 to 200 KB per second so that is my issue please resolve it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Once my recharge ends I'm thinking to port my jio sim to any other because of pathetic internet service. Despite having 2gb /day plan I'm not able to use it properly as it works too slow.

    @JioCare I recharged my postpainld jio no with 599 for 84 days and it got added in my join bill amount now today again I recharged and got added in same. I am not able to recharge with that amount to my no. Again. Could you please help?

    @JioCare I am facing a lot of issue. If it will take this much of time, it should have been notified to me atleast so that I would have searched for alternatives because with such a slow internet it's very difficult

    @JioCare Dear jio This basic test and setting all are ok exect isuee is internet speed verry low because band width is not good but tower signal quality good and perfect but issue in internet signel it's very weak kindly work one this issue .No any issues in my handset and other settings
