    in my location(23.206769,82.768322) jio coverage is very low and speed of downloading is not more 100 to 200 KB per second so that is my issue please resolve it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare your mobile service interrupting daily. adress is near jila panchyat, sadhuram sewa kunj , surajpur district surajpur chhattisgarh pin497229 i have complaind many times. but no improvement., your ignorance is forcing to port number from jio to others.

    After using JioFiber for more than 2 years, this experience is extremely disappointing. If this is not fixed immediately, I will proceed with disconnection. Expecting urgent escalation and a proper resolution from a senior technical team. #JioFiber #worst @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare Booking done on 15 April, today is 27 April — 12 days with no installation. This is unacceptable. Delay is due to your ODU stock issue. Please escalate, arrange ODU from nearby and confirm installation within 24 hours. No more generic replies.

I have tweeted multiple times regarding this issue but no solution from your side, only 1-2 calls & several messages/replies. Our villagers are fed up with your services.

    @JioCare I am Full disturbed your scam jio District in UP is Etawah pin 206001, there is no Jio help service here. I am going away from Etawah daily and find the shops closed.

    @ParasmeSaurabh Network is good, but I will agree customer care is worse, I purchased Jio phone from Jio store and Jio store did not provide bill, so I asked @JioCare to give me on Twitter then did not give it, they said go back to store, I decided will never purchase anything from Jio store
