    @JioCare your mobile service interrupting daily. adress is near jila panchyat, sadhuram sewa kunj , surajpur district surajpur chhattisgarh pin497229 i have complaind many times. but no improvement., your ignorance is forcing to port number from jio to others.

    @JioCare @reliancejio kindly improve your 4G service in Bhatgaon, Ambikapur , chhattisgarh otherwise i have to change Network Provider.

    in my location(23.206769,82.768322) jio coverage is very low and speed of downloading is not more 100 to 200 KB per second so that is my issue please resolve it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio

    Reminder Day 56 @JioCare @reliancejio When will me issue be resolved. It's been 2 months. Can someone help with how to escalate my concern for refund. I have been mailing them daily but haven't got any proper resolution and my refund of 10k too🥲

    @JioCare airfiber conecton ws activtd on Aug12,from then it hasn't worked properly, opened a SR on 14, it ws only attended after 4days, it was closed thinking issue was resolved only to find that issue was back,hardly within 30mins, opened another ticket on 18& til not attended

    There is no network at all in Dandisahi, Mallikapur,Dasharathpur block of Jajpur district. Thousands are facing serious issues without internet and calling options. Please look into the matter urgently @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @OfficialJioTV Jio Air Fiber has to be one of the worst service providers. It is the 3rd day of wifi outage,Myjio app update keeps saying 4 hours. Yesterday customer care guy told in an hour it will be done. All lies, and no responsibility. Horrible service!

    I am experiencing a concerning issue. Nearly every night, between 1:00 AM and 2:30 AM,I receive calls from an unknown new number every time. When I attempt to call back, either no one answers or the person who does denies making the call Something unusual @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am looking for a internet service in my area and I also consulted your Jio store located at Wagholi Pune Maharashtra 412207. But they are not providing the connection and the reason they are mentioning is. Local vendor in my area will not allow them.
