After 4.5 days of delay, all my SRs were cancelled, yet you claim “no delay.” Then why was I repeatedly pleading on X for resolution? Yet u say there was “no delay”? If so, why did I raise 4 SRs? Please provide the pro-rata adjustments.

Whoever has designed your My Jio App and that system generated response on help line number has created a perfect recipe to trouble and painstakingly keep following Jio for help and support. It is nightmare. Your service is pathetic, your connection is never stable and you are never promptly available for help. Have been out of connectivity for hours with no one resolve.
