    in my location(23.206769,82.768322) jio coverage is very low and speed of downloading is not more 100 to 200 KB per second so that is my issue please resolve it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare your mobile service interrupting daily. adress is near jila panchyat, sadhuram sewa kunj , surajpur district surajpur chhattisgarh pin497229 i have complaind many times. but no improvement., your ignorance is forcing to port number from jio to others.

    @JioCare @reliancejio i've been facing internet Speed issue since last 2 months, mo no 9806102873 I hv tried to get this thing resolved by my jio app, but nothing got solved. My experience is so pathetic that i feel like throwing my phone. Plz look into it nd get this resolved

    Kindly reply @JioCare Your engineer has not even made an attempt for a visit and he has kept my complaint on hold by saying that no was there at the premises??? Where my Househelp and my mother have never left the house. This shows the level of incompetence of @reliancejio

    @JioCare It has now been more than 24 hours. I have contacted customer care several times, but every time I am told it will be resolved in "1–2 hours." Unfortunately, there has been no resolution.

    @JioCare Hello @Jiocare do you even check my private msg or you guys are foooling around. I am in urgent need good signal so that I can use jio service but guyz are playing private/ public msg only. I think if there is no network then provide free validity till there is proper network.

    Extremely poor service by Jio! There has been a total network blackout in the Sadullah Nagar Range for nearly 6 days now. Zero connectivity for calls, and data isn't working despite the 4G sign. Kindly resolve this at the earliest. @JioCare @reliancejio #JioDown

    @JioCare Ishveen ! Salute to your understanding 🫡 By travelling what I meant to highlight is that your network is bad at all the locations with low internet speed and frequent call drops.

    @JioCare My JioFiber/Wi-Fi has been non-functional for the last 5 days. I have been repeatedly raising complaints, but instead of resolving the issue, the technician visit is being rescheduled every single day @reliancejio Please resolve the issue immediately
