in my location(23.206769,82.768322) jio coverage is very low and speed of downloading is not more 100 to 200 KB per second so that is my issue please resolve it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare your mobile service interrupting daily. adress is near jila panchyat, sadhuram sewa kunj , surajpur district surajpur chhattisgarh pin497229 i have complaind many times. but no improvement., your ignorance is forcing to port number from jio to others.

Hi @JioCare, I am currently having @airtelindia SIM, on which I am unable to receive SMS. As customer care is not responding, I want to port it to Jio, but for porting, we have to receive message from 1901.but as incoming SMS are off, is there any way we can join @reliancejio?

@JioCare Engineer has been assigned 4 times in the past , but on the day of appointment he moves the appointment - and if you ask customer care they mention that customer only requested for rescheduling.I am receiving a standard reply from your side but not on date of installation

@JioCare I'm facing sms issues. Sending and receiving SMS works fine. But I do not receive SMS from some numbers(non replyable numbers). I have been facing this issue for past few years. Please note that I did not block any numbers.
