    in my location(23.206769,82.768322) jio coverage is very low and speed of downloading is not more 100 to 200 KB per second so that is my issue please resolve it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare your mobile service interrupting daily. adress is near jila panchyat, sadhuram sewa kunj , surajpur district surajpur chhattisgarh pin497229 i have complaind many times. but no improvement., your ignorance is forcing to port number from jio to others.

    Anybody else having problems with @JioCare internet connection? Mine goes off everytime it rains. The customer care would ask to restart the router but won’t raise a ticket. This is a never ending loop.

    @JioCare JioFiber complaint 13 August SR00002NEE0A was resolved only on 19 August after an unacceptable delay. Unfortunately, the service failed again, raised a new complaint on 27 August (SR00003F780R). It is still unresolved, and your technicians are unable to identify the actual fault.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am tired of the poor service by Jio. I have bought a static IP but it is not working. The customer care is also non supportive. Only standard replies and no call backs. Very poor experience with Jio.

    @reliancejio I paid ₹1200 for JioFiber relocation, but the request failed. I then paid another ₹1200 at the Jio Store, and the relocation was completed. The first 1200 is still not refunded. Please process my 1200 refund and share the complaint/SR number & refund timeline.

    @JioCare and the expected resolution/refund date. I have already been waiting for several days and have received multiple generic “wait” responses. Since the matter is now under detailed review, I need a specific timeline rather than an unspecified “soon.”

    Has anyone else experienced issues with Jio? Jio mobile seems to provide poor hotspot connectivity on laptops despite Good signal on mobile, while Jio broadband doesn’t allow Prime to play on the TV unless Prime subscription is purchased thru Jio. @amazonIN @JioCare @reliancejio
