    @JioCare your mobile service interrupting daily. adress is near jila panchyat, sadhuram sewa kunj , surajpur district surajpur chhattisgarh pin497229 i have complaind many times. but no improvement., your ignorance is forcing to port number from jio to others.

    in my location(23.206769,82.768322) jio coverage is very low and speed of downloading is not more 100 to 200 KB per second so that is my issue please resolve it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am currently using a Jio SIM that is not registered in my name. When I acquired the SIM, the shopkeeper sold the SIM in bulk under someone else's name.Currently, I am unable to complete the re-verification process please help me

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare I placed my order on 25 Jul and paid the same day, yet my connection is still not installed. I have already received two missed appointments (4 Aug & 6 Aug) with no engineer visit. This delay is making me question the quality of support after installation. (1/2)

    Hi @JioCare, I need help with my Jio prepaid number. Situation: - I'm currentlyin the UK. - My eSIM does not show network, so I have no working line. - I'm not receiving login OTPs, so I can't access MyJio. - When I try to recharge, the portal says it's a "non-Jio number."

    @JioCare @reliancejio Raised 2 MNP requests to port my number to Jio, received 2 confirmation calls, and scheduled doorstep delivery twiceโ€”yet NO ONE showed up. Extremely poor service quality for a brand like Jio before I've even joined the network. Kindly resolve this.

    Jio fiber since 10 days. Your cc kept on telling technician visit by tomorrow, since the day of complaint. Today is 7th day since the complaint raised, called your customer care more than 5 times. No action and no technician visit till date. Worst customer service. @JioCare
