    @JioCare your mobile service interrupting daily. adress is near jila panchyat, sadhuram sewa kunj , surajpur district surajpur chhattisgarh pin497229 i have complaind many times. but no improvement., your ignorance is forcing to port number from jio to others.

    in my location(23.206769,82.768322) jio coverage is very low and speed of downloading is not more 100 to 200 KB per second so that is my issue please resolve it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare complaint: I received the same refund-related message from Jio on 11/08/2026. However,despite the assurance provided by Jio,no refund has been credited and no satisfactory resolution has been provided to me even after several days. Kindly clarify what is meant by โ€œnext few daysโ€

    @reliancejio @reliancejiocare Paid โ‚น2,200 for Jio AirFiber on Aug 22. KYC was completed on Aug 28, but today is Sep 3 and installation is still pending. Money taken, service not provided. Please resolve this urgently or process my refund. #JioAirFiber what service is this ????(

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Service Request no SR00003FHYKT JioFiber has been frequently down since last week. Issue was marked as resolved without resolving. Why should my recharge money be wasted? Fix it NOW and compensate me for the downtime.

    @reliancejio 2/n After taking my payment and KYC, there was ZERO response regarding installation for nearly 2 weeks. When I finally contacted Jio to ask what was happening, instead of resolving the issue, you simply cancelled my request and initiated a refund. WHY?

    @JioCare @reliancejio applied for new a wifi connection and made payment of rs900on 27 Aug 26 and still not able to get it install when tried to connect with customer care they just say wait for next 24 hrs each time. Still waiting to get it install or cancelled.

Ticket SR00003F9QWR is just stuck in an endless bot loop with ZERO real human contact or engineer details.
