    @ExpressTechie @IndianExpress Doesn't matter! Search for "Jio 4G" here you'll find the facts. Just providing speed to customer & calculate % doesn't make it successful operator. Even #RelianceJio has worst support when it comes to solving customer issues! .@reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare very nice. You won't even listen to a complaint unless the customer has an active plan. When the customer recharges, you don't resolve. This has been going on for 2 months now

    @reliancejio hey what's up with your jio fibre? It's 100 mbps and for more than 2 hours it's down in dehradun. Is it ur usual thing? Giving high speed, charging for 6 months in advance and then no services at all, and it's been just 3 days of getting @reliancejio fibre @JioCare

    @reliancejio Boosting yourselves about a fake speed and fake stability. At the prime location in Hyderabad, your team unable to resolve a query with fibernet and asked me to request for cancellation. Very worst ever. Please don't go for jio fibernet connection.

    When you reach to customer care through voice help with clear step mentioned, it reach to mobile section always, they will redirect to Jiofiber, when you ask forward or call back to Manager, they will straight away say no such facility, email to jiocare, which is another waste
