    @JioCare your mobile service interrupting daily. adress is near jila panchyat, sadhuram sewa kunj , surajpur district surajpur chhattisgarh pin497229 i have complaind many times. but no improvement., your ignorance is forcing to port number from jio to others.

    in my location(23.206769,82.768322) jio coverage is very low and speed of downloading is not more 100 to 200 KB per second so that is my issue please resolve it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I already shared all details via DM 4 days ago. You said your team was “working on it.” Still NO call, NO technician & NO resolution. JioFiber has been down for over a MONTH. Stop asking for the same details repeatedly and FIX the issue. Very poor service.

    @JioCare Madarxhod mera wifi ka wiring/box change karo I can’t deal with this service outage every other day! And compensate me for all the days there was no internet!!

    @JioCare Bhavana, what's the status of SR00003C5U11? Did the support team finally found any time after 2.5+ months to work on my SR and found the right mahurat to release the refund which is my own money it is holding illegally beyond 14 days after return of the equipment.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Singrauli, MP (486889) Jio 5G has been COMPLETELY DOWN for 4 DAYS now. No service, no updates, no resolution. Hundreds of users affected. We are paying for 5G but getting ZERO network. This is a serious service failure. Reply ASAP with a solution! #Jio5G

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi, my brother's JioFiber has been down since yesterday (09/08) with red LOS light. His unresolved ticket was closed, which he has now managed to reopen. Could you pls look into this urgently? He is a student and needs the internet for his class. Thank U!
