@reliancejio My Jio Fiber number is + 33 35902386. 5 month running my Internet is not working. Have complained more than 20 times. The pathetic customer service continues. Please tell me how to disconnect the line and refund my security deposit.

@reliancejio @JioCare Your broadband service is so terrible that for the last 8 days I am facing permanent issues. Your Jio executives refused to write a complaint and are just postponing my problem. Jio promise to give 100mbps but the reality is they are not giving internet.

@reliancejio @JioCare I have been facing a undesirable network and internet issue past 30+days .And I registered a complaint against this in ur Jio helpline no. But My query hasn't solved yet. When I called ur customer again for this matter they give their own word. Behavior ❌

@JioCare I had raised complaint many times for this very low speed internet connection. But every time they said same reasons 'many users connected at the same time'-it's not a valid reason. Everyone pay recharge amount so make you should provide 4G internet speed to all not 2G.
