    Network issues with Jio network. Poor network strength here at Rajhara Baba street. Voice calls are cracking at other side. Sometime Network Bars disappear. Downloading- uploading hard task to do. Need more network towers to improve service.@reliancejio

    @JioCare Yday your representative came & assured me that what problem I was facing will not happen again. Even on phone some person is convinced me about they’ve resolved the issue. One must learn from you people how to gain Cùstomer @Airtel_Presence

    @sjatara They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    @JioCare I’ve been given the run around, and no one can explain to me why I have no service (unforeseen issues) and any ETA for resolution. Pro tip… hanging up on your customers is not exactly great customer support.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio @JioCare See screenshot. Internet connection is down - complaint raised on July 3rd gets "attended" after 8 days and gets closed falsely multiple times - this reflects how prompt your customer support is. Internet is down still. No appellate authority I can speak to.

    @JioCare I m having Jio fiber 30MBPS plan with STB. Since last few days I'm unable to watch live tv n tv shows on Sonyliv & DisneyHotstar.... With my personal subscription. I hv called customer service n she assure that will resolve issue with in 48hrs but nothing happens.
