    Network issues with Jio network. Poor network strength here at Rajhara Baba street. Voice calls are cracking at other side. Sometime Network Bars disappear. Downloading- uploading hard task to do. Need more network towers to improve service.@reliancejio

    @JioCare Jio is doing advertising for fiber, smart phone but what about the existing customers. It's almost more than 2 week I am facing slow network issue. I only have last chance to port other network. Resolution time mentioned by Jio 39 days. What should I do within this period?

    @JioCare your service just sucks....the only reason to choose @jio fiber is a bundled service of fiber and ott. Your level of support is already making me regret just for a month of service. Just shut things down if you cannot manage or support.

    @reliancejio @JioCare 61 days =》 internet disconnetion. 42 days =》 Device pick up. Still no information about money refund. Worst service.
