@JioCare @reliancejio my fibernet has been down since 12.00 noon of 06June2021. Calls to customer care have not helped in restoring the service. Every time I call, am informed the service will be restored in 2hrs. Service ID 2235530328

Dear @JioCare your network is not working in my area for past few days. I'll have to switch over to some other network. I can't even share @Speedtest screenshot because your network even fails to connect to server.

@JioCare Installed Jio Fiber, and it's been nothing short of disappointment. It stops working every other day, and despite numerous requests to call a technician, we just keep receiving an SMS which says technician has already arrived, although no one's ever visited. Very poor.

@reliancejio @JioCare your staff commits to an installation time and does not turn up. It was scheduled for Yesterday none turned up. Today none answer the call. If this is going to be the service response I’d rather cancel my booking.
