    Network issues with Jio network. Poor network strength here at Rajhara Baba street. Voice calls are cracking at other side. Sometime Network Bars disappear. Downloading- uploading hard task to do. Need more network towers to improve service.@reliancejio

    @JioCare This is really really disgusting. Still no response to my complaint. Its been almost 1 month but a small wire cut problem is not solved. Keep it up Team Jio. My 1 month recharge got expired without even using it. Such a terrible service

    @JioCare I am not using jio fiber. I am using jio prepaid network, still facing same problem after promising me that network wold be fine. You are charging 4G network and providing not even 3G speed.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare why did you deactivate my JioFi Sim? What kind of policy is this? Obviously whenever I need it, I will do the recharge, otherwise why would I waste money to keep it recharging? I need to reactivate it ASAP. Need help. #jio
