    Network issues with Jio network. Poor network strength here at Rajhara Baba street. Voice calls are cracking at other side. Sometime Network Bars disappear. Downloading- uploading hard task to do. Need more network towers to improve service.@reliancejio

    @JioCare I really disappointed with JioCare.Jio-Fi device stop working exactly in 1year.N Jio center is simply escaping to tell warranty is over 1day before. My question,is Jio selling low quality of products,which last long exactly one year to avoid warranty,not helping customer

    @JioCare I am using one Jio Postpaid connection since last 2years now I want to switch this into a pre paid connection. I have visited 2 jio care and jio store but none is taking it seriously, very bad and humiliating situation for a customer. Please help
