@JioCare I dont have his no. He visited on 10/10/22,pls check in your records to which engineer the work is assigned.Hope you maintained the data of monotering your employees @reliancejio.He always gives bad STB and same engineer visited to instal jio fibre in Feb22.rude attitude

Why jio network is so bed in some place including my house, without calling internet speed is 2G, but during a call the internet speed is stable good but i cut the call again speed reduce in 2G, why? Any solution in this problem then fixed. And you launche 5G haha. @reliancejio

@JioCare @JioCare my router is not working since 3 days. Today morning a technician visited at my location and repaired. But after 2 hours, again the same red light blinking problem occurs. I am experiencing the worst ever service by @reliancejio .
