    Network issues with Jio network. Poor network strength here at Rajhara Baba street. Voice calls are cracking at other side. Sometime Network Bars disappear. Downloading- uploading hard task to do. Need more network towers to improve service.@reliancejio

About made in china modem you just ignored my DMs & tweets; now when I have the right to receive a simple payment receipt in email, without your 10 page detailed bill in app but not presentable anywhere, again no response. What is your problem?

    @reliancejio Pathetic internet speed in Lalitpur (U.P.) Jio need to work on improving Internet speed to provide proper service to all users and retain customers. I am fedup with this.

    Worst customer service, by putting call on hold for more than half hour and then disconnecting the call automatically without listeningthe grievences ofthe customers. Really pathetic service @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare hi Data plan price hike. Data Speed is less . Monthly days 31 to cut down 28 day month. This is horrible services. Executive are foolish.only one sentence I am sorry to inconvenience. But never give solutions.
