    Network issues with Jio network. Poor network strength here at Rajhara Baba street. Voice calls are cracking at other side. Sometime Network Bars disappear. Downloading- uploading hard task to do. Need more network towers to improve service.@reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio No internet connection since last night and also nobody has even responded back after informing as well. Is this the kind of service you guys provide. Pathetic! It annoys me more as i cannot resume my work due to so laid back attitude from Jio.

    @reliancejio I would like to share a very pathetic customer service experience from jio I chatted today for my DND issues . Chat advisor Chitra,was not allowing me to reply and abruptly ended the chat . without giving proper resolution.

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence Agreed 2-3 messages a day is fine, but why do you send 40-50 all day? You are irritating a customer and forcing him to move to netwrorks like @JioCare

    This month it's not the first time it happens often but there is no proper response from the customer care end. Now I wish to change the network even for that they don't respond. @reliancejio

    @Akshat_World @JioCare most of time someone or the other tells me that they tried to reach me and it did not connect .. and latter I see in the messages about the missed call from them .. however there is no call in my mobile .. I know this is something you can fix .. thanks in anticipation
