@SUNIL7447 @reliancejio Same problem with me and almost similar response from the Jio representative. Not sure how much time they will take to resolve it and if unable to provide seamless connectivity then refund us for all upcoming plans in the state of denial of service clause.

@JioCare Please check you DM, FYI - daily they are confirming my appointment and daily they are not coming. Either you get the device picked or you start processing my refund money! This is certainly the worst I felt as a customer.

@JioCare I called ur customer service center multiple times even they are not sure when the issue will be resolved, at least communicate with ur customers promptly so that they can make other arrangements within time. This has seriously hampered my work 😡
