Network issues with Jio network. Poor network strength here at Rajhara Baba street. Voice calls are cracking at other side. Sometime Network Bars disappear. Downloading- uploading hard task to do. Need more network towers to improve service.@reliancejio

This is an urgent matter and @JioCare is not being helpful. I don't understand why would it take them a month to resolve the issue? Do you only care about adding new customers and not serving them at all?

Switched to @airtelindia from @reliancejio for better 4g service now I can say if Jio was slow than airtel is slowest. #Poor4G service by leading providers is opportunity for @BSNLCorporate but it seems indifferent to this. Hope BSNL revive itself with growing demand from market

@JioCare @reliancejio I converted my prepaid SIM to postpaid yesterday and added to child SIMs. I am facing theee problems. 1. I opted for 799 plan in which I was supposed to get 150 GB of internet but I got only 87 GB and 2. Billing cycle is showing 4 Nov instead of 17 Nov.

@JioCare it’s been more than 24 hours and my issue had not been resolved. My jiofiber is not working from yesterday and only red light is blinking. @reliancejio providing the worst service to their customers as no one is there to solve my problem.
