    @JioCare All team of jio care is sleeping .y complaint is pending to resolve from november 2021 . Amount is 1000 only and such a pathetic service of jio . Looting people money in the name of security and not refunded wven after 8 months

    Today 5 months continuous jio service is going very badly in our area(pin code:-731304). Despite repeated complaints, no solution is being found. We have recharged to get the service, but if we don't get the service then who is responsible? @KirenRijiju @AmitShah @JioCare

    @JioCare Can you tell me that what is your definition of Soon , if it is a month or year then I will follow up accordingly. Really really disappointed with the service. Soon should be a day or two how come it can be soo long??

    @JioCare 3 months is enough to resolve issues, team is much qualified, and that's the reason they don't know how to read mail and how resolution can be, simply robotic response. Shame on you

    @JioCare facing internet access issue and there is no proper response from Jio team. They are rescheduling engineer visit every day now fr last 3 days now.

    My jio app is not responding. I'm unable to launch the wifi settings tab on the app to change my password. No response after multiple times restarting the app. Need assistance Poor connectivity and really disappointed with Jio fiber service. @JioCare @reliancejio

    So after 4 months of facing worst network services from @reliancejio , finally Switched to @airtelindia . Hope to get better service
