    Network issues with Jio network. Poor network strength here at Rajhara Baba street. Voice calls are cracking at other side. Sometime Network Bars disappear. Downloading- uploading hard task to do. Need more network towers to improve service.@reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare y do u have conflicting confusing responses. First I ask nothing more than your policy 4, post paid internet outage lasting > 2 days, u mention about rebate and describe Relo Residual Bal of Rs.2160.69 that will be adjusted. Why won't reply to my simple query.

    @JioCare I am utterly frustrated with the persistent 12-hour outage and the misleading restoration timelines provided for the Jio Fiber in Kannauj UP. Kindly fix this issue ASAP.

    @JioCare 2/2 another slot!!! Why???? My complaint is OPEN and unattended. This is the lousiest response I have ever received. If you can't fix it, take your connection back. Enough of this BS that you dish out to customers. And if you have to call me, have someone speak to me in English!!

    @JioCare @DoT_India My complaint (SR000034KYMR) about weak 5G network in Sialtor near Islampur Bypass, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur (733202) was closed without resolution.Still facing poor network. Please take immediate action and resolve this issue permanently. Mobile: 7602656154
