    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Jio team, I request you to resolve network issue in MORBI-2 territory we active 4G plan and we get only 2G network speed all time . And also we talked with your service executive Ahmedabad branch but we could not get proper response.

    @Airtel_Presence But didn't show any tower work in your map. And no any service call from @Airtel_Presence so pls provide me any solution...if u don't solved my problem so pls inform I'm port my num in @reliancejio cozz coverage is good...so I'm clearly talk. But internet speed is not good in jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing very low speed since my last recharge ,phone care support having very rude behaviour.i want internet speed&if you can not provide than change jio4g to jio 2g.i feel very disappointed from your customer care service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been over 15 days. Every time I call customer support, your executives acknowledge the network outage, yet there's still no restoration. You're sending billing reminders but not resolving the issue. Completely unacceptable.

    @JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI My Jiofiber has been down for 3 days. I’ve raised a complaint and called support 7 to 8 times, but you keep rescheduling the technician. Now it’s been pushed to 10 PM! This is unacceptable. Please resolve this ASAP.

    @JioCare The service request is resolved with explanation technical concern resolved at your end. This is third time the request is closed with same explanation but issue is recurring.

    @JioCare @JioCare, did Sudhanshu just pass his keyboard to Habiba to hit Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V? Day 5 of an outage and instead of giving a real update or answering the question, your team just spams the exact same scripted reply with a different name at the end. #JioCare #CustomerServiceFail
