    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing very low speed since my last recharge ,phone care support having very rude behaviour.i want internet speed&if you can not provide than change jio4g to jio 2g.i feel very disappointed from your customer care service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio One of the worst customer service. I have made a request for disconnection of jio fibre service as I am relocating to a different city. Service has been disconnected but from last 15 days nobody from jio is coming to pick the devices router and setup.😡

    @JioCare I don't have any problem to watch ott apps on my smart TV where all ott apps r working fine.. But ppl should know that what #JioFiber is doing with consumer to sell their products n it should be published in Media also. So will further waiting for ur response on @jagograhakjago

    @k04197 @JioCare With just three mobile service operators left in India. The operators should now only focus on quality of service which unfortunately they r not doing. Vi had almost shut down, if the Government had not intervened. It is sad they have taken customers for granted

    @JioCare I know you guy won't relocate. The same thing was told by those guys from JioFiber.They said you all just fool your customers and never assist them with relocation.And stop showing fake assistance and repeating same thing like parrots or cockatoos. I am done with this connection.

    @JioCare What rubbish!!!! Stop bluffing! Few days back JioFiber guys installed connection at our location. Our office relocated to the building right next to our old address and you are saying service is not available there? I have already sent you guys the screenshot of the availability

    @JioCare @reliancejio been a jiofiber customer for last 2 years and solely dependent on it for my online sessions..since yesterday morning my router has stopped working..talking to customer care only results in new request id being formed..no resolution..can you please help!!
