@JioCare @reliancejio Hi Jio team, I request you to resolve network issue in MORBI-2 territory we active 4G plan and we get only 2G network speed all time . And also we talked with your service executive Ahmedabad branch but we could not get proper response.

@JioCare from last three days my jio fiber was not on working condition .Instead of positively resolving the issue jio customer care was busy on giving consolation .They were not raising my complain to Noida team to resolve issue on time.

Today I called @JioCare and asked the customer care executive to transfer the call to the senior and he replied that they are taught not to transfer the calls to the senior. Is this the etiquette @reliancejio is providing to its employees?? Very disrespectful 😠🤬
