All i get is endless excuses 3 days, 7 days, 3 months, 4 months. Heavy user, temporary issue, busy hours. Everything except actually fixing the network.😡

SHAYAN (@SHAYANAKHT90282) reported@JioCare I’m not living in a jungle with dense vegetation. 🤦 Just 500m away, Jio internet works perfectly, but at my hostel it drops to ~2 Mbps. The hostel has many more users now, so this clearly looks like network congestion. Please investigate traffic/load.

Last month my service showed as suspended, yet I received another bill today. I will not pay charges for 2 months caused by your failure to deactivate the service. Deactivate immediately!
