@JioCare @reliancejio Hi Jio team, I request you to resolve network issue in MORBI-2 territory we active 4G plan and we get only 2G network speed all time . And also we talked with your service executive Ahmedabad branch but we could not get proper response.

@JioCare @reliancejio I am facing very low speed since my last recharge ,phone care support having very rude behaviour.i want internet speed&if you can not provide than change jio4g to jio 2g.i feel very disappointed from your customer care service.

@reliancejio @JioCare This is too much ,facing third class service and irresponsible behaviour .when I tried after 3-4 relocation requests got rejected so I raised a new jio fiber connection request ,immediately got call from local team share location and they said yes

@reliancejio @JioCare It been more than 6M @reliancejio is least bothered with my concern which has been sent many time on mail as well regarding my relieving letter for social media. Kindly look into my issue. Consider my issue. Also many time I have sent mail to Isaac/Sana HR.

Hello I’ve a Complaint&suggestion to @JioCare @reliancejio where for Jio Prepaid mob users get voice rcding msg that the plan is gng to expire in few days and it’s starts frm almost a week ahead. This is unnecessary and in urgent situations will be risky for customers.
