@JioCare @reliancejio Hi Jio team, I request you to resolve network issue in MORBI-2 territory we active 4G plan and we get only 2G network speed all time . And also we talked with your service executive Ahmedabad branch but we could not get proper response.

In addition -Dear Customer, With reference to Service Request no SR00001GDS9R, your request could not be completed as the Jio service engineer did not get access to your premises. They are putting this as excuse while declining the complaint. @reliancejio @JioCare
