@JioCare @reliancejio Hi Jio team, I request you to resolve network issue in MORBI-2 territory we active 4G plan and we get only 2G network speed all time . And also we talked with your service executive Ahmedabad branch but we could not get proper response.

@JioCare Hi, if your team can't provide fiber service after taking the money,then kindly say on face that we can't give service. Booked and paid money for fiber connection, but engineer visit is rescheduling every day. Worst experience.

@JioCare Again no response even after days now. I've submitted all requisite docs - Aadhar, Pancard and Police Complaint. I have not even been given a unique complaint number, even after asking. How long am I supposed to wait for my KYC correction and a replacement SIM? Kind attn @TRAI
