@JioCare @reliancejio I am facing very low speed since my last recharge ,phone care support having very rude behaviour.i want internet speed&if you can not provide than change jio4g to jio 2g.i feel very disappointed from your customer care service.

@JioCare @reliancejio I shifted from another service provider to Jio and within very first day the internet is down. And there is no support available to fix the issue. It has been 3 hours. Pathetic! Seems like I made a wrong decision.

Worst service by @reliancejio. My Jio fibre is not working since yesterday, I tried calling the customer care but no one answered. Also I am not able to schedule a technician visit via my jio app. @airtelindia is much better atleast we are able to raise a complaint. @JioCare

@RVCJ_FB In my area @airtelindia is best And @JioCare is worst even if you call them they will tell you that there is havey trafic on your area that's why speed is slow and they don't know when it will fixed now the trafic is our problem
