  @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Jio team, I request you to resolve network issue in MORBI-2 territory we active 4G plan and we get only 2G network speed all time . And also we talked with your service executive Ahmedabad branch but we could not get proper response.

  @reliancejio My service experience was very unsatisfactory. I lodged a complaint on May 10, 2026, which remains unresolved. The ticket is currently held, preventing me from contacting customer care to arrange the disconnection.

  @reliancejio @JioCare Jio network in my area is totally fail. There is no proper internet service, the speed is like 2G. That too works on the availability of electricity if electricity is not there than there will be no network, even i am trying from last 5 hours to post this
