@JioCare I went to buy postpaid add on sim and the person is giving only new sim and charged 600 for it. I have compained on twitter dm and there is no solution. More than a week already. Even jio is involved in this fraud.

@JioCare Am still waiting patiently for you to respond to my DM’s . Maybe I should put the issue on public platform rather than through DM’s as you seem to be too busy to respond to DM’s ? Both #Airtel & #Jio seem to be poaching on customers, but the service is pits in both ! 🤬

@UIDAI if some one lost mobile and kept Biomatrics off than @JioCare want to take existence no is difficult because he lost sim and does not have OTP facility to unlock biometric in @UIDAI have no solution asking to take new number update with adhar than with new no unlock

Extremely disappointed with @JioCare's customer service! No internet for two days, yet no calls from the service team or customer service. Scheduled appointment for today between 3-4 PM, no one showed up until I called at 6:30 PM.

@ACTFibernet , I raised the complaint (SR10267538288954) five hours ago, and the team is still not responding. This is not how you solve customer problems. JIO is far better than your service. @reliancejio Please respond to me ASAP.
