    @reliancejio I was jio card holder till yesterday .. now I have switched to another service It is highly unfortunate that 9:26 am my services are closed and I am going to suffer a lot till my new connection start Always declare recharge expiry date

    @JioCare Again you are not answering my question as per your routine practice for diverting the main point. You please give me answers what is the TAT as per company’s policy to resolve the complaint and who are the responsible for delaying the resolution. Please don’t divert the point.

    @JioCare My issue is resolved but if you have to factory reset your setup box everytime than their is a headache for consumer. Kindly resolve this from you end so that in future it does not repeat again Thanks

    @JioCare 6th day passed and still Complain No. SR0000375MSR not resolved. #malafideintension. Please tell me whether you people are interested to resolve the problem or i have to switch the connection.

    Dear JioFiber, the internet has been extremely slow and frequently shows "Connected, No Internet." What's more frustrating is the repeated restoration messages with new timelines every few hours. Please focus on fixing the issue instead of extending ETAs. #JioFiber @JioCare

    @JioCare Since a week i am facing extremely poor internet problem despite having 5G plan. Speed is so low, internet almost not working. Why so? Until few days ago interney was smooth and good. But since a week, its very poor. #jio #poorinternet
