    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio We provided you all details in dm but still not resolved my issue, I’m unable to access websites from your network from last 12+ hours , a lot of websites also not working from your network on @OVHcloud_FR , from other provider it’s working fine

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare You have the worst Jio Fiber relocation service on the planet. Your engineers doesn't relocate & cancel/reschedule relocation each time becoz they have targets to complete for new connection. So, they avoid relocation I am so frustrated becoz of it.

    Not only we did not find a solution but my parents were falsely pressurised to close the complaint & many a times company closed our complaint without our consent @JioCare. We are tired of following up with @reliancejio , in spite of paying full amount of the last 2 months

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio there is no other issue the main thing is when power cuts the internet become very slow and single bar decreases also Just correct your electric connection or add some other sources of power supply like batteries in nearest Tower which is near my house

    Also the representative are very rude and not interested in listening or registering the complaint. They are straight saying no for return even when I am telling them that they didn't send the Engineer. I am hoping Jio will look into this. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Thanks to @ViCustomerCare for offering me ur garbage service now it's time to say goodbye after calling hundred times to your executive from last 60 days still my issue was not addressed now m porting @reliancejio Dhanyawad to Supernet 4g 🙏
