    @JioCare 48 hrs after logging ticket Jio Fiber assigns some one to work on it who will visit after 72 hrs . I think this kind of service no one can give other than reliance in the world .

    @reliancejio @JioCare Service Request No. SR000038740V This has been an extremely poor and disappointing service experience. The engineer visit was scheduled between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, but the assigned engineer has now switched off his mobile phone and is unreachable.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, your systems are completely broken and trapping my money! My STB installation tech was a no-show, but my service is now blocked cause I didn't give an OTP before the tech even arrived. Plus, the "Reschedule" button has vanished from the app

    Dear JioFiber Team, I am extremely disappointed with the service. My JioFiber internet connection has been disconnected twice within a single month due to unknown reasons. This is causing major inconvenience and affecting my work. @JioCare
