@JioCare Even after a month of connection disconnected and several followups with customer care, no one turned up to take the devices back and give my money. Already got looted with cheating offers from you and yet another way of cheating. Not expected from jiofiber atleast.

@reliancejio @JioCare Your JioFiber customer support team is extremely unhelpful. The Jio Fiber connection has been down since July 2nd, with no resolution so far; Jio keeps billing with no service. No resolution, No one picks up calls on the appellate authority number.

@JioCare plz care for connection. For more then 20days my connection is down. My 12 monthly recharges give trust to recharge for 6 months. No one's replies to email, manager's mobile is off. Connection given is Arial fiber. Thanks @ACTFibernet for fast new connection. @PGPortal.

@JioCare SR00001C6U4E can you tell me the status of above SR. It was raised on 13th July, 2022. The said SR was raised by your officer on duty for attending customer care number. He informed me that you will receive call from the concerned office within 48 hours. Today is 20th July.
