Ultimately poor customer care services from reliance jio. "I have done on my recharge on Oct 30 and the amount was deducted and I haven't received the recharge amount for the number"They are not able to resolve the issue which was reported on Oct 30 @JioCare #poorcustomerservice

@JioCare @veeram3100 Please check your area for Jio connectivity before porting in. I am with Jio since a long time but our new place has very poor connectivity which they admit and we are still awaiting a resolution since weeks !

Hi @reliancejio I have been to your store to convert my sim from prepaid to postpaid but the service representative’s are rude and arrogant. Never expected such service from your end. Kindly take necessary action to handle such issues. #jio

Dear @RailWireIndia if your staff don't know how to solve customer problem them why are you providing customer services to the people just to show off.if you don't know then learn it from @reliancejio and @airtelindia how they provide service. All local staffs are full of lie .
