    @JioCare Hey—when exactly are you guys going to address this concern? I’ve raised a ticket so many times, yet nothing seems to make sense, and I’m getting absolutely no resolution to the issue. I’m going to switch providers now—unless you guys on the JioFiber Plus team provide an update.

    @JioCare No you guys don't understand its been 4+ days but internet is not yet ready it was my mistake to trust jio for Fibre if you cannot ready the connection please refund my amount with interest so I can switch my network immediately. You guys are not capable enough to solve a problem

    @JioCare I have recently installed JioFiber my wifi is getting disconnected every now and then after complaining 100 times also no one from jio came to check the problem

    @ItsRk235 @airtelindia @reliancejio Dont switch to jio airfiber. They jave one of the worst service ever. My internet is down from 1week and they are simply opening multiple tickets without proper resolution

    @JioCare @jio No internet for 4 days. No response on DM, email or calls. Technician gave temporary fix, issue repeated again. This is negligence. Either fix today or disconnect with refund. SR000033RJN3. Chennai.
