I raised a new complaint ID SR00003BAUYF supposed to be attend by 4pm, didn’t happen. Pls fix this urgently!

Sonali dalal (@Sonalidala15136) reported@Sharmi907 @airtelindia The same happened to my brother while he was abroad. Despite a valid IR pack, he couldn't contact anyone. He later switched to @reliancejio and has been using it for all his international trips without any issues. I'd recommend getting a Jio SIM for international travel.

Ashwani Singh (@itzzash_) reported(POST 1/3) @JioCare, it's been 1 month since I got Jio AirFiber, and I'm still not getting the promised speed. 4–6 complaints and multiple engineer visits later, the only response is, "RSI/tower issue, it'll be fixed in 3 days." It's been a month. Nothing has changed.
