    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio, There is no Jio network and no internet service in Vill- Khoja Nagla distt- Muzaffarnagar(UP). We are unable to make calls receive OTP use mobile data. There is only one small Jio tower in village, which is not sufficient to provide proper coverage

    @blazikenaravind That's nothing new. They always have service issues. I got fed up with it a long time ago when I was in UK so I switched to @JioCare Since then, the network has been flawless on IR

    Hi @reliancejio , I ported my number from Idea to Jio and received the new SIM, but activation through WhatsApp and IVR fails, showing an incorrect ICCID error. I have contacted customer care multiple times without a proper resolution. Kindly DM and assist.
