    @reliancejio I recharge my number by using jiomart cashback which was not successful but cashback was dedicated. It was not refunded. I call many time to 199 198 1991 but not find any option to talk with your representative. Please help. Improve your service

    @reliancejio Recently purchased 1999 plan with Jiophone - feature phone. Very disappointed with its performance. It takes a few seconds to load messages and contacts. Font size in messages needs magnifying glass. Why do you offer such cheap poor quality phone? Bad for your rep.

    @JioCare filled a complaint 2 days ago no one came to resolve it !! Only mails are coming regarding an executive is scheduled bt one is coming to home to resolve #jiofibre @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice

    @JioCare in these COVID times, why do I have to visit the store for a duplicate sim? All details can be easily verified on phone. When credit cards are sending the cards by courier, I don’t understand what is JIOs problem? You are calling customers to your centre for what?

    @JioCare Jio internet is not working since last few days, it’s very slow. I tried to reach Jio support through chat but they are not able to help on it. Kindly take immediate action to resolve it ASAP.
