Now this has caused a serious problem as I need an unlimited data connection as I work full time and rely on the internet high speed data connection for the whole day.

Help me with what to do? I have a raised a complaint on jio customer care and all they did was give a complaint number and no refund

...... (@lmaodedman) reported@JioCare The issue is not about 5g,4g. Even 4g doesn't works. The network goes completely off when someone calls and then I get a message that I missed a call. Such issues are very common and happen 5-10 times a day.
