Your engineers are lazy and demanding money in the name of getting a new connection instead of changing the part that is not working. Since 5 days your service is not working. Raised service request but there is no engineer in the sight. All they do is keep promising new things. I had been promised of rent rebate. That is also not given for one month of loss in the internet because of your service issue. This is really bad and i would never advise anyone to buy jio air fiber or jiohome services. Worst possible service that you guys have.

Abhijeet アビジート (@Abhikau04787027) reported@JioCare @reliancejio really sucks in Bangalore! Absolute **** network. If you're in a building, forget getting anything above 2 to 3 mbps. Even vi works in buildings where jio fails.... I'm seriously thinking porting to @airtelindia
