    @JioCare I had a wfh plan activated, for which i have exhausted my data plan. So I did another wfh recharge after that. However the other recharge is still not activated. Pleas help ke with this

    @JioCare Using jio fiber& it is down since yesterday,no body give satisfactory reply. Don't use jio fiber they are big co.dont care for user. My mobile 9810071732

    @JioCare Facing major issues in my 100 mbps plan where I find it difficult to even open my 10 kb file but on the other hand everything works smoothly on my local 25 mbps plan.. Makes me want to switch back from Jio to local net.

    @JioCare NO0000IL10OU. This is the order number currently assigned but the technician called and said he can't process our connection. Almost 2 to 3 teams came, checked and left in the past 3 months. I don't need refund. I need connection. Please help me!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio fiber...connection is worst...rs.699 / plan. 1st introductory month is superb, once you become their customers after paying 1st bill...now problem started...slow connection ...sm time no link bla bla..when u complain, they forcing to upgrade plan

    @reliancejio Hi jio team I am facing network single so I am unable to do call and receive any call from to last one month ,I had already done complaint on 198 jio coustomer care but still not getting any response by jio so now I am Stop the service with jio.

    At least offer any solution or advice regarding the same. All of them are asking to stay on hold & then cutting off the call & sending a system generated rating text. Therefore after multiple attempts I'm here mentioning you. Do reply (3/3). @JioCare
