    One of the worst service and worst employees are working in madanapalle Today one employee came and he done something for to give new connection and because of his reckless work 6 families lost the network Even we are saying network lost also he won't listened @JioCare

    @JioCare What if the engineer refuses to fix the issue again? This has already happened—previously, the ticket was simply closed after two days without restoring my service, or the engineer refused to proceed. If the connection is eventually restored

    @JioCare But why harass people that you will deactivate the sim? And 3 calls a day? I don’t face such issues with Airtel

    Totally unfair & unacceptable! I raised a service request on 18 Aug. Technician visits promised for 19 Aug (10–11 AM, then 6–7 PM)—but nobody visited or even called. I took leave from office and waited all day. Now you’re asking me to wait until 21 Aug! @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio the network service are worst. Irrespective of postpaid plan, when ever I travel via train, the network goes pathetic. Even 4G does not responds. Rest people in the train with other network like Airtel and VI enjoy seamless speed. A big WHY to the company.

    @JioCare , I book jio air fiber, guy came to register even i paid amount to jio website as he said for welcome offer 807 but after that no communication or or technician visit or update on installation; please help, not able to connect contact support via toll free
