  @JioCare I had a talk with your advisor, and they clearly told ‘There is no such policy’. So I have decided to lodge a legal consumer forum complaint for this loophole from such a big company. We are billed full amount yet not refunded / extended for disrupted days.

  @JioCare Where are the rains in hyderabad? From last 24hrs not a single drop. Fake excuses. We need to work and pausing the work more than 2hrs is not possible so immediately assign a engineer to fix it.

  There is a Reliance Jio tower on one side of the hill near our village, but Jio network coverage is unavailable on the other side, where around 80% of the villagers live. This causes serious connectivity problems, especially for people who live in the city and face difficulties when they return to the village. We request Reliance Jio to please resolve this coverage issue. Otherwise, many villagers are porting their SIMs to other networks.... @reliancejio @JioCare
