    @JioCare @DoT_India @rsprasad @OfficeOfRSP @reliancejio , having tragedy in city place. Signal strength is very low even call can't connected, can't use Internet, pls look at the problem and rectify as soon as possible.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber My jio fiber internet is not working, instead of many attempts to diaognise using myjio app it failed and even tried to rename the the wifi name checked following agents intructions even that didnt work, help me raise service request to resolve.

    .@reliancejio @JioCare The most unprofessional company in terms of customer care. The care is just in the name and in actual jio doesn’t care 2 hoots about customer. Only when you guys want to sell new connections you are after our lives and then vanish into thin air. Useless..

    @JioCare Every time we hear that our backup team is trying to fix the problem but till now some problems have not been fixed, one team is saying 24 hours and the other team is saying 7 days.

    @JioCare Listen I’m stuck in this loop only. The issue here is technician is not visiting since the past 10 days. Don’t just schedule mark it on a priority basis and do escalate it on higher team. You have just scheduled it. This is not the solution
