@JioCare There is communication gap between jio and internal team to misguide to customer.I have existing fiber connection, when I was taken connection that time sale person told me no need to pay for extra money to transfer existing connection,now saying take new connection

@JioCare Problem is we don’t want to be your data collection source- would you be able to share your improvement approach and measures- there are so many blind spots in and around OMR. Sometimes it’s embarrassing to not be able to make a digital payment due to very poor network.

What an Irony,Just three blocks down I have Jio Workstation in Pali Rajasthan PIN 306401 and even then they couldn't provide me #JioFibre connection as they say they dont have service line near me. Like Are you seriously kidding about the speedy service? @JioCare @reliancejio
