    @JioCare @DoT_India @rsprasad @OfficeOfRSP @reliancejio , having tragedy in city place. Signal strength is very low even call can't connected, can't use Internet, pls look at the problem and rectify as soon as possible.

    @JioCare Hi my jiofi number 9142962604, the validity is till 25th September 2021. But from last 3-4 days every day morning I find the data is zero without any usage. Please check the issue on priority. Unable to use it.

    @reliancejio Good Day Jio. It's now 2 years... but still Jio Fiber not available in my area... There is Jio tower next to my house.. I don't know why fiber service not available Can you please check .. I am eagerly waiting for Jio fiber service Thank you !

    @JioCare I trusted the Jio most and recommend many of my family and friend if this kind of service you are giving then I think I made a mistake taking Jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare you jiofiber expansion is worst. my home is just 700m away from jiofiber box but still even after 1 year ,the connection has not moved to our area.your representative are also saying that I should go with Airtel as jio process of expansion is very slow.

    @JioCare because of your poor jiofiber speed, I cant use my ott apps & this ruined my weekend. My pincode is 382481 and I live in GalaHaven ahmedabad. Can you please help me with this @airtelindia. I want to port. Tell me if you can put a new connection today itself.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst customer service ever. Got a new fibre connection. Paid for it. No one coming for installation since 3 days. Appointment getting rescheduled on it’s own. You give depression to people with Jio Fibre service. You owe me 30k and new mental peace.

    @JioCare hi team, In my area the network is terrible. Unable to attain the online classes & even normal internet operation. Recharged for entire year& most importantly m staying in central location of Puri town,odisha.Terrible network coverage here. Take immediate action on this.
