    @JioCare @DoT_India @rsprasad @OfficeOfRSP @reliancejio , having tragedy in city place. Signal strength is very low even call can't connected, can't use Internet, pls look at the problem and rectify as soon as possible.

    I only receive automated messages asking me to follow steps instead of connecting me to a real customer care executive. This is extremely frustrating and is affecting my work badly. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP and arrange proper customer support. @reliancejio @JioCare @Jio

    Experiencing worst customer care from @jiocare in Shivamogga. Jio Airfiber order accepted and payment received but no installation after 6 days. Not able to cancel as well.

    @vodafone If you are planing to exit India do share the notification your charging monthly but no network in my office cabin beside @JioCare with Sim is ok Ok network at least can take call but on Vodafone have to leave the cabin just for a talk

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Bandwidth alone does not indicate a healthy internet connection. Stability, latency, and jitter are equally important. At least your support team should have some basic knowledge about this.
