@dot @JioCare Network coverage is too bad in my Area(Bangalore) last 1years. Several complaints send by me to jio but problem still persist. Data speed lower than 2G.. today & yesterday i tried to calling to my friends its unable to connect., even for @reliancejio also

@JioCare Hi I have been calling customer care people for increase the feasibility for the location which I stay but they respond we are not responsible for that . I and my family and friends are using same Jio network.they say that we don't have feasibility.

@reliancejio I am receiving1-2 bars of network and low internet speeds in my region. The internet speed increases somewhat at night when everyone is asleep. But throughout the day it's really poor. Your competitors are doing really well in terms of service. You're disappointing!

Want to move from @reliancejio to any #network. Trying since 3days, yet unsuccessful. Two of the @Airtel outlets says there’re no sims or the network is down. And @VodafoneIN outlets have been closed down since 3 days. Searching in this summer for porting the number is #hell!!

Dear @JioCare your service centre procedure is pathetic. Let them accept phones for repair, check it then call, no issues. But, here they make us wait, they take a handset of 1 person, take his own sweet time to check, then next person, repeat..there is no log either or q system

Weird how Jio dongles work only for the first 2-3 hours in Dalhousie, Kolkata, whereas Airtel works well for the entire market hours. It’s a connectivity issue rather than data expiry issue. @JioCare

Very frustrated by less than 64kbps speed during power cut (More than 3 hours) in my location. Customer care tell that due to insufficient electric supply during power cut may affect internet speed, but Jio is big company they have to arrange generators for overcome. @JioCare
