    Iam not able to retrieve the invoice for my last year's recharge. @reliancejio app is only allowing me to check for last 6 months recharge history. And I am not getting an option to talk to customer care to sort this out. @JioCare @reliancejio please help me out?

    @reliancejio I stay in central part of Bangalore and there is no network at my home. Very bad coverage.I hardly get one of two calls that too when i am standing near the window side in a perticular spot.Please help me resolve this.We have three numbers at home n have same problem

    Dear Sir,@MukeshAmbani @reliancejio @JioCare Since last 15-20 day I'm facing weak network even my device having 5 network bars And the main thing is It's in BANGLORE (T.Dasarahalli). I've 13 times contacted with customer care executives. But. No_use!

    @JioCare facing terrible mobile network issues & call drops from past 7 days at several locations across Bengaluru. You maybe upgrading your network to support 5G, you should not drop quality of current services. Kindly look into the issue.

    @reliancejio I had booked the new porting request from my jio app on sat.your exe. called me on Sunday to take delivery. I said, Sunday do not disturb me and pls come on working day.he used rude words on me saying he has sales tgt.Totally pathetic service.@DoT_India

    Worst experience with Jio Fibre complained and assigned a technical guy to visit by 7 pm. He didnot and managed to delink the tracking link. Contacting again it is scheduled next day. Wait now is 24 hours. Not even an apology. Should I seek a rival service? @JioCare @reliancejio

    Worst experience with @reliancejio Booked and paid in advance for installation and 6months package for #JioFiber and till now after multiple follow-ups, no one showed for installation.

    @reliancejio my active number to which Friend and family call says “number does not exist” well one of the worst .. also every time I am On a call network strength goes from worst to dust “0” calls fails.. is this what u mean by revolution?? Dead jio

    @JioCare For the last 3 months your Authorize nearer team has been denying a new order saying “material not available.” My refund amount stayed blocked for months without any proper response, I booked Jio AirFiber for my education and work, but never got the service or benefit from it.

    @JioCare Thanks for action on this after multiple follow ups. The SR raised states resolution by 16 May. I have paid for jio fiber on 6May, why I have to wait till 16? I have paid amount on 6, not availing services till date, will jio pay interest on my money which they parked on 6?

    @reliancejio @JioCare what is wrong with your internet connectivity? My wifi has been down since morning. Your helpline says highlight kar denge, makes us wait 15-20 minutes on a call, but does not arrange an engineer visit. Get this resolved ASAP!!! #Jio #badcustomerservicejio
