    Why @reliancejio not having any customer care executive people? I wanted to talk to customer executive to resolve my issues with jio network. When I tried reaching out with the helpline number, it makes me wait for long duration and disconnects. Any reasons @reliancejio ?

    @JioCare It's not about speed, or anything intermittent. It's a complete outage from last 16 hours. Please give me local area manager number. I will try to call him as you must not be having any info

    @JioCare Hi, I paid ₹1200 for intracity relocation of my broadband service. Could you please confirm if this amount is a one-time installation/shifting charge, or will it be credited/adjusted in my account?

    JioFiber service down for the past 1 week. Service engineer visit always gets put on hold. I have rescheduled the visit 3 times. Never seen such pathetic service. Atleast allow the customer to connect to customer care, NO! No accountability whatsoever. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare is highly incompetent with the worst customer service ever. My old grandparents have no wi-fi connection since over a week now, and Jio customer care keep giving false promises of sending over a technician. Nobody has come to fix the issue since over 1 week

    @JioCare @JioCare and now today received a call from your side that you booked for new connection for jioairfiber are you trying to manipulate the customer @JioCare if I have already raised issue for refund than why this happened instead of getting refund !

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioAirFiber Order NO0001DJKDRQ was scheduled on 19 May for installation on 23 May but has now been put on hold with a generic wiring issue reason. JioAirFiber service is already active in my area with 350 Mbps plus speed available.

    @jio_fiber @reliancejio @JioCare My jio airfiber is not working properly from last 5 days. I have been calling to jio customer care no for a round 5 but it's giving automated response. Look into it as early as possible
