    Why @reliancejio not having any customer care executive people? I wanted to talk to customer executive to resolve my issues with jio network. When I tried reaching out with the helpline number, it makes me wait for long duration and disconnects. Any reasons @reliancejio ?

    @JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

    @reliancejio It's like @reliancejio is slowly going towards the primitive era, 4G-3G-2G and at the end 0G. #Jio service is very pathetic & every time customer care have the same excuses, so many users are using at the same time and it's temporary issues which has lasted now >1 year @JioCare
