    @JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

    Why @reliancejio not having any customer care executive people? I wanted to talk to customer executive to resolve my issues with jio network. When I tried reaching out with the helpline number, it makes me wait for long duration and disconnects. Any reasons @reliancejio ?

    @JioCare The problem is inside the home. Water is coming from wire and now sparks are coming out and it the wire and router has burnt and now we are calling in jio service than no one is coming they are only giving excuses that they will come. We have called them many times.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear Customer, we regret to inform you that installation of your JioFiber connection with Order No. NO0001EGDPN4 is delayed due to technical reasons. This was masg from tue still no action. Request to extend support to resolves. Amravati, Maharashtra

    Dua kariye ki apke #JioFiber mein kabhi koi problem na aaye, jis din problem aa gayi, apko Jio ke customer support aur service ki aukaat dikh jayegi. You can't contact them. The only option left will be to vent your frustration on social media. @JioCare @reliancejio 😡😡

    @JioCare pathetic service when I was complaining no one came to resolve. Now post raising disconnection request getting calls to retain. Please process disconnection and collect your device
