    @JioCare @JioCare 2. I have faced serious losses due to poor services from Jio. When I requested compensation, I was informed by your team that the "Jio fiber policy" doesn't allow Jio to pay compensations to their customers. Kindly initiate the disconnection at the earliest. (2/2)

    @JioCare Pathetic customer service. I paid for my fibre connection 2 weeks ago but still nobody is coming to set up the router. I have literally called the technicians 20 times but to no avail. I request you to look into the matter and help me.

    @JioCare @reliancejio - Its been 2 days since I raised connectivity issue. No technician visited. Call support was horrible. They are deliberately disconnecting call after they could not provide any assistance. Support Request number - SR0000196PHJ. Horrible support experience!!

    @ViCustomerCare is solved my issue when i ported to #jio.what is this ? i ported to jio but @JioCare network too much slow i was complaining since last 6 month but no support my whole villagers has this problem what can i do my whole work is online broadband is not available.
