@JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

Why @reliancejio not having any customer care executive people? I wanted to talk to customer executive to resolve my issues with jio network. When I tried reaching out with the helpline number, it makes me wait for long duration and disconnects. Any reasons @reliancejio ?

@JioCare #jiofiber I am unable to get service in heart of the city in indore.. Why cable laying is delayed too much?? Jio representatives also non supportive when taken up with them after submitting online enquiries many times.. They are closing the query without working on it.

@Airtel_Presence is very bad at resolving their customer issues. Their internet speed is worst and when you raise a request it remains pending beyond the resolution date. I will urge everyone to switch to other network @reliancejio will be good to start.
