Then on 10th april 2026 my booking was cancelled by you people. From 10 april I am pleading for my refund of 2200. Plz help.

I raised service request SR00002KLLQQ but engineer didn't come or call and it is still down. Please escalate and fix it ASAP. If not I won't be paying the bill and will disconnect.
