    Why @reliancejio not having any customer care executive people? I wanted to talk to customer executive to resolve my issues with jio network. When I tried reaching out with the helpline number, it makes me wait for long duration and disconnects. Any reasons @reliancejio ?

    @JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

    @JioCare Visited, 2 stores in nearby area as number owner is bed ridden and no support by store to come at home to do kyc. Even visted a main service center but they too unable to help

    After 6PM what is happening to your network? @JioCare . Such a worst experience post 6pm. Nothing working (Whatapp,Insta,X) . The network speed becomes under 10 Kb/s.

    @JioCare @JioCare Jio AirFiber outage in Barauli Ahir, Agra for 5 days. Only IVR says “area is affected” no resolution or ETA. Work stopped due to service failure. Complaint escalated to nodal. Restore now or escalating to TRAI & consumer forum. #Jio #AirFiber #Agra
