    Why @reliancejio not having any customer care executive people? I wanted to talk to customer executive to resolve my issues with jio network. When I tried reaching out with the helpline number, it makes me wait for long duration and disconnects. Any reasons @reliancejio ?

    @JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

    @reliancejio @JioCare I activated Jio tune for my number but my callers are listening normal ring. Even after raising a SR, the issue is not resolved.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Paid on 12 May for SIM porting, but still no SIM, no update, and no response even after promised resolution date. Order Ref: NO00015EFS19 | SR: SR000036F50V. Very poor service. Please resolve immediately.

    @JioCare I'm Pushpendra Sahu from Sarangarh,Chhattisgarh-496450. Facing Jio network issues for 1 year: call drops, slow data, no indoor signal. Issue all day. Last 4 digits:XXXXXX0505 . Tried jiocustomer care number and registered a complain they didn't work it . Need resolution.

    @reliancejio Jio network in my area is very very poor, so I don’t recharge my Jio number. But your team keeps calling and disturbing me repeatedly. First improve the network quality, then I’ll recharge next time ( Vill + PO- Rampur, Dist- Nalbari, Assam, 781312)
