  Why @reliancejio not having any customer care executive people? I wanted to talk to customer executive to resolve my issues with jio network. When I tried reaching out with the helpline number, it makes me wait for long duration and disconnects. Any reasons @reliancejio ?

  I had two Jio AirFiber connections installed on 22nd May and 24th May. Today is 3rd July, and I still haven't received my refund. This is the worst service I've ever experienced from Jio. Extremely disappointed with the delay and the lack of proper customer support. @JioCare

  @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia @reliancejio I want to file an official complaint against both these agents Bhargavi especially and Sahil Dayma for wasting my time and energy.   @JioCare Kyc & full payment for JioAir was done on 8-June and even today JioAir has not been installed and connection cancel request is under process. Pathetic service @reliancejio

  @JioCare It's been 3 hours since payment got deducted and no service yet. Such incompetent service shows how @reliancejio is still not prepared to serve its customers. @JM_Scindia sir please reconsider if they really deserve to get listed via IPO.
