    Why @reliancejio not having any customer care executive people? I wanted to talk to customer executive to resolve my issues with jio network. When I tried reaching out with the helpline number, it makes me wait for long duration and disconnects. Any reasons @reliancejio ?

    @JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

    In our area many people are staying more than 100+ students are struggling to get internet I have been posting band telling this from past 4 year please help us to install any internet. And more than 60+ people are WORK from home but they are traveling to other places . @JioCare

    @JioCare Thanks @JioCare ! I'm currently overseas, will port over to Jio once I come back to India. I'm sure @Airtel_Presence will not be able to fix this issue until next year when flights resume, keeping in mind the time they're taking to troubleshoot this small issue.

    @reliancejio Very bad customer support, ese to bilkul bhi nahi hoga har ghr jio fiber, jb connection krwaya nhi ja skta wo bhi jaipur jesi city m to registration hi kyu kiya h waiting period is about 10days and no one listing and koi problem solve nhi krta bekr hai fiber services #jiofiber
