Why @reliancejio not having any customer care executive people? I wanted to talk to customer executive to resolve my issues with jio network. When I tried reaching out with the helpline number, it makes me wait for long duration and disconnects. Any reasons @reliancejio ?

@JioCare Don't bullshit me, one reminder a day is enough. M tired of your calls, let alone the non stop messages. We as a customer worry about our recharge getting expired, don't harrass the genuine customers.

Dear @reliancejio @JioSaavn @JioCare , Why can't you allow us to create our own personalized hello-tune by selecting a song and segment within that song. I'm sure it's technology possible and more importantly it'll show your customer centric nature. Not the worst "IDEA".
