Why @reliancejio not having any customer care executive people? I wanted to talk to customer executive to resolve my issues with jio network. When I tried reaching out with the helpline number, it makes me wait for long duration and disconnects. Any reasons @reliancejio ?

@JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

@reliancejio @JioCare @DisneyPlusHS I recharged with the 2599 Disney plus hotstar plan. But I am not able to watch match on hotstar! I tried calling jio customer care. But it is of no use! Kindly resolve this issue. Why selling that plan if u r not providing it?
