@JioCare You would fix the network issue in few days. But what about the loss that I had, those days i can't use the service I had paid for? You have already taken the money to provide me the service & now falling. To compensate the loss should not you extend my validity for those days?

@JioCare Lot of time I had approached customer care through app and number, what extra power you have apart form your jio customer care? And if yes, why these are not with customer care so that issue need to resolved at there level and we may not get into such frustration...

You engineer was scheduled to visit on 7th January, and then again on 9th January, but never visit. You people don't even provide the number of engineer, and keep other people engage. Now I can see how jio reached on top @reliancejio @reliancegroup

@ACTFibernet please acknowledge @reliancejio we are society of 50 residents. If JIOFIBRE is launched most of the connections will be enrolled deactivating ACT fibre Please look into this because we are suffering with ACT fibrenet alot. ACT FIBRE your service really pathetic
