    Why @reliancejio not having any customer care executive people? I wanted to talk to customer executive to resolve my issues with jio network. When I tried reaching out with the helpline number, it makes me wait for long duration and disconnects. Any reasons @reliancejio ?

    @JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

    @JioCare Specific ques that I have asked over DM has not being answered... Let me post it here as well ... Please clarify the amount that I have paid as advance for the service to be provided and not yet provided... How is it going to be refunded if I would have to take a new connection.

    @JioCare The Jio Fiber technician came, charged 100 rupees, and then fixed the issue after 5day before leaving. Between Jio Fiber's terrible service and shoddy engineering maintenance, this is the last month I'm using Jio; I'm switching to Airtel Fiber next.
