Why @reliancejio not having any customer care executive people? I wanted to talk to customer executive to resolve my issues with jio network. When I tried reaching out with the helpline number, it makes me wait for long duration and disconnects. Any reasons @reliancejio ?

@JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

@JioCare My jio no. is 9060161201 and in our area band 3 (1800mhz) works good but jiofi by default always switched it band to band 40 (2300mhz) and In our area band 40 speed is too slow can't even do a google search properly, nowadays all smartphone has option to lock network band
