    @JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

    Why @reliancejio not having any customer care executive people? I wanted to talk to customer executive to resolve my issues with jio network. When I tried reaching out with the helpline number, it makes me wait for long duration and disconnects. Any reasons @reliancejio ?

    @JioCare @JioCare i already mentioned my only concern is time. It is taking almost 10 days starting from verification. I just want your team to please accelerate my installation process. If thats not possible please let me know i want to cancel my order because i don’t have that much time

    @JioCare Past 3 days jio fiber is not working. Only regret sms coming. No confirm timing for restoration. Plan money is being charged inspite of services being down

    As a big fan of Ambani sir & a loyal @reliancejio user, I feel cheated. #JioFiber down for 6 days, yet no credit/benefit provided because of a technical loophole in their complaint system. No accountability from engineers! 😡 @JioCare @reliancejio #CustomerService #Jio

    @JioCare I have 2 Jio SIMs in my family and both are facing serious internet issues at my home. The speed is very poor and the network is unstable. I also want to port my @ViCustomerCare number to Jio, but current service quality is stopping me resolve this urgently. 1|2

    @JioCare Issue is now escalated (SR: SR000034EB3L) but still no technician assigned. Need resolution today No update even after escalation and DM. No service after payment since 23rd This is unacceptable If not resolved today, I will file a complaint with the National Consumer

    @JioCare If you think the customer is lying, then please check the system to see why my JioFiber was down for 6 days and why the red light was flashing. That will confirm how old my complaint really is
