    Why @reliancejio not having any customer care executive people? I wanted to talk to customer executive to resolve my issues with jio network. When I tried reaching out with the helpline number, it makes me wait for long duration and disconnects. Any reasons @reliancejio ?

    @JioCare @JioCare With due respect, "please be patient" is not a solution. I have already waited through 3 missed engineer appointments. No technician arrived, no one informed me, and now my relocation is delayed while my active subscription continues to get consumed.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare why was my complain not registered by your executive every time I called and why no complain number was generated and shared with me. You have the guts to prove a customer wrong but I have my proofs of the time u have called to complain.

    @JioCare BIG SCAM BY JIO! Jio took ₹349 payment and completed KYC for my new SIM order on 10 May 2026. Promised delivery in 2 days. Almost a month now, No SIM, no resolution, only excuses.Order ID: NO00015EB4AV Deliver the SIM. Planning to complain now on Consumer Helpline(NCH)
