    Why @reliancejio not having any customer care executive people? I wanted to talk to customer executive to resolve my issues with jio network. When I tried reaching out with the helpline number, it makes me wait for long duration and disconnects. Any reasons @reliancejio ?

    @JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

    @JioCare Thanks for ur response. It is not an individual issue but a general concern. Instead of this pre recorded message u may send SMSs or IVR calls. Pre recorded message actually cause delay in making the call which may prove fatal in case of urgency. So plz stop it now. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Need to return jiophone for full refund of Rs. 1500/- as 36 months got completed. Visited Borivali west Shimpoli service center (Mumbai 400092). They said can't return without SMS from Jio for return n refund. How do I return jiophone and get full refund of Rs. 1500?
