Why @reliancejio not having any customer care executive people? I wanted to talk to customer executive to resolve my issues with jio network. When I tried reaching out with the helpline number, it makes me wait for long duration and disconnects. Any reasons @reliancejio ?

@JioCare I am facing internet issue with jio fiber.I raised a complain and they have scheduled engineer visit at 15 th Dec. Jio is my primary connection if it is going to take such time .I am going to shift to @airtelindia .

@JioCare Hi, I intermittently get an error message "Server unreachable" when I try to call somebody even though the network signal strength is 3-4 bars. Also there is very frequent call drops during that time. Can you ols let me know what could be the issue? .
