    Why @reliancejio not having any customer care executive people? I wanted to talk to customer executive to resolve my issues with jio network. When I tried reaching out with the helpline number, it makes me wait for long duration and disconnects. Any reasons @reliancejio ?

    @JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

    @JioCare I booked a JioFiber connection and paid the required amount. It has now been two days, and despite contacting customer support several times for updates, my connection has still not been installed. The issue remains unresolved, and I have not received any clear timeline.

    @JioCare Am trying to get an additional STB for my connection but not able to contact customer care. Your IVR doesn’t even have an option to speak to customer care, and when I request a call back they don’t speak my preferred language.

    @JioCare If the issue was non-payment, why did the app explicitly display "Data Exhausted"? If the issue was data exhaustion, where are the records proving that 3300 GiB was actually consumed?
