    Why @reliancejio not having any customer care executive people? I wanted to talk to customer executive to resolve my issues with jio network. When I tried reaching out with the helpline number, it makes me wait for long duration and disconnects. Any reasons @reliancejio ?

    @JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

    Your services are really tribal. We have jio fiber connection at our hotel The Mandore and it's not working properly. Local agents from Jodhpur they don't respond while giving connection they talking high . Due to bed Internet We are loosing business @reliancejio

    @JioCare I applied for a new JioFiber connection 3 days ago, but no engineer has visited for the installation and there has been no proper update. This delay is unacceptable. Please cancel my booking (Reference No: LR000015WAPW) and initiate my refund as soon as possible. #Jio

    Hi @JioCare , my JioFiber has been down for the last 4 days. An engineer visited and confirmed it's a backend/network issue, but my complaint was closed without resolution. The connection is still not working. Please resolve this urgently. I'll share my details via DM.

    Many thanks to @JioCare for the daily struggle of buffering, call drops, and unusable internet despite paying for 4G service.And @TRAI,consumers are doing their part by paying bills on time. When will telecom operators be held accountable for service quality? @khur

    Utterly disappointed with the JioAirFiber service. It's been 9 days since I raised the request for connection relocation and they made me pay 1200rs. Still the date I received no response instead they are rescheduling everyday but no one is showing up. @JioCare need an answer!!!
