    @JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

    Why @reliancejio not having any customer care executive people? I wanted to talk to customer executive to resolve my issues with jio network. When I tried reaching out with the helpline number, it makes me wait for long duration and disconnects. Any reasons @reliancejio ?

    @JioCare Irresponsible @JioCare 24 hours have passed until now there is no resolution. There is no update on when it will be resolved the entire colony is suffering due to this outage

    Just fed up with @JioCare fiber services. Internet is down since 12 hrs and problem is from there side ( outage issue) . Cant even raise a complaint nor contact customer care services. Pathetic services !! @jio_fiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare hello jio team I am a jio home customer. I just wanted to confirm that why I am not given a privilege to watch tv channels on my mobile as well and why I need a separate subscription plan for mobile even though I am a jio home customer unlike airtel.

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare's service in Asansol. I had a scheduled appointment, the engineer never showed up and no one bothered to communicate this. Leaving customers waiting with 0 updates is total harassment. Please look into this immediately.#JioCare #PoorService
