Why @reliancejio not having any customer care executive people? I wanted to talk to customer executive to resolve my issues with jio network. When I tried reaching out with the helpline number, it makes me wait for long duration and disconnects. Any reasons @reliancejio ?

@JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

@JioCare There is big network problem I think from 2 -3 year Your Costomer care says signal line always "Many user use at a time" Then please tell me which "time and date" I can use your internet service... Please tell me Several speed tester I tried they show fake 2 3 Mbps.

@reliancejio I have asked many times since 18th to fix the connection,the engineer fixes it temporarily so that the ticket can be closed,I wanted JIO in my hometown also but not now,you don't provide service for many days and the call center guys are to just irritate you.

@JioCare Hello sir, It is no any problems in my sim or phone. It is the problems of all jio users of my area who are using Jio. Yes.... I am a part of Jio but sir, it's true there are no Good Connectivity that's why jio users porting in into other operators like Airtel and others.
