Why @reliancejio not having any customer care executive people? I wanted to talk to customer executive to resolve my issues with jio network. When I tried reaching out with the helpline number, it makes me wait for long duration and disconnects. Any reasons @reliancejio ?

@JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

@JioCare I'm getting very bad experience about network and data related issues from your network provider. Complaint several times but in vain. From last 2 weeks Internet speed is slow than the snail which among the slowest creature in this world. Fix it or I opt for smthng else.

@_DigitalIndia @MoHFW_INDIA My #JioFiber order is NO0000HD6Z58 placed on 18th May and till now there is no update on the installation. Every time I call customer support they keep me on hold and it is very frustrating. I request you pls look into this because due to WFH I'm facing a lot of issues @JioCare
