    @JioCare It’s been addressed yesterday after hundreds of email and phone calls. Finally router has been changed. You guys need to be more customer centric . Customer service is an alien concept to Reliance group. If you want to succeed in retail and service you need to pay more attention

    @JioCare We are facing poor signal strength of jio network in our area i.e Village - Barasara pin-761030 Kindly boost your signal strength in our area otherwise we may port our jio sim bcz airtel has provided a tower in our village for better signal. so plz solve the poor signal

    @JioCare Not short out till now, we are facing same problem in same location, which was mentioned previously. Please look into this on priority. No one visited from jio team for network checking till now.
