Raised a SR on 7th May, Still no solution. Amazingly the SR has been closed in the system without giving my money back. Pathetic Service.

Signal vanishes instantly, showing zero battery backup at local towers And when power arrives then network arrives after 1 hour thats frustrating 😡 in my town 70%..
