    @JioCare Sorry to say that the Jio network is not working properly and the internet service is also miserable. This poor internet connection making us to shift to our old partner @Airtel_Presence . Please do something.

    @JioCare Facing packet loss. Customer service is unhelpful and does not seem to understand what packet loss means. Would not register a complaint so it can be worked on either unless I send an email to jiofiber care. Please send a network engineer to the site so it can be fixed!

    @JioCare Your Order Number NO0000MGXHUM for Jio connection has been cancelled as per your request. I never made such request .For the past 19 days ,your team is struggling amongst themselves. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER WITH JIO FIBER . There is no coordination amongst themselves
