@JioCare Sorry to say that the Jio network is not working properly and the internet service is also miserable. This poor internet connection making us to shift to our old partner @Airtel_Presence . Please do something.

@reliancejio @JioCare however what I am at a loss to understand is, an organized as famed and powerful as jio fiber does not care about fixing a problem for more than 13 days, leaves a customer in limbo.

@JioCare @reliancejio since last several days I am complaining about slow and frequent disconnection of internet on #jiofiber. Very poor and pathetic responce. I would not recommend #jiofiber to anyone. I am switching over to another service provider.

@JioCare It has been more than a month since i have reported this issue. All details are in DM. Internet speed has bcome horrible as well. This has happened b4 but was resolved in 2 days. I will switch my network as soon as i get a chance. Won't be recharging again, that is sure.
