    @JioCare Sorry to say that the Jio network is not working properly and the internet service is also miserable. This poor internet connection making us to shift to our old partner @Airtel_Presence . Please do something.

    @reliancejio what is going on its only when i call customer care 198 only then speed goes up the moment i hang up the speed goes down like as if I consumed my daily qouta this is not acceptable very bad services

    @reliancejio @JioCare it is not even being responded now, what a customer should do? Called customer care, Akshita was your support executive, she has promised that it will be fixed by 8 PM today, Do I need to rely on this action? Do whatever it takes get is fixed quickly.
