    @JioCare Sorry to say that the Jio network is not working properly and the internet service is also miserable. This poor internet connection making us to shift to our old partner @Airtel_Presence . Please do something.

    Hello @reliancejio it’s been 19 days, got one phone call That’s it. Every time I message reply is need time. no progress after. Wow amazing customer support 🙌🙌

    @JioCare Why till now didn't get the call back within 30 days even if your timeline was within 7 working days? If you're not able to provide services on time please refund payment within 2 days in the same payment method. I will go to another service provider.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber Extremely poor service from Jio AirFiber. Applied on 14 April 2026, KYC completed and payment of ₹807 already done, yet installation is still pending with zero updates. Order No: NO0001CVNUUW Location: Sawer, Indore This kind of delay is unfair

    @reliancejio Still stuck with <10 Mbps despite multiple complaints. Ticket SR00002KKP0I reopened, now “on hold” with no action. This is unacceptable service and false promises. How long does a basic fix take? Escalating this. @TRAI please intervene. @JioCare
