    @JioCare Sorry to say that the Jio network is not working properly and the internet service is also miserable. This poor internet connection making us to shift to our old partner @Airtel_Presence . Please do something.

    Hello @reliancejio it’s been 19 days, got one phone call That’s it. Every time I message reply is need time. no progress after. Wow amazing customer support 🙌🙌

    @reliancejio i Called customer care about 100 times from May 9. No body is able to resolve my issue. Even in the DMs you are asking me to wait from two days and not providing any resolution. Instead of Spending crores on ads with stars provide proper service

    @unassertive @JioCare Yes. You need to put the Jio SIM in the router and it'll give you wifi. If you need to improve your signal, connect an external antenna to router. That antenna can be at a higher elevation & facing the tower.

    @JioCare I bought a sim card a few months ago.Before me it may be belonged to someone because I am receiving calls which ask for a particular person.I am totally irritated please help..

    @reliancejio It's been 5 days since I have done the documentation to get a new connection. I was told that the connection will be given within 48 hours. Till now I didn't get it. Worst thing is no one is even picking my calls. #JioFiber

    @anjileeistwal @JioCare @reliancejio Not only Jio but ISP’s do not understand the concept of customer service in India. They are probably not aware that their jobs are secure, till such time customers like you & me pay for their service. Actually, once the company acquires a certain market share, they care 2 hoots.
