    @JioCare Sorry to say that the Jio network is not working properly and the internet service is also miserable. This poor internet connection making us to shift to our old partner @Airtel_Presence . Please do something.

    @JioCare Hi Ashwini, please lets continue our conversation here itself. I think the above tweet was pretty self explanatory. What should the format of the message be to register a complaint with TRAI. I sent the message as shown but jio did not register the complaint.

    My question to @reliancejio will you let me use internet after the due date for free? If not then why do I need to wait for so long when I had already paid? I have called the Jio fiber customer service team and the person asked me to wait for another 24hrs.

    Why your service to worst @reliancejio, i order jio fiber today morning payment done booking and installation time is 16.35, now your people come to place and tell me we can't install your connection what the hell is going on😡

    @JioCare @reliancejio why you people do sometimes nonsense things. Calling again and again from call center do you people think you have work and I don't ? Please let me know. Please behave your self to don't disturb your customer it's advise from customer.

    @JioCare your executive doesn't have any knowledge and keep the call on waiting and no solution. Even though after multiple calls no solution yet. Horrible service
