@JioCare Sorry to say that the Jio network is not working properly and the internet service is also miserable. This poor internet connection making us to shift to our old partner @Airtel_Presence . Please do something.

@JioCare ported my number from VI to jio for better services and connectivity but I m still facing the issue of getting calls from VI advertisers .. and jio care is not solving my problem..

Horrible service from @JioCare made a installation request for jio fiber but staff in jabalpur is horrible don’t know how talk to customer. Already paid for installation. But installation team is not responding already been more than a day @reliancejio
