    @JioCare Sorry to say that the Jio network is not working properly and the internet service is also miserable. This poor internet connection making us to shift to our old partner @Airtel_Presence . Please do something.

    @JioCare But why am i being asked to do the same thing a 100 times with no resolution provided? Might as well just refund my money since you aren't providing any service nor are interested in keeping the customer or looking into the issue.

    @JioCare What screen shot should i share? I even deleted my account on amazon prime, issue is,i was informed while taking postpaid connection that amazon prime is included in it, but its been more than 4mnths its still not activated on my no. 7004526134.

    @JioCare Nothing from your end. No execution at all..the inability of your organization to keep up services is a shame. Are you aware that in case your services are down for 48 hours,you need to switch to another tower or you could be fined . Those are great licence terms

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare The WiFi networks in our area is too bad,the quality of internet we’re getting from our service provider is worst. I had kept so many requests for jio fiber installation in our area.Hoping that jiofiber would reach to our place Huzurnagar -508204 soon🙏🏼
