@JioCare Sorry to say that the Jio network is not working properly and the internet service is also miserable. This poor internet connection making us to shift to our old partner @Airtel_Presence . Please do something.

@JioCare My fiber connections network speed is so slow. When It was a free trial the speed was extremely good now in 100mbps speed paid one I hardly get 3mbps. It keeps fluctuating sometimes I get speed and sometimes doesn’t but majority of time I don’t get.

@airtelindia Hi, thanks for the best customer service on the earth!. Internet down from 10:30 a.m. and still not restored. Office not done, classes couldn't attend. Please return my money... I'm definitely switching to @reliancejio fibre. Airtel Xfibre is worst. Shame on you

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it’s been couple of months, your network services are very poor in Parade Kanpur area. Please stop calling multiple times with fake msgs related to better 4G coverage. Complained multiple times, no solution provided. I should switch to @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio I am sorry to say but pathetic service given by your representative. I wanted to purchase new Jio Sim for which raised request for delivery through Jio app. But ur representative closed the request without intimating or contacting me. Totally disappointed.
