    @reliancejio Tried registering on jiomart through the official website but could not as my shop is outside the working area of jiomart. I would like to register my shop on jiomart as soon as my area is avaialble for service as per the terms of jiomart. I own a kirana & wholesale

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare can you at least confirm if JioFi is still in production, so far I haven't seen in stock neither in online nor in any store. Please do not suggest any automated jio store link. If you dnt hav it, pls be clear, I'll switch to different service provider.

    I am @reliancejio customer since 2017 please let me know why I should not switch in other network provider if the internet speed of @reliancejio is very poor in my area. Your reps are advised me to switch from prepaid to postpaid so that I can experience fast internet.

    Very slow network speed since last week.When i asked your cusromer care they say it will take upto 8 months to resolve the issue.I recently recharged with a one year plan. My entire family uses the network @JioCare @reliancejio
