    @BeingYasinKhan1 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

    @JioCare My JioFiber is down since last 32 hours. The support person visited to fix this said that it would start in 2 hours but it has not started even after 24 hours and that support person is not picking my phone now. My request no: SR00001ANGA3.

    @JioCare It has been more than 1 year i am following up for my refund >20 emails >10 customer connect call ,now on Twitter it is 14days and still counting . #is my case so difficult that I need to take tons of follow ups for my money # No Speed and customer centricity

    @JioCare Hi, I have recharged my mother's prepaid number with IR pack 1101 but it is under queued and I am unable to activate it through MyJio app. She is currently in the US and we need IR to be activated immediately. Please help.
