kaif sheeraj (@KaifSheeraj) reported@JioCare My Jio number 9368155688 stopped working, so I visited a Jio Point in Kakrala, Badaun (PIN 243637) to get a replacement SIM. The representative asked me to pay ₹250, stating that ₹50 was a service charge and ₹200 was for an OTT recharge.

Despite repeated calls/emails, the issue persists without a satisfactory response. I have requested a technician visit, but the service has been delayed or ignored.
