    @reliancejio Tried registering on jiomart through the official website but could not as my shop is outside the working area of jiomart. I would like to register my shop on jiomart as soon as my area is avaialble for service as per the terms of jiomart. I own a kirana & wholesale

    @JioCare Since March 18th .. Look at the criticality of the issue .. People unable to reach me I need to come to open to make calls and check messages .. Each weekday it goes like this..

    3/3 @reliancejio @reliancegroup @RelianceDigital It is really difficult to get a customer service resolution here. It is become extremely difficult to go without internet and cable. Please requesting you to take a look at this matter.

    @JioCare You are doing nothing for resolving the network issue. I am going to tell my near and dear not to use jio mobile network, if anyone already using I ask them to portout immediately. Your customer service is worst.

    @JioCare Can i expect a call from regional office from someone senior? Or shall I assume #jio has decided to loose customer who wanted to switch from prepaid to post paid... Decision is all urs... Pls dont give me same reply which i have been getting from last 12 days
