    @reliancejio Tried registering on jiomart through the official website but could not as my shop is outside the working area of jiomart. I would like to register my shop on jiomart as soon as my area is avaialble for service as per the terms of jiomart. I own a kirana & wholesale

    @JioCare Thanks for your understanding and response. However, please resolve this immediately. A large telecom company cannot be so helpless is solving issues after accepting debiting payment. Shows poor management and bad customer experience!

    This is the 3rd time I'm posting about this issue, yet I've received no support from @reliancejio. My internet connection is still not working properly, despite already raising this issue multiple times and making two previous posts. This level of customer support is extremely disappointing. assign someone to resolve this issue at the earliest. @JioCare look into this urgently.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Not only this. I have twice shown interest for jiofiber and no call for that too. Even this sim request is also the 2nd time. 1st time I had to cancel for this very same reason.. baffling, please resolve

    @JioCare please port my sim to 2G or 3G network, I hope the network speed would be best in 2G than in 5G. Pathetic 5G service at premium prices

    @JioCare I already initiated the cancellation procedure and asked the another service provider for new connection . And i dont recommend jio fibre for my friends and colleagues . Worst service
