  @JioCare the internet isn't working properly and the speed for the past few days is terrible. The range has also suddenly stopped reaching my bedroom. Even with the lan cable there is no internet.

  Paying premium prices for 5G only to get 2G speeds. @reliancejio takes our money instantly, but when the network crawls, it’s absolute silence. Yet, if my recharge expires for five minutes, they spam call my phone every few seconds like a loan shark.

  "My internet has not been working for the past 15 days. Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.   @jio_fiber @reliancejio @DoT_India Hi Jio, Its very unprofessional n unethical that u first suspended my postpaid service though i already paid for three months, now my internet is down since today’s morning, hv called multiple times, written mail but no reply. Please check.
