    @reliancejio Tried registering on jiomart through the official website but could not as my shop is outside the working area of jiomart. I would like to register my shop on jiomart as soon as my area is avaialble for service as per the terms of jiomart. I own a kirana & wholesale

    @JioCare Had placed order for jio fiber, paid the installation amount Tuesday 21/apr/2026. Completed kyc, still the box installation is pending, jio service team is not responding. Order id- NOOOO1CZQ6LE Request number: LR00001D1KCL

    @JioCare @JioCare This is not a coverage issue. Earlier n78 (3500 MHz) was working perfectly at the same location with ~700 Mbps. Since 21 April, only n28 is available. Please confirm if n78 is currently disabled or under maintenance on this tower and provide a clear timeline.

    @JioCare My JioFiber has been down for 5 days in Puttur (574201). Nearby connection (1 km away) is working fine, so this is a local issue not resolved. Unable to reach support. Need urgent fix or disconnection & refund.
