    @reliancejio Tried registering on jiomart through the official website but could not as my shop is outside the working area of jiomart. I would like to register my shop on jiomart as soon as my area is avaialble for service as per the terms of jiomart. I own a kirana & wholesale

    complaint no-SR000035WNX3 hasn't been able to use internet since 48 hrs also the technician has put the complaint on hold without work completion,neither jio coustomer care is helping nor anyone else very poor service.. @JioCare @reliancejio @jio

    @JioCare @JioCare Complaint raised on 13 May and still no engineer has even been assigned. Red LOS light is blinking and internet is completely down. Repeated rescheduling is happening without any actual action. Request immediate field escalation and technician visit today. SR000035SG9Z

    @JioCare surprise, support field staff attended on time but again without drill machine and left without relocate the connection. I think, all people should think twice before applying Jio fiber connection.

    @Airtel_Presence I don’t understand why you charge for replacing the DTH box. If the box isn’t working properly, whose fault is it and why should the customer bear the cost? It is better to opt out and choose another @JioCare @BSNLCorporate

    @JioCare @reliancejio One of the worst Experience Ever . I ordered a Sim and it's been more than 48 hrs but Sim Not Delivered. Even I call multiple times to delivery person but he is not responding and no update. Even I complaint multiple times.

    @JioCare Since I am raising the tweet and requesting a Coustmer support no call I have received because we Coustmer don't have authority to raise the request and which shows how company is making money from common people and not providing servicess
