    @reliancejio Tried registering on jiomart through the official website but could not as my shop is outside the working area of jiomart. I would like to register my shop on jiomart as soon as my area is avaialble for service as per the terms of jiomart. I own a kirana & wholesale

    @JioCare Jio Fiber connection is continuously getting disconnected and your service engineer has not even visited once. On call just now your service engineer Akash Ahirwar + 91 93402 11416 first asked me to close complaint and then on asking for fixing the issue asked to get

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago If my reimbursement request is still pending, why was the full bill generated? Shouldn't the grievance be resolved before billing the customer?

    @JioCare I have checked the DM and the details provided are just to brush off responsibility ! Being an Engineer myself, I understand basics and have taken care of all the points already at the time of installation. Your Team never visited even once after raising complaint & simply close

    @JioCare No you don't understand my concern, else, you wouldn't have kept me running in circles. I am logging ticket your system is bisy closing them without providing any resolution. My office work is hampered because of your inefficiency.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I told customer care I called 3 times none resolved the issue.. and this time I will also record d call.. Very admend that either you pay the incorrect bill fully to get ur connection, we will not correct the bill as this month bill already generated.
