Due to the changed recharge of jio, I made a mistake in entering the number for the first time, I put the recharge number in the middle of the phone number and that recharge was done in Vodafone, @JioCare And that Vodafone number is also not in service,😕 #sedlife

@reliancejio @JioFiberVoice No proper response from customer care.I am not available, unfortunately I am unable to do first recharge and later I wanted to continue service but jio disconnected service's. Disconnected my service and jio refunded only 500 for 2500 deposit.

@jiocare 18008899999 and 18608933333 these helpline numbers, twice call disconnected afters selection of language. I have requested for DSD for porting my jio no. to postpaid. But no respond till now. @reliancejio is not seems customer friendly.
