    @reliancejio still my issue had not been resolved till now and it's been 9 day just a simple relocation had not been done within the same area, staff is incapable and customer service people is just reading the script and no one will provide a proper solution or reason for delay

    @SonyTV @JioCare I have subscribed to jio Rs 999 plan which includes sony in it but it is not working sony liv app is showing that I need to subscribe but what is the meaning getting it in jio pack when it is not suppose to work please resolve my issue #sonycare #jiocare

    @JioCare As you are telling me that you will understand my frustration, just understand that i am working as an AM in a corporate company and doing WFH as you can understand that no connectivity is a big issue which is creating negative impact on front of my company, and it's been 10 days

    @JioCare Today again a visit was scheduled at 1PM and a minute before 1PM I get a message that It had been rescheduled on my request and no time has been mentioned in the message. Trust me your service at ground level is pathetic.
