@reliancejio still my issue had not been resolved till now and it's been 9 day just a simple relocation had not been done within the same area, staff is incapable and customer service people is just reading the script and no one will provide a proper solution or reason for delay

@JioCare Today again a visit was scheduled at 1PM and a minute before 1PM I get a message that It had been rescheduled on my request and no time has been mentioned in the message. Trust me your service at ground level is pathetic.
