@reliancejio I was a Jio Business customer from June 2021 to November 2021. But suddenly last month I was sent a bill of Rs. 11,000 and today I have been sent a bill of Rs. 13,000. Last month when I spoke to your rep they said it’s a mistake on Jio’s side then why a new bill?????

@JioCare Your customer service is as slow as your internet speed. Seriously guys one of your postpaid customer is facing issues and you guys are not responding over DM. If you can’t resolve the issue do let me know i have an opt out option and @Airtel_Presence will love to hear me.
