@reliancejio Tried registering on jiomart through the official website but could not as my shop is outside the working area of jiomart. I would like to register my shop on jiomart as soon as my area is avaialble for service as per the terms of jiomart. I own a kirana & wholesale

@JioCare I am from city basti, a jio user and in my area the internet speed drops as soon as electricity goes off and it becomes impossible to surf web. What am I paying for then? Airtel is definitely better. It doesn't have issues in connection with or without electricity.

@JioCare @reliancejio Team, Take immediate steps to remove JIO Fiber along with box/router from my home as i would like to surrender #JIOFiber, It was bad decision to apply for JioFiber. No further questions to be ask on this regards, just send someone and remove

Hi @reliancejio @JioCare, we have 5 Jio Mobile Sim cards in our family and none of them shows network signals to dial or receive calls. Our area pin code is 110085, Pocket A-2, Alok Kunj, Rohini, New Delhi. Pls look into it urgently.

@reliancejio @JioCare Got cheated by the company. Took connection on 27th of the month but had to pay for the full month+ 4 days. Fighting my case since Aug 21, horrible customer service, unable to resolve the issue for 5 months. New year resolution, forced to go for disconnection finally

@JioCare Your engineer has visited today, and as per him he is help less as range of router is only 7-8 meters only.. regarding 150mbps speed, he has no answer.
