Chirag Kothari (@ChiragJKothari) reportedI took a @JioCare connection back in 2019-20 and was one of the earliest users. I was charged 5000 as refundable deposit. I disconnected it 3 months back. The technician took my bank account details too, but refund of the deposit. Their support on twitter have stopped responding.
