There is no way for the customer to know reliable progress on the problem. There is only automated SMS with a time which keeps getting pushed.

Then you claimed the engineer would arrive within 30 minutes of the appointment time. Yet nobody has come and there has been zero communication. Customers deserve real service.

I have told them many times that I'm not Umesh and this is a new number but the calls still haven't stopped. @JioCare : Why are you giving customers used numbers without fixing problems like this? @Bajaj_Finserv : How many times does someone have to say "wrong number" before you remove the number from your records?
