    @reliancejio Tried registering on jiomart through the official website but could not as my shop is outside the working area of jiomart. I would like to register my shop on jiomart as soon as my area is avaialble for service as per the terms of jiomart. I own a kirana & wholesale

    I recommend others to throw Jio broadband & setup box because these people use such cheap tactics to make people use their service. Shame on you @JioCare Take away your broadband from my home. Or I’ll thow your setup box & router on road.

    I want to change my @reliancejio number to some other service provider. Someone please suggest me a better one in my are (Rohini sector-2). I m frustrated 😡 because of @JioCare service. Horrible internet and worst customer care services.

    @reliancejio has installed tower at Jashi, Tal- Maan, District-Satara which is not activated yet from last 2 years. Majority of the villagers are jio customers, we can’t get good network because of this issue. Kindly look into this case to make tower activation.

    @JioCare my jio fiber internet is not working since yesterday. I raised a complaint and the technician was supposed to come yesterday at 9am. Since then i have been calling cust care but they are only saying the guy will come. Is anyone really going to come?

    @JioCare my Order number is NO0000H67OJS , it is cancelled without any intimation to me, your installation guy came in the morning said that it'll be done in the evening but now to my surprise it's cancelled, please help

    @JioCare I have observed a peculiar problem. I get good WIFI speed on my mobile, but poor speed on my Laptop only for Jio Fiber. BSNL I get good speeds on laptop & mobile for same laptop. Is there any WIFI setting such as DNS or any other setting to get good speed via WIFI.

    @JioCare First you guys should hire engineers not animals. Booked connection 5 days ago. But not able to work from home . Engineers should know how to deal with customers. Now finally I had to cancel my booking. Thank you Jio
