    @JioCare Hi ... Right now I'm, sorry all jio user facing issue all Aurangabad maharatra India pin code 431001 all user not happy with your network service all user same issues....and everyone website , apps is not working ..only buffering and 4 g net speed is 20 to mostly 50 kbps speed.

    @Airtel_Presence Do not appreciate my patience @Airtel_Presence because i have waited almost a month for you to resolve my issue but now,im waiting to complete 90 days of your service so i can port back to @JioCare once again. GoodBye in advance!(18 april is the 90th day) Your network speed SUCK!

    @JioCare I got a new Jio AirFiber connection installed last week. The installation executive did not check the signal strength for the wifi router or the TV setup during the installation process. He checked the signal strength for the router right in front of it and sent me old pictures of someone else's TV showing signal strength which he uploaded on the app. I did not provide him with the installation code to mark it as a successful installation, but your system has automatically marked my installation as completed (without giving them the code) I have been trying to call the JioHome helpline number from the last 7 days, but you guys just play recorded message saying "we know services are disrupted in your area and we are fixing it", and Immediately get an SMS saying the same thing. No one ever calls back to check what was wrong and why have I called multiple times. I am attaching the following: 1. Screenshot of the WhatsApp chat of your installation person where he sent me the images of someone else's TV showing signal strength which he use to verify during installation 2. Recording of your automated support call number which is a dead end. So much for support.

    @JioCare @reliancejio, Today I have bought replacement sim for my existing number,inserted sim in mobile but no network. Customer care says i have to again to same jio store from where i bought sim. Is this your service standard? and is this your customer care?

    @JioCare Despite subscribing to Jio annual plan of Rs 3599 , availability of Internet in Sector 48, Noida is highly hopeless. For last many months, Internet disappeared almost every 5 minutes for few minutes and so on. Please improve your service to avoid porting to Airtel.

    @JioCare It’s my final ultimatum. Either complete the Jio AirFiber installation today or process refund by this evening. I have already waited more than a week with multiple missed schedules. If this issue is not resolved today, I will proceed with legal and consumer complaints. @JioCare
