I observed that it was working properly even after lockdown & yesterday speed issue observed so dont give us a stupid reasons. Please take action ASAP. 🙏

During rain, water is entering through the cable from the rooftop unit and leaking inside my house. Internet is working, so diagnostics show no issue and I cannot raise a service request.
