    When @reliancejio was roled out, I thought it will provide good service. But to my disillusion after some days they started to behave like other operators. In addition to that the data speed has been reduced to 2-3 kb/s

    @JioCare @reliancejio we have tower in our area but network issue we always phase.Tower is 1.5km away from us but we received single like 1 or 2 stick.We are not able to use internet even we phase network issue in our area.Dongargaaon kawad TQ Phulambri tower at Palphata

    @JioCare from past 2,3 months ur network in my city has become hell, sudden call and network drops very frequent, worst data speed esp. In the evening and ur 198 customer support just won't connect even after long wait. 9273393639 is the no. Plz help in fixing

    @JioCare sir i am a dealer of jio our village has more than 1000 jio customers even if we install booster in village to solve this problem internet speed will increase otherwise village has full network of vi all jio customers will port there

    I complained about this so many times to customer service but every time they didn't work on it. I have post many complaints on Twitter also by tagging @JioCare, @DoT_India, And @TRAI, but no one is ready to take action against this. (2/2)

    @JioCare @TRAI I have tried everything from me.. How much time will it take to solve the issue.. I have even provided my jio sim number in direct message? Also I am unable to call customer care now(198) seems like @reliancejio has suspended my service?

    Hii @JioCare @reliancejio ORN-NO00015EFYIH I ordered a new Jio SIM and was assured it would be delivered within a few hours, but it has now been more than 2 days and I still haven’t received it. This delay is completely unacceptable. No proper update or support.

    @JioCare Refund of ₹2,221.46 for my cancelled Jio AirFiber is still pending even after 18 days. Service could not be installed due to no tower coverage, as confirmed by your engineer. Multiple emails to customer carehave not resolved this.Please process the refund immediately.

    Hello @JioCare i requested to remove set top box from my Jio fiber connection on date 10/05/26 but after 4 days my service request still be on hold it is very unprofessional. I just want to change my plan I'm not happy with your service 😔 Just do something.
