@JioCare Internet speed have decreased upto 10 to 20kbps, I'm facing this issue since yesterday and my work has been stopped. I observed that it was working properly even after lockdown & yesterday speed issue observed so dont give us a stupid reasons. Please take action ASAP. 🙏

I complained about this so many times to customer service but every time they didn't work on it. I have post many complaints on Twitter also by tagging @JioCare, @DoT_India, And @TRAI, but no one is ready to take action against this. (2/2)

@JioCare Hi ... Right now I'm, sorry all jio user facing issue all Aurangabad maharatra India pin code 431001 all user not happy with your network service all user same issues....and everyone website , apps is not working ..only buffering and 4 g net speed is 20 to mostly 50 kbps speed.

@JioCare How much charges to be paid while taking new Jiofibre connection. The nearest Jio store told me that you have to pay Rs.1500 in which Rs.1000 (service charge) non-refundable whereas Rs.500 is refundable. Place-Geeta Nagar, Gali No.4, SBI Bank wali gali, Rishikesh-249201

@JioCare the internet speed is very poor and it has caused trouble during my kids exams. Found Vodafone speed better than Jio on several occasions. Get standard replies on my jio app. If things do not improve will migrate to other service provider
